Shadow had sat quietly in darkness a few feet away from the campfire and observed the band arrive. He thought throroughly of what to do next. With serious lack of information and, as Shadow suspected, of power, they would not be able to find and defeat Arcyakt. The fact that Guild resources couldn't help him on this greatly worried him. There were few things that the Guild didn't know about, and if Arcyakt was one of these things, that was saying a lot.
He exited the shadows and went to the campfire. "Hello," he said to the others. "I'm glad to see that the little band is back together." He turned to the drunkard with the scimitar and sighed. "Why can't you let these travellers rest? They have gone through the wastes and survived an ash storm. They need the rest. Why don't you just lower your weapon and go get some good sleep? Besides, numbers are against you." -------------------- He who knows everything, knows he knows nothing.

He turned to the others. "I hope you fared better than me. I tried to get some information my own way, but unfortunately I could find out almost nothing. The only clue my contacts had was that Arcyakt might be connected to the Ashlands. Not much of a catch I'd say. So what do you have? I'm all ears."
