Any system requirments for Oblivion that anyone knows?

I'd like to know so I can stock up bunches of cash to buy new parts.

The game screenshots look pretty intense, so I'm assuming it'll require better stuffs than Half Life 2?

only thing we've been told is in this quote:

QUOTE(MSFD)

Actually my work PC has a Radeon 9800 Pro with 256MB. But the game isn't done yet, so at this time it is impossible to give meaningful answers to any questions about performance or minimum system requirements.

nothing more unfortunately smile.gif

Well, I think I'll live then with a Radeon 9800 Pro and 512 MB...

I sure do love this computer. Cost a fortune, it did, but it was well worth it. 11 fps in a Propylon Chamber on a 1024x768 resolution in Morrowind GOTY is proof...

Well t hink people are taking this quote a bit too seriously. If this DEV is only working on a minimal part of oblivion and doesnt need to actually have the game run then it doesnt apply.

Anyway Bethesda has already announced that they will make the game accesible on mid range PCs.

I just hope HIgh end PCs now arent gonna be mid range PCs in a year lolll
Im getting a new PC this summer so im not too worried

Smiley is working on combat and magic, so you can be sure he has to run that game a lot.

1 gig corsair RAM
2x seagate HD raid 0
