Jonacin felt the bolt thud home into his shoulder. He swayed back a little, but brought his sword up to block the dagger thrust, and followed with a riposte that sliced the man's chest with a deep gash. suddenly he felt his knees buckle. "......poison.....you.......coward......." he rasped. He fell to his knees, feeling the poison coursing through his veins. But his encounter with Arcyatk had taught him a valuable lesson. He reached into his belt pouch, and pulled out a vial. He downed the contents in one. Standing up again, he grinned. "Cure poison potion. Never fails"

QUOTE(DoomedOne @ Sep 2 2005, 07:54 PM) "Akar. If your heart brought you here, there is something here for you to find. Whether or not your mom is alive or dead, if you came here, then there's something here for you." He headed back to the yurt where his companions were already asleep in. "Tomorrow, we walk to Ald-ruhn. Erabeninsum will not help us either, so we shall be entering the culture of the settled Dunmer. You are... 'civilized' Akar, so you will be leading us when we reach Ald-ruhn. Try adn help us blend in. If have nothing more to say, I will see you in the morning." Ha! With me as a companion it will be quite hard to blend in; nobody likes half-breeds, and everyone notices them. he thought. "I'll help as best I can." he answered as he settled down in the yurt and fell asleep. He was the first awake the next morning, so he was thinking to smoke a bit of skooma; no Imperial or Great House guards to do anything in an ashlander camp. He was immediately disappointed, seeing as he had already used it all up. He woke En'fel. "I think it's time, we've already slept too long."

"NO! SERENE! If you kill her, the gods themselves wont be able to save you nor the ones who employed you. This i swear"
OOC: Yeah well this time Serene isn't around to heal him, and considering the poison was a fast acting one and i don't intend to kill Jonacin off, there was no other option lol

En'Fel felt a fair of hands touch his side, and he rolled over expecting Anhaous. He was very surprised to see Akar.
"Alright, alright you're right," he said groggily. His voice was deep, as it often went in the morning. "Come on everyone, gather your things, we have a long day ahead."
"Every day has been long!" grumbled Hel'Tic. I hope to eat something besides Cliff-racer today, I'm sick of the stuff."
"We'll soon be in Reodran territory, and the Telvanni had some coins on them we can use for food."
En'Fel was not aware that the Talvanni coins were worthless in Redoran territory. Once everyone was ready and finished with breakfast, which was the last bit of food they had, they left for Ald'ruhn.

"Sel! Go get that man! I'm going to make sure Serene is ok!" Jonacin yelled, as he rushe dover to where Serene lay in the corner. She appeared to be ok, but she had fainted at some point and hadn't come around again yet

En'Fel watched nervously as the guards stared at him. Ashlanders were being harrassed and disprespected lately. he had to blend himself in.
"I have some of these, if that's what you mean," he said, taking some Telvanics out of a skin bag.
They looked like a gang of Ashlanders that just came in, and with their weapons out they looked like they were about to start a massacre. The guards were moving in clser, watching them carefully. En'Fel began to get nervous. Without meaning to, he released a bit of chilling touch through his palms, and the grip of his blade chrystalized.

QUOTE(ShogunSniper @ Sep 2 2005, 08:50 PM) "Are you stupid?! I work for the Morag Tong." Endris answered spitting up blood. Though the man standing over him became distracted with another dunmer who was charging him. Endris picked himself up, barely, in the midst of all this. But he fell to a knee. He looked down at the arm that he was holding his chest with, it was covered in blood. His eyesight got blurry and he blacked out. OOC: off for now... maybe akar could save endris. now that would be interesting. the son of serene inadvertaintly saving the person who tried to kill his mother. Akar & SelAkar was too busy fighting off this unexpectedly ferocious, skinny dunmer to hear that the man was an assassin. They wrestled for a bit, and Sel lost his grip on his sword. "What the hell are you doing?" he screamed at the half-breed. Akar didn't answer, this dunmer would pay for his attempted murder. "He's going to get away and it's your fault!" Sel yelled at him, trying to get out of the larger man's grip. Sel cursed his weak frame; it was no good in such a wrestling match. Why didn't Arcyakt feel the need to give him back his dagger? Akar finally threw Sel to the ground in a heap and left him there, beaten and bruised. The half-breed began healing the injured assassin on the ground, and began carrying him to the Ald Skar Inn to recover. "Are you coming?" he asked his ashlander companions, but they were nowhere to be found. This post has been edited by Dantrag: Sep 3 2005, 02:04 AM

QUOTE(gamer10 @ Sep 2 2005, 04:58 PM) Ced slammed his fists against the wall. It's not working, it's not working. He couldn't teleport out, some sort of magical barrier was keeping him inside the city. Normally barriers such as this don't work against the powers the divines bestowed upon him. Had they deserted him? Just like everyone else he'd ever known . . . He started to think about the gallows . . .for that is where he would go when he is caught. His bounty was already far too high for him too pay. Then he was sick all over the floor. Lykaon's footsteps could have been heard some distance away as the Ebony clad, and golden helmed man approached. His Akaviri Katana was drawn and held in one hand, the blade glitting in the fading light as the sun slowly sunk in the distance, the sky colored a firey red and orange. "So, Mr. Hood, seems you got yourself into a spot of trouble, eh?" he asked in a mocking tone, drawing the blade up to be held in both hands. "There are two ways we can do this, and the choice is yours. You can come peacefully, or you can be taken by force."

OOC: QUOTE There are two ways we can do this, and the choice is yours. , you sound like dude at the beginning of morrowind. Ic: Unable to find Darus, Megil returned to his office, his bodyguard would come looking for him soon. after waiting a few minutes, there was a knock at the door. Darus wouldn't knock. "Come in" The dumer came in, he was older than Megil. He gave his report, Megil's memory fogged since this last event but after some thought he managed to remember this dunmer, by the name of Murmandamus, a man who had offered his services, seeing that the man was having difficulty Megil gave him the job. And now he had come in with a thief, more than Megil had expected of the man. "Well I'd like to congratulate you on your first apprehension, There's a special mission I'd like you to do, go to the port construction site and i want you to watch the two men out there, should the guy in the gold mask fall, I want you to try and stop the hooded man. We cannot let the murdering maniac run loose in this city." Megil told him. For now the thief could stay in prison, Megil would have a word with hi once the current situation was dealt with. OOC: Vadim dunno if you know this but the thhief is you
