Assassins Creed Brotherhood... ... I may have mentioned... I'm absolutely loving this...Definately my fave of the series so far... Nothing better than calling half a dozen master Assassins down on a few puny town guards... ...

Got Battlefield 3 a couple of weeks ago. Was a bit skeptical at first, campaign isn't great to start with, and multiplayer didn't really live up to expectations - mainly due to the fact everybody else is ten times better than me. Then I realised that since I got it 7 days ago I've played it a considerable amount (as in, shitloads). Damn thing gets addictive without you even noticing, the bastards Anyhoo, JamieHinson is my psn if anybody wants. Be warned, I will spawn in any jets/helicopters available and proceed to crash it within the next minute or so.

QUOTE(Illydoor @ Jul 1 2012, 10:13 PM) They desperately need some kind of tutorial for flying! I mean seriously, how are you meant kill ANYTHING in the air when I still can't work out how you even turn!
I've had one kill in the air, and that was because I accidentally crashed my jet into his helicopter and killed us both.
He sent me an angry message saying that 'jet-ramming is for cowards' or something like that, I said I couldn't do it again if I tried.
I downloaded "Arena" when Bethesda gave it away for free - tried to play and couldn't figure out a single thing in combat. The first rat in the prison dungeon where the game starts killed me 18 times. I finally shelved the game out of frustration. Two years later some helpful person (on this forum, actually) - told me I had to advance toward him to combat. It must have been the only thing I didn't try, ROFL !! My son said (on the 360) that on a helicopter the left stick is the tilt, the right stick is the tail (turning?), and the triggers are for the speed of the propellers.

Ah rats in the dungeons, those were the days. I love it when you go back to a game you've been stuck on for ages and because you're older everything seems so much easier! It's never going to happen Malx, flying will never cease to confuse and amaze me. I just feel sorry for the other BF3 players that get in my Helicopter when I'm driving, thinking 'Oh, he'll take us to the dropzone with a safe and risk-free journey'. You guys got in the wroooong ride

In an attempt to get back into writing...I've gone back to Oblivion... Robert McWylde stylee... Who is the second character of mine to have acheived legend status in this house without having really earned it... ...I was stunned when I loaded it up ( exactly 12 months since I last saved it on McWylde btw...That was a creepy coincidence...*Hears Twilight-Zone music*...) and discovered quite how many things he still needed to level up on... And...I haven't even picked up the Dragon Armour after finishing the MQ with him!!... So yeah, back to Oblivion in an attempt to shake the cobwebs loose...You lucky people you... ...

QUOTE(SubRosa @ Aug 7 2012, 03:16 PM) That looks a lot like Diablo 3 actually. I do love the honesty in their marketing though! "Become immersed in a generic fantasy world" It's very different from D3 and, in my opinion, a much more fun game. They are pretty honest in their trailer though! The thing that really sold me was their Vietnam expansion. Assault rifles, napalm, and... magic? This post has been edited by King Coin: Aug 8 2012, 01:34 AM

Ive gone back to my all time favorite, Fallout: New Vegas!
In honor of expendables 2 coming out soon, I've made a "Chuck Norris" inspired character called Buck Lorris, whose specialties are hand-to-hand combat, shotguns and having a beard! I've always played sniper in fallout, but Im loving the close quarters combat I get into.
I'm glad I've got all the DLC, since dead moneys gonna be fun as hell, going around with a shotgun, blowing up harvesters and kicking some heads off!
