I recently drew a webcomic on Oblivion (wittily titled Oblivious), and have managed to make the first few pages. However, when I tried to post them up today, I couldn't simply copy and paste them. So I looked at the insert image panel, but that didn't work either. So I went to photobucket, made an account and tried to post it with a URL. However, I discovered that whenever I tried to post, it came up with the following message:

THE FOLLOWING ERROR(S) WERE FOUND
Sorry, dynamic pages in the [IMG] tags are not allowed.

Is there any way that I can remedy this, or am I doing something wrong? I really want to post it up, but if I can't I'm going to get rather annoyed. Any and all help would be appreciated.

You probably just used the wrong link. At Photobucket you have a lot of choices. Just have a look at the link box at Photobucket (contains share/direct/img links) and copy the IMG link. Just paste it in your post as is. You can also put the direct link inside the "insert image" option, but that is quite a waste of time.

Photobucket is by far the largest photo-sharing site in the world – it has 43.84% of the market, compared to Yahoo! Photos at 18.27% and Webshots at 8.34%. The fifth company on the list is also an image hosting site for MySpace: ImageShackImageShackImageShack has 6.04% of the market. FlickrFlickrFlickr comes in at a respectable 6th place with 5.95% – but that’s way out of proportion to the amount of coverage it garners in the blogosphere. I’ve been trying to argue this point for months, but now we have the stats to prove it: PhotoBucket is far more significant than Flickr. Why? Because their strategy is better (assuming that your aim is growth)
