So it's one of the gates between sections of the Imperial City. Now I just have to calculate which one from that compass at the bottom.
South-west means it's either Elven Gardens gate to Talos Plaza, or Arena gate to Arboretum. I'll guess the first of those. -------------------- |

It is in the Imperial City (of course, lol) = but it is an actual building in the Imperial City; and that door is one you have to go through to do a certain prominent quest in the game. (hint). -------------------- |
