Just tried a pic of Namira...

Let me know how the lighting looks... I am still playing around with the shadows on it.

That slug is so cool. I like the lighting.

Since she is associated with Dark spirits and ancient darkness... I guess this is just what I envisioned first.. I could try replacing it with something else if you like... something more ethereal looking perhaps?

Well, myeah, something that doesn't quite look so cliche as a balrog with a flame in his mouth. Ancient darkness is sort of like the underlying layer of darkness.

I am using just Poser 5. these are as rendered so far.. I am not too good at postwork unfortunately so I rarely use it. Usually just a smudge tool for cleaning a few stray polys in joints. As far as the darkness its hard to get an idea how it will look on all monitors. LCD screens seem to display my pictures much brighter than CRT ones. I am working on getting a compromise between the two in my pictures, but I must say I like my pictures full of dark and shadow.

Generally speaking i try to bump the contrast up a notch, this way you get a good depth to the shadows and a decent detailing on most monitors.

She´s very nice....I´ve liked Namira since Darkie presented her to me..and I´m currently using his version as wallpaper....

Now yours is very fascinating..actually I think your Namira resembles me.....a tiny bit, I think I´ll try her as wallpaper......as well.. if you don´t mind
