Linda Hand, created in 2019, is now on PC, so time for a update. Real name: Linda Hand Creation Date: May, 2019 (original Bday info lost. ) Game / Platform: PC Status: Deceased Level: 10 Race: Caucasian Gender: F Age: 19 Religion: Jewish (Though she's lapsed whatever devotion she once had). Reputation: Goody Alignment: Neutral Good, Lawful tendencies SPECIAL: S3 P5 E6 C7 I7 A7 L5 Tagged skills: Traits: Day Tripper, Educated, Finesse, Good Natured, Lead Belly, Retention, Scribe Assistant, Toughness, Trigger Discipline Place of birth: Grants Pass, Oregon Home: Novac, Motel del Rey What they do for a living: scavenging Factions: NCR, though her involvement is weak. Companions: Veronica Love interests: Veronica. I get the feeling Linda is bi, though. She'll probably meet some guy. Physical Appearance: Here she isEyes: Build: slender Habits: Speaking to as many people as possible. Weapons of preference: small guns. She has no real favorite. Her favorite is whatever she's got on her person. Clothing: Leather Armor. She likes wearing Prewar Dresses when in peaceful areas. Miscellaneous: Linda is my second New Vegas character. She is not dead-is-dead, since she's got a story which I want to carry out, possibly for several years. Theme song: Biography/Life History: Linda comes to Nevada from whatever vault there might be in Oregon. Before getting ambushed, she had been traveling with Karen Aboucha (my first NV creation) and her brother Les Havva Hand. Les wanted to move to Vegas, because he's supposed to be an entertainer, and Vegas is theoretically the perfect place to sing & dance. Problem is, they got ambushed, and Les initially cannot be found. Being unsure of what to do, where to go (nobody knows what happened to her brother) Linda eventually gets suckered into some initial Goodsprings-area quests. (Small spoiler, Les's game will be on PC someday. It'll require mods. (Edit:) and now that's on PC I can actually make that quest idea come true.) Real name: Nikov Tyme Game / Platform: Fallout New Vegas / PC Nickname: Hasn't got one, just don't call him "Nikky." Status: New Toon! Race: Caucasian / Russian Gender: мужчина Age: 40 Religion: Reputation: Alignment: Lawful Evil SPECIAL: S8, P5, E7, C3, I6, A8, L3 (strong, capable, agile, but he sucks with people, and hasn't had the best luck in the past... some computer training) Tagged skills: Guns, Melee Weapons, Science Traits: Hot Blooded, Trigger Discipline Place of birth: Russia Home: What they do for a living: Factions: Companions: Love interests: Physical Appearance: Chargen Pic /// "I vill break you." (New Vegas does have an Age slider. I pushed this all the way to the right.) Eyes: blueHair Style: Sarge + Chin Dusting Build: stocky Habits: Weapons of preference: Broad Machete, Sturdy Caravan Shotgun Clothing: Lightweight Metal Armor (he started game with this, along with a Wasteland Settler Outfit. Miscellaneous: Nikov Tyme is Justin Tyme's uncle, who comes to America from Russia. I used an alternate start to make this possible, so he starts outside of Hunter's Farm instead of Goodsprings. I chose "Immigrant" for his background. "Looking to escape your old life and past demons, you've traveled to the wilderness on foot (+10 Survival), staying off the roads to avoid thugs, yadda yadda... I chose "Getting By" for "How well off are you?" This means he doesn't start the game with a whole lot of stuff, and indeed he didn't begin the game with the huge pile of items all those DLC throw at us. There's also a "Cash Strapped" option for this choice, but he started the game completely naked, with nothing in inventory. That's going too far. QUOTE(mirocu @ Apr 27 2025, 12:56 PM) Welcome, Nikov! "Who speaks? A crow? Bah! In Russia, crow means taste good." I nailed it, right? He looks like an old Russian Cosmonaut or some such. I think I might start a questionnaire thread. We get to ask Nikov anything here in this forum, which fills out his personality a bit.

Right, I'm back folks! But my gaming PC is out of commission. I dropped it after blowing dust out back in July, and this caused its hard drive to fail. I already replaced the drive last year, so I know how long it takes to get a new one installed, and build all those modded games. 🖥That'll take a long time...I won't be gaming until January, is my thinking. So instead I got an Xbox, brand-new Series X. There. I'm good for Elder Scrolls VI: Valenwood, bam!Now I can also try all these games I been putting off for years: Kingdom Come Deliverance, Fallout 76, and so on... in fact let's start with Game / Platform: Fallout 4 / Xbox 🎮 Nickname: Jenn X Real name: Jennifer Xiomara Creation Date: September 8, 2025, 5:26 PM Game / Platform: Fallout 4 / Xbox 🎮 Status: Wcked! Level: 1 Race: Caucasian, I guess. Did they get rid of official races in this game? Gender: Chick Age: 25 Religion: ? Reputation: Scoundrel most likely Alignment: don't know yet. SPECIAL: S2 P6 E5 C6 I4 A4 L1 Tagged skills: Traits: Place of birth: San Francisco Home: What they do for a living: scavenging, Factions: Companions: Love interests: Physical Appearance: Here she is. Her looks will probably change, as I rushed a bit going "wow, whoa...wowwwwwwwwwwwwww....." and completely missed any sort of hairstyles. 👩🏽🦰 probably start over with her. The beginning of the game confused me! I modeled Jen's face from the Gen X'er in blue in this pic. Eyes: deep chestnut Hair: Jet Black with a "Femme Fatale" style. Hopefully I can mod her hair with little girl barrettes....she's supposed to be Generation X. Build: "large"... holy [censored] we can really choose different body types. Habits: Weapons of preference: Clothing: Miscellaneous: Theme song: Biography/Life History: This post has been edited by Renee: Sep 8 2025, 10:56 PM

QUOTE(Kane @ Sep 8 2025, 07:41 PM) Whoo! Fallout 4 train is leaving the station! I gotta rebuild my load order before too long, I haven't played since the spring.
Rebuild load order? how do you do this? Honestlly, I am pretty confused about modding on Xbox so far. Downloaded three so far from Bethesda.net, but where do they show up? I don't see them in the Start menu > mods, help!!! Green skin... Yea... And yea, here I am, about to run around the Commonwealth at 2 in the morning. Oh nice, it's raining again! Soft drizzle this time. Last night it also rained in the game, but that was heavy, dark, sort of scary rain.... COLD, most likely. This post has been edited by Renee: Yesterday, 06:40 AM

I play it on PC, but when I tried moving the install to a new SSD, it screwed up the modlist. I think for Xbox you have to use the Creations now? In which case you would have to create a Bethesda.net account that you log into the Creations page with. This post has been edited by Kane: Yesterday, 11:56 AM

Correct, I've done this. Linked my Bethesda.net account between PC and Xbox, downloaded 3 mods so far, problem is I only see one of them in the in-game Mods list. Like I said modding on PC is much more direct and obvious, assuming everything's set up correctly. On Xbox everything's surprisingly vague so far. Ah, maybe Khajiit knows. 🦁 Or maybe I'm the FIRST at Chorrol trying to mod on console. This post has been edited by Renee: Yesterday, 11:01 PM

Ah, maybe Khajiit knows. 🦁 Or maybe I'm the FIRST at Chorrol trying to mod on console. : You talked me up! I used mods for both Skyrim and Fallout4 on my PS4, and it is supposedly way more restrictive than XBox because of Sony. They worked great! You just go to the mods option on the start menu and download whatever you find interesting. You may do some research on load orders because some things do conflict just like on PC. There was a Reddit guide I used for Starfield on Xbox, so I’m sure there is something similar for the other Beth games that allow mods on consoles. Edit: note that Beth may have changed the “Mods” option on the start menu to “Creations”. I think this was the direction they were trying to go and is absolutely how they did Starfield mods. They just tied them into Creations. This post has been edited by TheCheshireKhajiit: Today, 12:01 AM
