how do you make a mod, i might make two or three Options

Okay, um how do you even make a mod. I didn't do mods for Morrowind because i had it on Xbox. I'm getting Oblivion for PC because my family is too poor to afford a Xbox 360 So how do you make a mod.

heh, depending on what you wish to create it might take me several minutes to explain, or several hours

suffice to say, download the construction set once it's downloadable and through it you'll be able to create new items or change existing ones and much more, I don't think anyone could explain in detail right now how you work the CS as it's not been published yet so all the smart minds have no experience with it, not yet that is

It doesn't come with the game. It's a separate download. I'm not sure wheter it goes into Bethesda's money grabbing campaign or not. It may be a free download it may not who knows. I will supremely hate the devs if they do one more bad thing in their never-ending series of mistakes.

It is a free download. Both kathode and MSFD confirmed this on the official forums. I'd normally provide a quote to back this up but since their forums' search engine is disabled for the moment you'll just have to take my word for it.
