It's already an antique sad.gif
VolksWagen, just like many other German car brands, is legendary arround these parts for its endurance and ability to take punishment over years. My father STILL drives a 1975. VW "Bug", which has hauled more cargo than some ocean ship over the years ohmy.gif the "Golf II" which I'm driving, on the other hand, was one of the most produced and exported cars in 80's. It is unsurpassed when it comes to reliability & service time [I've personaly seen a 1.8l model of it that has 500.000+ kilometers and it still purrs like a big, powerful Khajitt biggrin.gif in other words it could go for another 200.000 without serious problems].

Yeah ... VW's are great. I used to drive a family red bug and owned an orange bug complete with sunroof. But I thought cars had to be 25 years old to be antiques? I think they do here in Florida anyways.

Egh, we got in trouble again recently. Jamie got a ride over to my house from her aunt's.. and apparently she was suppose to ask her aunt for permission for that.. so she had to leave early and wasn't too happy about being yelled at for something she wasn't at fault for not knowing (she'd told someone else in the house and had cleared coming over yesterday). I'm making a horrible first impression on her family and it might have affected just how often she can see me.

Annoying. I'm not exactly an expert on relations (I'm more of a loner actually.) but I do understand that this can be very annoying to say the least. I hope things won't turn out to be too bad for you. smile.gif

Hang in there Stomach Ache- I kept my second ex-fiance out too late on our first date- but her parents loved me, so it was O.K.

This will be a rehash for anyone who goes to my channel, but...

I've been feeling really guilty lately because I have not thanked the teacher who helped me with a stalker problem just about six months ago.

Well, I've decided I will push myself hard to thank him tomorrow. I will be very nervous.

Various things are layered onto my irrational fear of him, but it's mostly because he is a man (let me stress this: I am not sexist, but I really don't feel like explaining what has happened to me to cause that), I find him AMAZINGLY attractive, and so much like me personality wise (sans my manic depressiveness and social phobia) it's a bit scary.

Trey, you are so sweet! Thanks for the concern. Most everyone, me included has off work tomorrow to be able to not travel in the storm and stay battened down at home. We have our hurricane supploes all in order but this will be the first time in 20 years that we do not go through a hurricane in our very safe soundproofed studios we used to live in (no windows, foot thick block walls, etc.)
But our condo has the whole back half towards the hallway and bathroom windowless, so in case of emergency we would go back there. And we are on the ground floor so that is safer too. I just hope we don't lose eletricity, that is so irritating. One of the hurricanes in the summer of the 4 'canes took 4 days to blow through - no electric, not much food, nothing to do but stay in bed.
The beaches above Daytona Beach are expecting at least a 12 to 15 foot storm surge of tidal water. I hope we here in Orlando just get alot of rain and nothing else. I will let you know ....

==============

Good luck talking to your teacher Zarr.Just try to be cool and be yourself, that should do it since he has a personality similar to your own.

Agh, this is terrible. The visits are amazingly great, but they aren't as frequent as we were led to believe. Tomorrow is the last time I will see her until Winter Break, sure I'll be able to wait.. but it's going to totally suck. Not only to make it worse but we have to hang out at her aunt's house and have barely any privacy whatsoever, which hardly helps the romantic mood. Still, I shouldn't be so ungrateful, I was lucky to see her so soon anyways, we didn't know this trip was even going to be possible a little while ago. We'll have to savor eachother's company as much as we can, because it will be the last we'll get for several months to follow...

I was chatting with a friend I haven't talked for the whole summer, and just for the heck of it he gave me a couple of links that I find hilarious. This is especially funny if you feel rather jaded about math..

Linky 1

Linky 2

And I don't have any relationship news because I'm not in one! Haha! But I definitely sympathize for the distance you have between seeing your girlfriend again, Chaos. I'm glad you're trying to keep it positive and make the best outta what you have though.

I must say that Jamies picture at your MySpace is just simply beautiful, Chaos. She is lovely. I remember those days when I was in high school and college and my first serious bf & I were getting it on but our parents of course didn't know.

One time he stayed a week with us at the Jersey shore ... but we got no private time all week. So on the Saturday we rented a tandem bike and pedaled from 16th street to the sand dunes of 69th street just to be alone. We were sooo sore from pedaling both ways the next day!

It's hard at that age, but you must make the most of whatever time you get together. Remember you will be older and hmmmm, sometimes it helps to each pretend you are going somewhere with friends when you are really going to be there together. That would make my parents ease up on the regulations, when they thought I'd be with my girlfriends. Not all's fair in love and war .... and all that ....

Well, you see.. I don't have any friends here. I just moved back home after my parents already moved to a new house... and school hasn't started yet. Things are fine and dandy though, we'll just take a walk to the park that hopefully won't be so crowded (not that it stopped us) and maybe take a trip to the woods. You know.. I've always hated the people who make out in public so I'll try to be more disctreet, but at least we were polite enough to be behind some bushes (which were apparently part of someone's back yard... oops). Ha, but that's enough of that, I enjoy her more for her personality and intelligence (everything else is just side benifits wink.gif )

Oh, on completely unrelated note - I am really happy you went to see Stargazey's lil' piece of horror fanfic smile.gif I hope a simple "Thank You !" & a hug is good enough...

Howdy!......

Back on track again, after a heavy party-weekend. All went well, but unfortunately I had to go to work this week, I´d rather stayed at home.

Got to start selling stuff now....to rise money for my trip to US! It´ll be in early october I reckon, my daughter wouldn´t have me the weeks I originally planned to go......I was actually thinking of flying to New York on the 11th of september, you see there are a lot of cheap flights that day!

lol! Gee,....I wonder why. Seriouly though, I think the terrorists won, because the 'need' for security now outweighs our 'rights' and 'freedoms'. Were the founding fathers alive today, they would put Bush on trial for treason. IMHO.

Yikes, that definitely doesn't sound very lucky. I hope things go for the best for you, despite the circumstances.
