That image is indeed visible, while the Imgur ones are not.
I'm unsure what information Google is getting from me when I view it. I'll be looking at the source of the framing page carefully.
No, I'm not paranoid, but this is Google.

QUOTE(Decrepit @ Mar 24 2026, 09:54 AM) Subject: Find alterative for those who can not see linked Imgur images Status: Google Photos linking attempt number three appears below Below appears a Google Photos link to what is, as of 03/24/2026, my most recently posted TES: Oblivion Gemini-ehanced screenshot, already available for viewing as an Imgur link in our Oblivion Screenshots thread. <link> A column of Legion Halberdiers, marching to the Siege of Kvatch, pass through Weye Village early in the Crisis, a Gemini-enhanced/manipulated first-playthrough image. <link> Let me know if you see the image, especially if Imgur links don't work. Oh, I LOVE these screenshots!!!! Boy does it make me feel nostalgic about missing all your videos that you used to make in Oblivion! These screenshots are amazing!!! It feels like they are telling a story! Awesome job, you made my day with this!!! QUOTE(mirocu @ Apr 4 2026, 04:43 AM) Holy Cow!!! That is A LOT of firewood!!! I have seen (and am about to try) people using their pallets as levels of planting rows of fruits. I am about to try making one to grow strawberries. They remove some boards and make floors for each row out of those, so it makes a planting row when done. (or you can insert a piece of gutter in there to act as the planting pot). Something like this:

Project: Google Gemini Oblivion screenshot enhancements Status: It was fun while it lasted.
I've run out of screenshots intriguing enough to enhance. To be honest, I didn't anticipate enhancing as many as I did. I guessed maybe 50 and ended up with 202. There remain a few good shots that Gemini refuses to give me good enhancements of. I'll try those again, but don't expect miracles.
Project: Transfer my second Oblivion playthrough, intact, to my primary PC. Status: Attempt 1 is thus far a failure
The game will load a save if I use the vanilla launcher. If I attempt to load a game with the OBSE launcher, it immediately exits to the desktop. Looking through every log I can find, nothing seems amiss. I'll of course monkey around with it some more, but for now I'm baffled.
ADDENDUM: Comparing the OBSE.log from my misbehaving second plaything install and the one within my backed-up copy of the playthrough, it's obvious that OBSE is not completing its initialization process. But why? I probably overlooked some key files when backing up the playthrough in 2017. But what? We shall see.

If you have Windows 11 as your OS, it won't let you download mod managers/extenders/etc. Not sure why. You also can't make a partition and put a different OS on it, it won't allow that either. If you make a download of a previous partition through your D drive, it splits it up into numerous partitions at first, then SURPRISE! Suddenly all partitions are gone and it is telling you your cloud is overfull, grrrrr. If you don't have Windows 11 and can't download a mod extender or mod manager; then you probably have Windows 10 and have your game files on your "C" drive. It is best to make a partition and call it either "D" or "E" and move all your games to it. The excessive invasive controlling of your files is only on the "C" drive. Any drives you create beyond that work just perfectly as they should. You may need to delete that copy of OBSE and download a new copy, they may have a safeguard that keeps people from making unauthorized copies and transferring them. I think the Creation Kits have safeguards like that, even though they are free they are still considered property of. Also: check to make sure you are running OBSE as Administrator and that you have it set as "Compatible to" This post has been edited by mALX: Apr 13 2026, 12:29 AM

QUOTE(treydog @ Apr 12 2026, 07:59 PM) Is it possible to setup a VM on Win 11? If so, you will need to install the OS you want on the virtual machine...
I haven't tried, was going to get one but it gives my son seizures (so probably would me too). I will say this: Windows 11 is the most controlling and invasive OS I have ever even thought of using. I hate it. I tried to get the Geek Squad at Best Buy to remove it and install Windows 10 with my disk = they won't do it.
