Help! I found the shrine, but all the bloke says is that I don't look ugly, maybe I can prove that I'm ugly on the inside. No quest turns up in the quest log, so I haven't the faintest idea what to do. Anyone mind helping me?

huh.gif I thought that was Namira`s shrine.
lol anyway,you have to lower your personality below 30.
The easyest way to do this,is to load yourself with cheap wine smile.gif

No, just give troll fat to the shrine. (Click the shrine) He will give you a quest to make you ugly on the inside. No wine... but thanks for the Namira quest help! I was clueless.

Yeah the two ways to do it are to get your personality below 30 or to have him at a high enough dispotion that he'll be like, "well maybe malacath will find you ugly on the inside" or something, I'm pretty sure that's the way I did it.

Negative. The Malacath Shrine requires Troll fat to be activated. You're mixing it up with Namira's Shrine.
