Name : Dalrus Varus

Race :75% Imperial 25% Dunmer

Class : Mage

Age : 21

Sex : Female

Appearance : Dalrus is an absolutely gorgeous woman. She has long brown hair which is silky and beautiful. Her eyes are a firey emerald green and her eyes have a sexy curve to them. She is skinny though not too skinny and she is 5'5".

Equipment : Just a short steel sword

Personality : Dalrus is a very sweet girl, she very thoughtful and good company. She is, however, a little more timid in big groups do to an incident when a group of bandits caught her on the streets of the imperial city and, violated, her. The guards came and the bandits were captured, however, she has been emotionally scarred since then for two reasons. She is more serious now since the events of the last few years and is now well respected.

Brief History : Dalrus grew up in a very rich family in the Imperial City. Her father was the leader of the East Empire Trading Company, and gained a large amount of money from ebony mines in morrowind. Dalrus learned magic from her nanny and something unique about dalrus was that she had a very large reserve of magic. However, things took a turn for the worse when Raven Rock became a failure all their money was lost and her father went bankrupt. He soon commited suicide, dalrus found him hanging by their chandelier, and her mother soon married off into another rich family, abandoning poor dalrus. Dalrus soon begged for money and barely survived. As expected she was soon sought after by many men in the Imperial City. Her boyfriend was a soldier there and was one of the guards who came to her rescue. However, he faught so half hazardly to save her that he was killed by one of the bandits.

Dalrus is now the Arch-Mage of the mages guild, which she had reformed last year. She is one of the three Heroes of Cyrodiil along with Altair (Veric) and Voltar. She is also on the Imperial Council with the two other heroes. She has developed a close friendship with the two but remains apart as she is not completely loyal to Veric and sees him as more of an equal.

Other Relevant info : Dalrus seems to have a never ending supply of magic

Name : Rann

Race : 3/4 Dunmer, 1/4 Imperial

Class : Fighter/Assassin

Age : 21

Sex : Male

Appearance : Rann's imperial blood is almost unnoticable, and therefore he denies any heritage that is not dunmer. He has a slender build like his father but is about six inches taller at about 6'. He has shaggy black hair that he is always moving out of his eyes. He looks very similar to his father but for his purple eyes inherited from his mother. He has the same tattoo as Rahvin, but doesn't remember when he got it; he assumes it was given to him when he was very small. His father would never tell him what exactly it meant. He did learn a little about the tattoo's abilities during his travels, but he can't help but feel like his knowledge is incomplete. All he knows is that he can absorb the magicka around him and manipulate it in whatever way he chooses and that sometimes it can have horrible after effects on his body. He and Altair spent some time after the Silhouette crisis studying a tome left behind by the (presumably dead) Kirana to see what they could learn of it.

Equipment : Rann carries a stolen Akaviri katana strapped to his back, along with a bow and a quiver of arrows. The sword used to be nothing special, but for its origins, but now it carries a strange enchantment. He carries a dagger in his right boot and one on his belt. He normally wears common clothing, not usually one for extravagance.

Personality : When he needs to be stealthy, Rann can be a very calm and calculating person, but in many other situations he is highly impulsive and high-strung, which often gets him in trouble. He is witty and sarcastic, and often very selfish, but can still be kind when he wants to.

Brief History : He had lived in Chorrol until he was twelve, learning many things from his father, but staying ignorant of his profession. When he turned twelve, he began training with a reluctantly-famous dunmer named Sel who lives in the Imperial City. Sel taught him how to use a sword, and his style of fighting is almost identical. At age sixteen, Rann discovered what Rahvin did for a living, and oddly enough, he asked to join his father in his work and moved back to Chorrol.

Rann played a role in the Silhouette crisis, though he never gained the attention or fame that many of his companions did. After the crisis was over, Rann spent a few weeks aiding refugees and helping Imperial City's repair crews, but soon began to show signs of agitation and restlessness. Soon after, Rann left Cyrodiil with little explanation and only told four people of his departure: Dalrus, Altair, Amrita, and Rahvin.

What nobody knew, however, was that Altair was the one that planned Rann's journey.

Now, a year later, Rann is on the return trip back to Cyrodiil, and has no idea of what to expect on his arrival.

Name: Veric Astien, usually hides under the identity of "Altair"

(Original/preferred) Race: Breton

Class: Sorcerer

Age: 91

Sex: Male

Appearance: Whatever he likes. His original form, however, would be an old wrinkled Breton but through his growing ability to change his looks he will normally appear around 25, light build, around 5'10". Always has clear yellow eyes and is unable to hide them. He has a glare said to be capable of stopping you dead in your tracks in fear, or is it just illusion magick trickery? Clean shaved and dark hair pulled into a shoulder-length ponytail.

Equipment: Whatever fits his role. Normally, though, he dons a robe fitting the occasion and a Dwemer broadsword with which he is reasonably skilled.

Personallity: arrogant, calculating, evil.

Brief History: Up until a year ago, Veric had been trapped in a dimension of his own creation for twenty years; a castle of sorts created in his own mind and brought to life by a vast knowledge of alteration and illusion magick (it's complicated). Before that, he attempted to stop Brianna, daughter of Serene, from giving birth to three children who would ultimately spell his demise. Anything before that is unknown. Records of any parents, siblings, or his birthplace are nonexistant. Recently, he has taken on a false persona with the intent of ruling the Empire and claiming an ancient power.

However, he has a rather complex false history as "Altair", an up and coming altmer politician. This history may be doubted, but with his quick rise to fame and power, nobody would dare dispute it now. He began his duties in politics as a magical advisor to Chancellor Ocato during his rule, but was never really needed as Ocato never had to deal with any real magical crises. So Altair spent most of his time studying in the Imperial Library pursuing his own personal development as a mage and working on various research projects for the Empire. After Ocato's murder and the ransacking of the Council Chambers, Altair decided to take a more active role in politics, and his heroics during the Silhouette crisis earned him great respect and adoration from the people, making his rise easy. Altair was the leader of the movement for democracy, and his dream has been recently realized; what once was the Empire is now ruled by a governing council consisting of four representatives from each province.

Now he sits on the ruling Council of Tamriel, and unknown to most, has plans to become the sole ruler.

Other Relevant Info.: An expert in all forms of magicka, and a mastery of illusion and alteration beyond any other individual, he is not to be taken lightly as a spellcaster. Veric is capable of seemingly summoning objects, using illusion to create the image of them and alteration to give them a physical presence. Though only the capability of creating objects is known to others, not how it is done or how to counter it as of yet. Other uses of this magicka are still unrevealed.

He also uses a different kind of magicka closely related to his dealings with alteration and illusion to change his appearance to that of any race, sex, and realistic body size. Details are still unknown, but his magick affinity and relative body strength do not change from form to form and the change alone does little to mask his presence to those sensitive to magicka.

(Sorry about the double post, but I hate to put two characters in one post. I don't know why.)

Name: Voltar Simis

Race: Altmer

Age: 352

Class: Wizard/Adviser

Sex: Male

Appearance: Tall, with the typical Altmer bronze skin. He does possess dark black hair that goes down to his shoulders though. His clothing mainly consists of fairly elegant robes given his public status. Despite the many years he has lived, he only looks middle-aged by human standards.

Equipment: A poison enchanted dagger as well as the Staff of Worldly Demise, his prize possession. The staff further increases his potent abilities with Conjuration and Mythicism.

Personality: He is a man of few words. When he gets to thinking, it is often done with a blank expression. All that can be nudged out of him is a small, crooked and tight-lipped smile, a dry and soft chuckle, or a slight furrow to his brows to show agitation. Oh yea, his sense of morals is extremely lacking as well.

Brief History: Voltar began as a student within the Mages Guild but left to freelance his abilities. During this period, he discovered the banishment of Veric and spent 20 years on figuring out how to free him. He managed to do so using the Staff of Worldly Demise and has since spent his time working with Veric.

Currently, Voltar plays the part of the adviser to Veric's current form, Altair. He is a member of the Council that leads Cyrodil mainly due to his assistance in banishing the Silhouette from this plane of existence.

Other Relevant Info: Voltar is extremely powerful in the magical fields involving the use of Conjuration, Alteration, and Mythicism. During the course of fighting the Silhouette, his Destruction spells have garnered him some revere as well.

Ian

Race- Imperial/Vampire (Cyrodiilic Strain)
Class- Agent
Age- 40
Age- 33
Gender- Male

Appearence- Well tanned complexion, his solemn eyes can be bleach-brown or slightly red depending on if he's fed. Ian is rather tall and athletic, he also has jet black hair in the oiled style.

Equipment-

Agent's Leather Armor (replaces glass)- a full set of grey leather that matches his robes. They are somewhat heavier than normal leather. This is due to thin plates of chitin that are sewn into almost every spot that doesn't impede movement. Each guantlet has a seven-inch long spike that is woven into the bracer (naturally they're for stabbing things).

Agent's cloak- apon graduation, all apprentices are given robes that are enchanted to suit their styles (not completly stealth all the time). Grey and unassuming (but recognizable by veteran (i.e palace) guards. Ian's allows the wearer to become invisible (100% chameleon).

Glass bow- for some reason is not enchanted, but Ian often poisons the arrows (Strong paralysis or silence, can't have victims screaming their heads off).

Personality- On the surface, Ian is perfectly content with his roles now and in the old war. Underneath, vampirism has shaken his original persona's foundations. He is prone to brood over issues, and harbors resentments he would have dropped long ago if they didn't run so deep.
Ian is more protective than ever of the people he considers close friends and family. His vampirism also makes him more of a specialist in melee combat. Ian will use unwieldy weapons to greater affect in combat (throwing shields, shield ramming, throwing weapons, etc.)

Brief history- Ian was brought up by a dojo dedicated to training future master agents. The only parental intervention was his father who gave Ian many items from his days of glory. Ian graduated as one of the academies finest. Ian is indifferent to killing, but avoids unnessasary violence.

Relevant info- Ian perfers to fight at a distance, but now that he is vampire, this preference is no longer absolute.

Mostly Ian doesn't use many spells, except for basic spells in alteration, conjuration, and restoration, along with expert level illusion spells. And some of the vampire powers of the Cyrodiilic vampires. Ian has set aside his feud with Karn indefinitely, seeing as from their prospective, the crisis continues even with the Sil's banishment.

For good or ill, word of the mouth has spread the tale of his slaying of Mannimarco. This sudden knowledge, while not totally compromising, has caused Ian to life a double-life of living up to his public reputation and his more subtle activities as an agent.
Greater Power: After months of communing and a pilgrimage to the Deadra Princess of Life, Ian and Kirana have perfected a technique to give Kirana a temporary physical form independant of Ian's body. After the physical form expires, Kirana's consciousness goes back to Ian's mind. They do not use this power often since its duration depends on how long since they last used it.

Other Relevant Info: Ian has learned to fight on horseback as a cavalry archer and dragoon. Nosferatu is not skittish and would fight beside her master rather than flee. Ian does not outfit Nosferatu with armor because it slows her down and its is not complicated to heal her should she be injured.

Race: Plys'Iea
Class: Hunter
Age: 387
Gender: Male

Appearance: Although hailing from a reptilian race of bipeds, the butcher who has chosen to serve under the Silhouette can't be mistaken for a snakeman. Standing at about nine feet tall, the alien's scales are mostly pale gray, the exception being the patterns of black coloration tattooed onto the scales beneath.

His long head ends in a snake-like snout, the yellow eyes have vertical-slitted pupils. Black line tattoos run below his lower jaw line and along the middle of his head, ending where his eyes rest. His hands have three long, grasping fingers.
Five slender spines, each two and a half feet long, come from his back are attuned to pick up vibrations in the air, providing a form of extra-sensory.

Equipment:

Plys'Iea Stalker Armor- Much lighter than the main battle armor, this armor is made to withstand hostile environments while giving the wearer almost full freedom of movement. Projectiles and melee weapons are still largely ineffective, but powerful magic might compromise the suit's integrity (thermatic shock for instance).
Spines are lightly protected, but still able to detect movement and vulnerable. The suit comes with a helmet and therefore protects over 98% of the Plys'Ieas body (the exception being his spines).

Personality: A hunter-killer is an accurate summary of his work and general outlook. “Survival of the fittest” is a virtue; those who are physically weak or reliant on something to live or get by deserve death.
The Plys’Iea honor system still guides the alien as he is forced to make his way in a world he still does not fully understand. He looks down upon Mannimarco and his followers, seeing the practice of necromancy as a dishonorable.

To most the alien is a savage monstrosity, fighting in a blood-thirsty killing spree that none in the army can match. Despite this stereotype, he is as much a cunning and intelligent tactician as he is a savage butcher of men and mer.

Brief History: After losing his entire platoon and being left behind near the Morrowind-Argonia border, the sergeant major fled into the depths of Black Marsh. This is where he resided until the Silhouette’s army marched through the marsh and gave him another chance to fight.

Other Relevant Info: Tamrielic is not a language that this alien is capable of speaking fluently, however, he has learned to vocabulate Akaviri and Argonian due to their similarity to his own language. After the Silhoutte's banishment, the Plys'Iea lost his staff after attacking Voltar before fleeing to the country.

He encountered a Plys'Iea psionist and his old war Leader during his temporary exile. Both refused to let him accompany them, but charged him with a new mission, continue the fight. He also received his new armor from them before they disappeared.

Name : Flint Ironwood

Race : Breton

Class : smith (retired)

Age : 50

Gender: male
Appearance : Average height with surprisingly little muscle for a smith. (Telekinesis, I love it.) Dark Brown eyes and grey hair. The hair is still tied back in a ponytail but he now also has a nice little beard. And there is still the scar on the back of his hand. Gloves still cover said scar.

Equipment :
Aleatoire: During the battle for the Imperial City, Flint lost both of his katanas. Since his swords were lost in a part of the city held by the enemy, Flint was forced to get himself a new weapon. Instead of simply grabbing an old discarded weapon from the pile, Flint gathered every single scrap of broken weapon he could find, melted them down and mixed the resulting soup together, giving priority to pieces that held an enchantment. This new weapon would become known as Aleatoire.

Appearance: Aleatoire appears to be a very long and featureless silver staff that scatters light in all colours of the rainbow. (Think of a cd held in the sun.) It is not quite suited for actual combat, since it is so flexible that it just bends whenever it hits something.

Powers: Aleatoire has shown to be able to do just about anything though its specialty lies in Telekinesis (cause this is Flint’s staff we’re talking about.). Quite impressive for a simple improvised weapon. No doubt this is because of its pre-enchanted materials. However, the source of its strength is also its greatest weakness. Aleatoire has been known to do really crazy things that Flint didn’t want it to do, usually at the most inappropriate times. It even seems as if the staff has a mind of its own for threatening it with violence usually makes it work normally again, most of the time. So far, its list of foolery includes:
Singing the national anthem
Making a pack of goblins dance
Causing a pink flower-scented puff of smoke
Turning a lake (well, part of it) into brandy.
Pulling siege ladders instead of pushing them

Do-it-yourself portable repair set: Prongs and a light hammer among things, this allows Flint to keep his gear in perfect condition. He does need Telekinesis for the jobs requiring more muscle.

Silver dagger: It features a dispel enchantment which Flint chose after realizing that his old Glass dagger was definitely not helpful against the high-powered and decidedly evil mages he’s encountered. Unfortunately, he also realizes how bad he is at knifing stuff so if it ever comes so far he has to draw it, he’ll rather run.

Covered Glass armour: Since Flint has left his thieving past behind himself long ago, he has rarely worn his trademark suit of armour that highly resembled Dark Brotherhood garb. During last year’s crisis, he found himself wearing it once again. During the war, Flint came into contact with the Narza’tai, which was largely composed out of former Dark Brotherhood assassins. Since he personally loaths the order, he decided to make some changes to the armour. Specifically, he remade it into something resembling the clothing of a merchant or minor noble. While it loses some of its protective qualities, it is lighter and doesn’t draw as much attention.

Personality :
Flint has always had a pessimistic streak, and a habit of complaining (mostly about how he’s too old for this.). However, he is loyal to friends and more than willing to risk his life if needed. He always stays cool even under pressure. (though that’s hard to see with the constant complaining)

Brief History :
After the events of To Heir is Human, Flint returned to High Rock and got married. He established himself as a smith to make money. The first few years, he made regular trips through High Rock in search of Salina and more specifically, the child Salina had stolen. These trips were unsuccessful and he eventually gave up. He had now ‘permanently’ (As in, till THIH2) hung up his weapons on the wall as decoration. His son has also become a smith. Flint has not told his son anything about his former career. (Thief, general punching bag.)

During THIH2, Flint found himself swept up into the events after meeting Sathyana and mistaking her for her mother. As the crisis moved on, Flint met up with Sathyana’s siblings as well, including the child stolen by Salina (Amrita). At first he was worried that Amrita had turned to evil but his worries were soon put at ease.

During the battle for the IC, Flint took up the role as a commander in the army, working together with Flogir and a Bruman Siegemaster named Odrik. This gave him a reputation, not that of a hero, but that of a reliable officer in the army. After the war, he was offered a position at the Bruman Siege division. Since this was a better paying job than smith and because he wasn’t expecting any real sieges, Flint accepted.

Spells:

Telekinesis: Flint’s Telekinesis is very well-developed and his trademark. He can use it to do just about anything, from knocking people off their feet to levitating large boulders to firing darts of air to manipulating small objects to creating barriers.

Heart Heal: Known to Morrowind veterans as a simple healing spell. It does just that, heal.

Summon bound Longbow, bound arrows: More of a fun spell than anything else. Flint can shoot but he can’t aim while doing all his flips and rolls. So he is practically immobile while playing archer. That doesn’t keep the arrows from being painful.

Dragon Skin: Flint’s ultimate defence. Useable once a day, it can keep him alive even against the mightiest spells and the strongest blade.

Invisibility: Duh, three guesses to what it does. Quite long duration.

Jump: If it’s not his Telekinesis, then his insane jumps are the biggest trademark and one of the things he’s known for.

Detection: Flint has various Detection spells.

Name: Amrita

Race: 1/2 Altmer, 1/4 Dunmer, 1/4 Imperial

Class: Shadowalker

Age: 21

Gender: Female

Appearance: She is average human height, so short for an Altmer. Her looks are predominately Altmer with bronze skin and pointy ears. Her Dunmer traits are exposed in her red eyes and her Imperial traits are seen through her long red hair with flourishes of gold streaks within.

Personality: She is the arrogant and self assured type. She doesn't really care about anyone (Rann comes close) though she can act the part. She definitely has no qualms with killing and using deceit in order to achieve a gain of some sorts.

Equipment: Amrita sticks to dark and loose clothing which allows her to conceal the arsenal of weapons she carries. She is quite fond of using her two crossbows and also carries an Akaviri longsword. To also add to that, she carries several enchanted knifes of both the throwing and close combat sort.

Brief History: Amrita is one of the three prophesied siblings of Brianna who are meant to be the thorn in Veric's side. Upon her birth, she was stolen by Telinda's evil sister, Salina and until she was 19, she was taught magic and battle tactics by her 'aunt'.

She was found by Brianna, Rahvin and Sadril along the Morrowind/Cyrodil border. It was there that Sadril managed to get her to meet Veric and with his promise of untold power, she joined his forces. She is one of the few people who truly know that Altair is Veric and she also knows his goals to an extent (that he wants to become the ruler of Cyrodil at least). She doesn't mind as long as she gets the power promised to her.

Other Relevant Info: Amrita's special ability is that she is able to "merge" with the shadows. As long as there is shade, she can do this instantly and only a potent Detect Creature spell can expose her cover. When Veric had temporarily bestowed her an extension to her power, she was able to grab a shard of shadow and use it as a weapon. This shard, when focused on a target, would bypass any obstacles and if it struck the target, it would basically destroy their mind and render them into a hapless, vegetable state.

She is also a potent user in Destructive and Illusionary magic due to the training done with Salina.

Currently, she is somewhere in Cyrodil. Veric can easily reach her through the use of an amulet Amrita carries that allows her to instantly communicate with him. Since the Silhouette has been defeated, Veric has been using Amrita to get rid of certain politicians standing in his way by having her stage fatal "accidents" for them.

Name : General Agrippa Cronaeum

Race : Imperial

Class : Soldier

Age : 53

Sex : Male

Equipment : An Akaviri Katana, presented to him by Chancellor Ocato

Personality : Sleezy, uncaring, and selfish describe this man perfectly. First impressions are that this man is relatively nice. However, his lust for control could not be any greater. General Cronaeum does not want to be political leader, no, he thirsts for the public to fear him, to be the face of the military might of the Empire. He and Altair get along very well

Brief History :Agrippa will become supreme commander of the Cyrodiilian legions once Veric takes control. Agrippa also expects complete loyalty from his legions, and with the amount of spoils and money he gives them, he has gotten what he wants. The Cyrodiilian legions are corrupted, something that has not spread to the provinces. They are loyal to Agrippa and Altair and not the good of the people.

Other Relevant info : He is very good at fighting, one of his only good qualities, and he is easy to bribe as well.

Issac

Race: Altmer
Age: 22
Gender: male
Class: Agent (more of a noble now)

Appearence: Issac is young, handsome, and has short brown hair that he pulls back into a ponytail. He's tall and stately, while being quite athletic. His eyes are brown, and he wears short grey robes.

History: Issac was found by Ian after the defeat of Mehrunes Dagon (in Oblivion). Ian took him under his wing out of pity and fondess. After many years (and Ian's tutage) he's become a fine sorcerer (due to his his heritage) and swordsman, but also a proficient spy.
During the SIlhoutte's conquest, he met many people who would change his life and the fate of Tamriel. One of these people was Satyana, a descendant of Serene, the headmistress of House Redoran, who would become his companion and lover.
Both have gone to Chorrol after the war's end, trying to resume or start a normal life as a couple. Issac has become a part of the Chorrol's court, working hard to help the county's people in public and private. He and Satyana married shortly after arriving in Chorrol.

Personality: Issac is a fine gentleman, both kind and diligent worker. He is still an agent at heart, but this suits his new career as a member of Arianna Valga's court. Issac's disipline makes him a firm opponent of corruption and graft.
While he does not delight in killing others, he will not hesitate if it is unavoidable. During his time among the band of adventures trying to thwart the Silhoutte's conquest, he took a mediator role among some of the more hot-headed allies, this has given him an advantage in his new political position.

Inventory and Abilities-

Akaviri Katanas- Issac is a passionate swordsman, and fights with an enchanted Akaviri sword. It is enchanted with a powerful lightning attack.

Silver Cane- A finely crafted walking cane is Issac's most treasured possession. It was a gift from Ian after his marriage to Satyana. The object is enchanted with speechcraft and gifts the bearer with increased wisedom.

Spells-

Deadra's Fury- A bolt of the combined forces of lightning, fire, and frost. It is a journyman level spell, but with the cumulative strength it packs a nasty punch to most opponents.

Superior Silver Aegis- a powerful shield spell, with elemental shielding; it shields Issac, but can have an area of affect as well. It blocks just about every kind of attack (magic or physical, unless it's too powerful of course).

Including journeyman level illusion, destruction, and alteration. Also novice restoration and mysticism

-----------

Karn
Race- Dunmer
Class- ninja
Age- forty-eight
Gender- male
Appearance- handsome, white/crimson hair (usually rouge knot style). Tall, broad-shouldered and the typical dunmeri qualtities.

Equipment-

D. Brotherhood armor- with a black cape and cowl.

Bound shurikan- (throwing stars) Karn sometimes releases a cloud of stars and minipulates them with telekenisis.

Shade Slash- A slender rapier-like weapon with a chilling bite and dreadful effect. Slash affects the will of those it strikes, filling them with fear, and draining their energy (magical and otherwise)

Brief history- In the war, Karn crossed path with the group of heroes several times, first as an enemy, then later as a mutual ally. The assassin met Patholos, a disinfranchised (sp.) Dark Brotherhood priest. Both developed a comradery, even daring to face an entire gathering of Dark Brotherhood members to challenge the authority of Sithis.
They combated the Wrath of Sithis, striking it down and casting doubt upon the demonic "Dread Father" of the brotherhood. Their cause rang true with many of the assassin guild's remnants. Those who resisted the proof of their patron's weakness were cast out or killed.

The reborn brotherhood, now known as the Narza'Tai joined battle alongside the forces of Tamriel against the Silhoutte. Their early failures were quickly erased as their partnership with the conventional rank-and-file allowed many underhanded successes.
Since the end of the war, the Narza'Tai have consolidated their power and built upon their initial foundations. Their subtlety has allowed them to provide protection to outlying settlements in Cyrodiil that the corrupted legions overlook.

Many speak of the Narza'Tai with fear or reverance, to the lesser communities, they are protectors, no matter how cold and foreboding their assassins are. Thier covenants have allowed the Narza'Tai places to operate out of and a steady force of income to become a powerful force in Tamriel, especially Cyrodiil.

Relevant info- The responsibility of leading the Narza Tai assassin guild have eradicated his arrogance and forced him to accept a new persona in order to cope with his new position.

Personality- Having learned lessons from the war, Karn puts his bests interests now in those he calls brothers and sisters. The sensei has shed the young bluster and arrogance that he used to live by. Instead, the greater good and the well-being of the Narza Tai are what drives him on.
By normal standards, Karn is cold and inhuman in his dealings, nevertheless the leader does all that he can to give his charges and those they are afilliated with a solid future. This regard, he is selfless and a much respected leader among the 'Tai.

Abilities-

Ninja arts- In place of conventional (I know it's supposed to be arcane) magic, agents and ninja are taught to use spirtual arts (like chi). That allow them to become stronger, faster, or brace for an incoming attack. It can also allow them to heal faster (not as fast as a strong spell).

The Narza'Tai have a characteristic teleportation spell that allows them to vanish in a plume of black dust.

Name : Indor Varyon

Race : Dunmer (half ashlander)

Class : Somewhere between a rouge, pilgrim and scout

Age : 37

Sex : Male

Appearance : Very lean with particularly dark red eyes and black hair in a ridge which adds to his already notable height. He is immensely fit and looks it. Wears cheap clothes, a travel stained cloak and sometimes a thin leather cuirass and heavier bracers. His torso and upper arms are covered in Ashlander tattoos.

Equipment : He travels light and will bodge or borrow most things. He carries a reasonably mortar and pestle, a very thin leather cuirass which doesn't impede movement but offers only slight protection and a heavier pair of bracers which he only wears when he expects trouble (which tends to follow him). He has a cheap bow and a couple of darts which he uses to deliver poison. His only valuable possession is a staff with a healing enchantment which is powerful but has unpleasant side effects. Currently he has a couple of Ayleid stones which he is studying.

He is largely unable to do magic but can manage a tiny fireball which is only useful for arson and lighting candles.

Personality : He is driven by the thirst for learning but as soon as he understands something it will bore him and he'll move on. He is friendly enough as he meets a lot of people in his travels though he hates warriors, particularly the less intelligent ones and even more so orcs. He has a flagrant disregard for rules though won't cause needless harm or damage.

Brief History : He was born to a Redoran noble and an Ashlander merchant who left before he was born. His maternal grandfather saw that he was educated but he prove inept and fighting and, though very intelligent, unable to cast any but the most simple spells, though he is a good alchemist and has wide knowledge. He was groomed for commerce but with the oblivion crisis and his mother's marriage to another noble he became unwelcome and left to seek his fortune.

In Vvardenfell he got involved in deadra worship and his wide knowledge allowed the cult to delve deeply into the secrets of summoning. After a disaster, for which he was largely to blame and also the sole survivor, he forsook that life and swore never to summon again.

He continued his wanderings studying many subjects and becoming known among the Ashlanders where both his knowledge of alchemy and heritage made him welcome and where he became skilled in unarmed combat. A little over a year ago he came across a strange artefact of the Ayleids and went to Cyrodiil to study them. There he witnessed the destruction of the Imperial City and has since been involved in the rebuilding whole carrying out his studies of the Ayleids and the silhouette's spell.

He still sponges off House Redoran occasionally and helps them where he can though his loyalties are very much split.

Other Relevant info : He knows much of summoning daedra on a permanent basis but such rituals are complex, dangerous and take time. Once summoned controlling them could become a problem. He also swore never to do it again. (For this think Hutleen's Hut in Morrowind as opposed to what the PC does). Otherwise he is largely unable to do other magic. His knowledge is considerable though of varied usefulness. He will never fight fair, instead he uses his intelligence and knowledge of poisons to gain an advantage - or his speed to run away.

Name: Flogir Traalic

Race: Nord

Class: Former Kvatch Solider, then former Merchant, now General of the Imperial City Home Guard

Age: 43

Sex: Male

Appearance: Very typical Nord features: Tall, blonde, and strong. Age hasn't been the most kind to him as his face is a bit more wrinkled than the typical 40 year old. He still carries himself well though.

Equipment: When out of him armour, Flogir favours well made but inelegant clothing. His General armour consists of chainmail with medium weight breastplate, bracers, and greaves. The centre of the breastplate is gilt with the golden crest of the Home Guard; a shield with a white flame symbolizing the Dragonfires within it.

For weaponry, Flogir still uses Iceshard, a sabre with a potent ice enchantment upon it. In the need of ranged combat, Flogir uses a sturdy yew longbow.

Personality: Even though it has been roughly 8 months being a General, Flogir still has a hard time adjusting to the role of power given to him. He has still kept him friendly demeanor though. It seems that anyone that talks with him seems to open themselves up; telling him things that they wouldn't tell to people that they know better than Flogir.

Brief History: Flogir started off as your common soldier, serving the town of Kvatch. Unfortunately, this was during the Oblivion Crisis which means he witnessed the deaths of several fellow compatriots but managed to survive. Once the Crisis had ended, Flogir was honorably discharged and became a merchant and informant.

This led to him meeting Rann in Chorrol. Working with Rann ended up getting him caught up in the whole situation involving the Silhouette and its quest for domination. Throughout the situation, Flogir acted as a mediator between Rann and the other members of the group. In doing so, he became a confident with Rann and built a close friendship with the other "Old Geister" of the group, Flint.

In the latter stages of the situation involving the Silhouette, the leadership of the final defense of Cyrodil was placed in the hands of Flogir and Altair. Flogir's soldiering experience proved valuable in the final defense against the Akaviri horde seeking to destroy them. It is thought that without Flogir's tactics, the combined Morrowind and Cyrodil forces would've been crushed.

Once the Silhouette was banished, Flogir attempted to return to his previous lifestyle as a merchant. He did so for about four months before caving in to the position that some of the surviving soldiers from the Silhouette situation kept pestering him about. Supposedly, a new military force had been created out of the surviving force that faced the Akaviri. This force became the Imperial City Home Guard, a large military unit whose sole purpose is to defend the Imperial City. They are completely separate from Agrippa's Legion Forces as they are not a sub-division of the Legion. Flogir is now he General of this force and currently resides in the Imperial Capital.

Other Relevant Info: Flogir does not like Agrippa, but since he works for Altair, someone he respects, he does not openly opposes Agrippa. Instead, he subtly tries to at least uphold true justice within the Imperial City and uses informants to try to tip off the Narza'Tai on possible situations involving the Legion outside of the Imperial City.

Name : Sorian

Race : Redguard

Class : Swordsman

Age : 21

Gender: male
Appearance : Sorian is a young Redguard with black hair that seems to have a tint of grey in it already. He wears his hair braided into a tail at the back while a hairband keeps any stray locks from getting in his eyes.
His general physic is light and wiry. As for clothes, he wears a ridiculously bright yellow tunic.

Equipment :
One steel Shamshir, tucked behind his sash when not in use. Oddly enough, he doesn’t use a scabbard which makes one wonder how the hell he manages to avoid cutting himself.

Personality : Sorian is a hero wannabe. There is nothing he likes more but to look like a hero. In conversations, he tends to be either loud and demanding, or gentle and polite, depending on the situation. While he is a good person and willing to help even random strangers (for free even), his behaviour is not without consequences. He is very naïve and tends to swallow any explanation easily. It has occurred before that someone manipulated Sorian into helping perform an evil act by pretending to be a victim.

Brief History :
Sorian grew up on a farm as the youngest of four. Since the farm would be inherited by the oldest son and there was no free land left nearby, Sorian had no future where he lived and his father decided he would have to leave and find his own place in the world once he’d grown up. As a young kid, he was raised with stories of ancient Redguard heroes, like the Ansei. When he was old enough, he bought a simple yet durable Shamshir and left to travel the world. Three years later, he has wound up in western Cyrodiil.

Other Relevant info :
Sorian’s goal in life is to become a big hero, preferably an Ansei. He practises the Shehai daily, but he has never managed to form one, not even a whisp of smoke. Frankly, he has no idea how a Shehai is formed, he only knows it is a sword of the soul.
Skills:
Drawing his Shamshir without ripping his clothes. Yes, this is a skill. (Realistically, he would rip his clothes and stab himself in the side. But he’s neither James T. Kirk, nor does he practise seppuku.)
He’s also got some skill with a sword, but he’s really nothing special, despite claims to the contrary.

Name: Satyana

Race: 50% Nord, 25% Dunmer, 25% Imperial

Class: Alchemist, Mage and healer

Age: 21

Sex: Female

Appearance: A rather dark-skinned girl with nordic-imperial features mainly. Thus apart from the grey-tone in her skin she also have somewhat pointy ears. All in all she is a very beautiful girl, very attractive to most men she meets. She also is rather tall, with a slender body. Not to mention her eyes...dark purple...the inheritance from her mother and grandmother...
Due to physical training she is strong and fit, outruns most of her friends in a competition...

Equipment: She carries no weaponry, except for a longbow now and then. All she´s got is a big leather satchel, inherited from her mother (Brianna) containing various plants and herbs as well as ready-made potions.

Personality: A calm and composed young girl, who always is ready to help out when someone gets hurt. She is very intelligent and likes people, likes to have good conversations.....Satyana is always hungry for knowledge, she is a good listener and considered to be a very good friend. Until now she has lived a pretty protected life, there has been no cause for her to be angry or upset of anything, so she doesn´t know how she´d react on stress or trauma! An innocent girl loved by everyone!

Brief history:Satyana never knew her mother, Brianna , who mysteriously disappeared shortly after she and her siblings were born, in Bruma. She also doesn´t know of her brother and sister. Serene and Haldin brought her back to Ald´ruhn and she was raised in Sarethi Manor by Serene, Athyn and Haldin. She first went to school in Vivec, because there were no decent learning-opportunities in Ald´ruhn. Her outstanding intelligence and love for learning made her "grandparents" to investigate the universities of entire Tamriel. They found "The University of Chorrol" that would suit Satyana well considering her interests. At 18 she moved to Chorrol and started her studies; Alchemy, race-biology, anatomy, psychology and also tamrielic history. The latter awakened her interest for her own lineage and so she now started a search for her own roots. Her race-mixture gave her some clues where to look for her ancestors. She also finally got Serene to tell her all she knew.

At the start of THIH III: she does know her mother, Brianna, but doesn't know whether she likes her or not! She can't forgive her for abandoning her when she was an infant. She has come to know and love Rann, but unfortunately they are not on speaking terms after the sad story of Soldin.....Satyana suffers greatly from this!

She loves Rahvin, Rann's father, because she never knew her own, who was killed before she was born.

During the last year she married Issac, who she met during the Silhouette's conquest, and come to love deeply. They moved back to Chorrol after the war and Satyana took up her studies again. Now a year after, she is a well educated mage and healer. She also knew most of her roots and is not completely happy about it.

She's working on her relations with her mother....

Satyana just foud something out that worries her a lot....she's now pondering how to tell Issac.....he must be the one to know first....

She looks like this

Name: Savras

Race: Half-Dunmer, Half-Imperial.

Class: Melee Hybrid

Age: 29

Appearance: He’s has long, thick and a bit shaggy raven-black hair nearly reaching his shoulders and hiding his pointy ears. He has got blue/purple eyes and it always looks like he needs a little shave. He is average height, very athletic and strong. He is well tanned, though his Dunmer traits make the skin color grayer.

Equipment: Savras carries a curved one-hand sword, enchanted with a fatigue draining effect. When reflecting light, a jade green color will appear along the blade’s edge. Along with that he carries a small dagger in his belt, next to his scabbard and a second one, strapped to his thigh. He wears a leather cuirass and leather leggings over some loose pants and a sleeveless shirt. Above this he wears something similar to a grey Japanese haori (but with a hood and with torn off sleeves), which is kept tight around his waist and stomach thanks to a few belts. He wears leather bracers above some thin cloth gloves reaching halfway to his elbow. Hidden in the bracers is a few throwing knives.

Personality: He is a determined individual with iron self-control. He acts as his conscience directs him, following his own moral compass. Although he believes in good and all that, he does what’s necessary without caring about laws and regulations. Other than that he seems very friendly, kind and relaxed around most people.

Brief History: Savras grew up on the mainland of Morrowind spending his youth with his Dunmer mother and having no idea who is father was or where he was. He was trained in swordsmanship by a friend of his mother who become like a father to him. When he had surpassed his mentor, Savras went out on his own as an adventurer eager to learn more. Though poor and with little other than his blade, Savras learned to do what was necessary to survive and also became a swift learner. He joined guilds and other organizations, learning their ways and gaining knowledge. Savras combines his sword skills with elements from assassination and with alteration, restoration and illusion magic.

Relevant Information: Some of the spells he usually finds handy are Encumbering Touch, Guard, Eyes of Midnight, Rage, Heal and Consume Health. He has very restricted with magicka, so can’t cast a lot.

And his sword looks somewhat like this. But with less curve to it.

Dan

Age: Old, in his late fourties

Race: Nord

Class: Warrior

Appearance: A little under six feet tall and has grey hair. He has a trimmed beard which has started greying here and there, something which irks Dan. He also has a few scars showing a violent past.

Personality: He is a taciturn old man which speaks rarely and only does so when he has something worthwhile to say. Speaking of communicating with others, he has a rather nasty problem, he can't speak. His tongue was cut off by a party of bandits. A healer managed to save Dan's life yet his vocal cords were ruined. He has to speak by using a telepathy spell, hence the reason for talking rarely.

Equipment: He wears plain clothing which bears the passing of time. He does have a few pieces of armour in case there are any problems, those pieces being a large mail hauberk which hangs over his knees, mail mittens and leather boots. As a weapon he has a rather old broadsword kept in good condition.

History: Aforementioned history with the severing of his tongue done by bandits, with the addendum of all the events that passed in THIH II. He fought in the Imperial City and was last seen going off to find some soldiers assigned to him, shortly before the climactic battle between the Silhouette, Voltar, Altair and Dalrus. After the Tsaesci dissipated, dismayed by the loss of their leader, Dan returned to a much-appreciated peaceful life, somewhere close between Chorrol and Bruma, where he has a house. He doesn't much pay attention to the news but sometimes goes to Bruma and Chorrol to buy supplies so he often inadvertently meets old friends.

A picture of what Dan looks like:

IPB Image

~~~
Name : Savirien Masakado
Race : Tsaesci
Class : Warrior
Age : 287
Sex : male
Appearance : Looks like most Tsaesci do. Tall and eel-like, with small scales of a hue of green which resemble mail when the sun shines upon them. Mail coloured in all shades of green thinkable. He has long, snake-like eyes with vertical slit pupils. He also has quite a few scars from past battles and a small part of his tail missing, obviously hacked off by an opponent's katana.
Equipment : Tsaesci battle-armour. Somewhat lighter than Tamrielic full plate armour but provides the mobility so prized by Akaviri warriors. Composed of overlapping plates of steel along with thick silk to cover up any exposed areas. The silk is decorated with traditional Tsaesci hunting scenes and various battles with the Tiger Dragons or Snow Demons inhabiting Akavir. He wears no helm. His main weapon is an Akaviri katana of fine make and lineage, forged by a famous smith almost thirty years before the siege of the Imperial City. His secondary weapon is a wakizashi which he always keeps at his waist and sometimes uses in combination with the katana.
Personality : Savirien prizes honour above all, especially honour in combat against one's opponent. Despite the value he puts in honour he has little qualms when it comes to slaughtering any enemy if he is so commanded by his superior officer. He shows open disdain against lesser opponents though he considers giving his foes a "clean death" to be all important in any battle, regardless of your opponent. Accordingly, he rarely underestimates his foes and openly disagrees with all who do so. He is well educated and courteous when the situation demands it. Savirien also considers war to be a very important business which should be conducted with great care and he also considers it vital that wars be finished quickly. Thus, he will sometimes sacrifice a more secure option which would take longer in favour of a quicker solution which would appear more fool-hardy. He also has a rather odd mentality (at least in the minds of his peers) that wars should be won without actually fighting. Sadly however, that is rarely the case.
Brief History : Old history concerning the death of his father during the invasion of Uriel V and how he came into the employ of the Silhouette, pursuing his vendetta with the Imperials who he thought responsible for the death of his father. After the Silhouette's defeat, many of the Tasesci brought to Tamriel considered their purposes and reasons for being there obsolete, so a considerable number of the serpent-men simply sought passage back to Akavir. A number of snake-men, however, remained with Savirien, considering themselves to be honour-bound to remain in Tamriel and continue fighting against the Imperials. The Tsaesci did this more out of loyalty to Savirien, than out of loyalty to the Silhouette, considering his fight to be their own. Since they were too few, they found themselves forced to fall back to Argonia and hide in its marshes, waiting for the time when they may emerge and once again wreak havoc among their foes.
... *shifty eyes* ... Bugger it's been a while. And just I'm just as, if not more so, paranoid than before. PM me if you have any major problems and/or suggestions.
Name: Amili Canthus
Race: Dunmer
Class: Swordsress (Or would it be swordress? I dunno. A Dunmer lass wielding a sword.)
Age: 26
Sex: Feminine
Appearance: Amili is 5'7" and her black hair comes down to just above her shoulders, not in an act of seduction (even though it doesn't stop it from coming off that way) but, rather, out of the ease it brings to pulling on and off a helmet. While she doesn't upkeep her hair *that* well, it still has managed to retain a smooth feeling and an amazing sheen. She has, and is strongly proud of, her dark Dunmer skin that is a shade darker then normal and two piercing crimson eyes to match. She is slender and, just at looking at her, one wouldn't be able to tell that she was muscular.
Equipment: She feels comfortable in Orcish mail and doesn't go into battle unless she is wielding her silver claymore. (Granted, if need be, she can be proficient in a one handed sword with the help of a shield)
Personality: Even from the days when boys had cooties and girls did whatever it was that girls did at that age, she has always felt much more comfortable shooting the breeze with a few guy friends then picking over things inside with the women-folk. She is an amazing friend and would go to the ends of the earth to hunt down someone who did her friends (or her) wrong.
Brief History: Amili was born in Chorrol into a wealthy family, and because she hardly saw her parents, Amili would spend most of her afternoons ditching her sitter and play with her friends who would, quite frankly, beat the crap out of each other with their wooden "swords" in an attempt to "learn" the fine art of swordsmanship. While this was all good and fun, Amili tired of this and meandered over toward the fighter's guild and, when no one was was watching and presumably at lunch, would attempt to heave a sword at the practice dummies.
One fortunate afternoon, a kind old soldier caught her training herself to a pulp and he offered to properly show her the trade of slicing things up. Amili and the soldier's friendship grew greatly and eventually, on her 17th birthday, he bought her an exquisite steel claymore. Amili was ecstatic while her parents were, to say the least, quite appalled. They quickly packed their things and left for the Imperial City in an attempt to keep her away from the "vile" fighters. Amili managed to sneak her claymore into the city and worked through her drills every day in secret. At the age of 19, after hearing of her soldier friend's death, and after growing much more distant from her family, she finally moved out and, with her father's money, purchased a decent house in Talos Plaza district.
Other Relevant info: She spends her time adventuring around Cyrodiil and she returns to her house every so often to recuperate and to be with her friends. She also a Guardian in the Fighter's guild.
Race: dunmer
Sex: male
Age: 28
Class: traveller(cuz that's what I do in ob....smile.gif
Apperance: an even 5'11, he is built real lean. A pale grey skin tone, some believe that he might be more than dunmer. He has aqua blue eyes, a rarity among dunmers. He has charcoal colored hair, worn long and loosely. He smiles a lot, and his usualy noticed by women in doing so.
Equipment: He wears a red(bloodstained) moth priest robe robe over a set of dark brotherhood armor, which he says he 'aquired' from a fellow kajitt friend in bruma.
Wields a very rare daedric katana, with the enchantment of being able to multiply his damaging strikes by 100, with the cost of him developing mild skitzophrenia(is that spelled right?). Usualy seen with a few bottles of mead.
Personality: a real funny individual, if you can approach him. Likes to smile a lot. Real bubbly personality, but can also be a real psychopath. He his skitzophrenic(spell check plz!) his other half is a maniac. His other half has a sick sense of torturous humor; seing as how he likes to play tag with ice magica with woodland creatures. The crazy half is known to be less of a sword expert and mor of a hand to hand person, mixing it with an occasional ice spear, or other ice based spells. His normal half is happy, and bubbly. His normal half is a real go getter, and can manipulate ice magicka to his lips when he kisses women. His better half can't really use ice magicka like his couterpart, but he can channel ice magicka through his body and through his sword and is a very accomplished swordsman, having trained with the blades and past arena champions.
The nice half is very much into fine, aged wine; while the evil half is a drunkard.
Brief history: a former steward of a retired moth priest, he spent his child hood by the moth priest temple, learning, reading(in the sunlight) and training with the priests and blades who would escort newly 'blineded' priests. After questioning and pondering over life outside his happy priest life, he turned 20 and left. He discovered mead, sex, gambling during his travels, and soon began thieving all around the continent as a freelance thief. With the help of a fellow kajitt friend, he was referred to a katana in the dagoth moutains which weighed but as much as a feather, but had enough destructive force of lord dagon himself. Inwhich, he had to have, being a fine swordsman that he is. In the course of hooking and stabbing through an old dwemer complex, he held the blade, in hopes of attaining further enlightenment and symbolic and sentimental achievement....but the blade caused him to grow weary and pass out, thus having him wake up in a creek by the emperial city, surrounded by several dead imperial hunters. Being the ignorant person that he is, he shruged the bloody creek as it never happened....casuing him to hav a ever present smile most days.
