if karn is busy i would go with veric, the heroes seem occupied with fighting an army/saving satyana. or if you prefer, if you could give an update of karn's whereabouts veric would seek him out. up to you.

Be even more interesting if, should Merethicus and Root continue along the 'let's-get-the-b'vek-out-of-here' line of thinking, they emerge from the caverns in the same area. Or not?
And yes I have. The middle one is always the best in any trilogy.
