When I first saw this thread, I toyed with the idea of making a summer version of that... Didn't get around to it though *shrugs* As to the topic: Nothing. I hate summer

Agreed! But you got rocked a few days ago didn't you? I suppose so. Slept through the one early Monday morning. Beat the one Tuesday night home from work (I work southeast from home, the storm was coming up from the southwest) - barely got the car into the garage before the sprinkle turned into a downpour and the wind started gusting. That's the most excitement I've had in a while outside of Skyrim.

This will be easy. Summer is my favorite season because.... When I get up at 5:30, it's already warm and I can wash my hair and not freeze. Speaking of my hair, my curls are beautiful in summer because I can put my product in and leave it to dry by itself. Tank tops. I tan quickly and easily Barbeques! Perfectly ripe avocados are so much easier to find! Peaches. Watermelon. Shakes from Sonic ♥ I can leave the door open at the office and not freeze. We rarely get summer storms but I do love when they happen.

QUOTE(haute ecole rider @ Jul 3 2014, 03:08 AM) What do I love about summer here in the Midwest?
Lightning bugs.
The late evenings and the long twilights.
The smell of freshly mown grass. More enjoyable now that I'm not the one mowing it . . .
Thunderstorms.
I love thunderstorms. I doubt people in Oklahoma or parts of Missouri do though. For some areas thunderstorms mean imminent danger or at least a major potential for it.

QUOTE(King Of Beasts @ Sep 16 2014, 09:36 PM) I like autumn because it's cool, but it's still sorta warm out and the trees are real nice looking during this season. At least until they all die lol
They don´t die. If they did, they wouldn´t come back in spring

QUOTE(Vital @ Sep 29 2014, 11:49 AM) Today it was 31 degrees (celsius), in SPRING. Early spring too.
It meant I could go swimming though, which was nice.
*Is horrified* Loki's Twisted Scrotum! I'd melt in temperatures like that... *Shudders* This post has been edited by Callidus Thorn: Sep 29 2014, 02:45 PM
