Well, usually a bit different anyway I think. We take what jobs we get but we often not ask for it. Except for when Boss feels like calling someone to have a chat cause he's very social, he then also asks if they need something.
But it makes sense to "work the account" as sometimes we expect an order to come in but it hasn't yet. Then if we call and ask about it they immediately place an order cause they suddenly realized they needed it!  -------------------- Lol bird
