This is just an idea, being as i have no clue how to make a mod, but shouldnt there be a shop mod where you can have a store keeper stay in the shop and close up, while you ring in the profits and he gets a weekly automatic paycheck (goldcheck?). You can have a few different types of stores such as a produce store, a pet store, a weapon store, a mages store(scrolls, spells, etc.), a book store, a stable or an inn. You can pay extra for the buiilding, like in real life, and you can get a key, so can the store keeper. Me and my friend were talking about this an thought it would make oblivion a lot more rpg than before.
