Good idea, you should try to catch Rahvin alone and have Hecate tell him about the way Deagan betrayed your character years ago to stir things up even further.
You could also use the fact that Deagan is wanted to your advantage as well, surely you can make something up, you are very persuasive. The group won't like to be near Deagan if they find out that he might stab them in the back the first chance money stands between them. So when Hecate lied about a dunmer hunting the vampire, was he talking about Ranes or Rahvin?
