Flint Ironwood, where everyone else is.

Flint finished fixing his armour and put it back on. He felt much safer already.
,,Now would you mind telling us why you switched sides? And why do you call yourself Death now?" He asked Telina. Flint really didn't expect an answer, but they might learn something.

Telina

"My name is death, beacuse mt master made it so...and I...I...I AM NOT DEATH", she yelled suddenly.

"I...forced me, through torture...I need help, could not do the job good enough, I still hold some of...my memory", and then she collapsed, only to get up again, now the evil killer look was in her eyes again, and she drew her hood over herself again, reaching for her sword.

OOC: She holds a little bit of her previous self still, but that part dissapears more and more.

Flint Ironwood, same place as always.

Now this was interesting, so Telina's switching of sides was forced by someone, probably the man who nearly killed her. Either she was a good actor, or it was the thruth. Flint settled for the last thing, he didn't want to think what the first option would mean.

,,Now calm down. There's no need to reach for your sword. No one is going to hurt you. We'll try to help, ok? Just tell us what we have to do." He said with his hands kept in front of him in a non-threatening gesture.
,,If only I could get the old Telina to come out long enough, we might learn how to undo this, if there is a way. If not, Telina...No, Death will probably kill us all. She's powerful enough for this."


(This might be a stupid idea. He can't grab his sword fast enough if this goes wrong.)

"Haha...you need not worry Breton, I hold no grudge against you...yet, and I will not attack anyone untill I have talked with the halfbreed...so my advice to you is to saty out of this...and then I will kill you swift and painless...interfere, and your death shall be a long...painful once".

,,Great. So I die quick or slow. Man, I don't want to die at all."
Flint stepped back and lowered his hands.
,,Sure, go ahead and talk. But please just stick to the talking, let's not get physical here, I am really not in the mood for all this."


Fervus Noctus, just over the horizon.

A blue glowing cloud appeared. A figure began to take shape and his boots touched the white snow as the cloud began to dissappear.
,,So I finally managed to travel to another plane. Honestly, I don't see why Aureus likes travelling so much. This place is just like Skyrim, too cold for my bones." The figure muttered to itself and gave a bony chuckle. He then sniffed the air.
,,Hmm, Nord blood. Looks like this is Skyrim, an alternate Skyrim. Right, why couldn't I end up in Elsweyr? Khajitt are much cuter creatures than those drinking barbarians."

Fervus reached out with his mind to feel who was in this plane. He failed to see his own alternate self, which meant he died long ago. As he checked on more people, a strange feeling appeared. Emptyness, he felt emptyness and it hurt him in his very core.
,,Someone is sick and could use help." Fervus muttered and turned into the direction where he'd felt the emptyness. He raised one of his hands and released a small purple spell that travelled off into the distance before exploding in a small purple shower.

Fervus nodded in satisfaction. He then recalled to the mark he'd just placed. He reappeared much closer to his destination and began walking, using his staff to help him move through the thick snow.

Sasal

Sasal turned his head to where Telina rolled off to.... what is wrong with her.. sasal thought as he stole another glance at telina while he caught his breath. He had a disgusted, yet confused expression on his face. He saw Telina, she looked as if she had some kind of internal battle with her emotions and personality. "Heh, you can have your talk, but you will leave as soo as you are done" sasal said, while still catching his breath.
Knowing that he was still not ready to fight again, he said "Dont push your luck, i wont kill you, but i swear that ill make you reconsider comming back." With a large quantity of sweat comming down his forehead, he said "With a few broken bones"

Deagan

As he continued to stare at the men and get closer, he realized that one of them was Hecate and the other...well he didn't know, but it did interest him.

Deagan looked around carefully to make sure he wasn't being watched and then jogged a ways over to Hecate, crouching down beside him and putting his back to a rock.

"I'd expected you to make your move by now...this isn't how I remembered you at all...you used to be very impatient." Deagan said, wondering why Hecate hadn't already tried to kill his marks

"Who's your friend?" He added as he looked to Pilthan

Thats odd...Hecate usually works alone...never really trusted his partners. Can't say I blame him though after what I did.

Oran moaned, the mage had woken him up near the crack of dawn (I'm moving time along some...) and gave him the full Bonemeld suit that he was now wearing. Oran followed the mage to "Arygon's Private Training Center" Now what is this? Oran thought to himself. The door opened and a fireball flew by, followed by a beam of ice, looking into the chamber Oran could see Arygon rolling and sliding as t12 mages fired various spells at him. A lightining bolt finally caught Arygon and all the spells stopped. "Oran, come on down this hall." Arygon took the young lad to a hallway, down the enitre lenght was huge swinging pendulum blades. "You're going to have to run through this... obviously without dying." Oran stood timing the blades, there was no appearant timing for any of the blades, but it seemed there was never any opening to walk through. "I can't..." Oran said slowly, Arygon turned "Oh, really watch this." Arygon walked slowly forward like he was going up to a throne. The first blade should've cut him in half but mesteriously it missed, as did the entire hallway of blades. Oran stuck out a piece of wood that happened to be on the floor, the stick was cut cleanly in half. "Come along Oran or I shall leave you behind." Arygon said as he opened the next door. Oran ran the hallway, the blades chopped off sections of armour, and a few cut his skin. He made it to the other end in one piece though, and was happy with that. Arygon called "Are you coming?" Oran sighed and walked into... Arygon's armoury. Oran looked around there was a full set of every sort of armour imaginable Oran looked in awe at a Deadric set, looked over the Adaminite set, and pondered a Ordinator set. "Choose out what you like Oran." Arygon said as he toss weapons out of a crate, evidentally searching for something. Oran tossed away the ruined bonemeld and chose out a nice set of Orcish armour, but took a Bonemeld helm instead of the orcish one. Arygon smiled at Oran's choice "Now find yourself a weapon." Oran scrambled through the weapons searching for a hammer. He found a nice Dwemer Mace and decided it would have to do. Arygon suddenly exlaimed "Aha! I found it!" Oran looked over to see what wonderous artifact Arygon had found, and was greeted with Arygon holdign a bottle. "What's in it?" Oran asked curiously. "Flin." Arygon anwsered working on the lid. "Flin?" Oran asked mystified. "This flin is twice as old as you are." Arygon anwsered before drinking the bottle. "It's better aged."

Hecate

"Right time will come, they will both soon be laying dead in front of me" Hecate replied to Deagan whilst he was still looking at Telina, then he turned around and looked at Deagan.

"Being impatient against these two will only be the death of me, there's a perfect moment for everything and I'm waiting for it to come..." He added as he now was facing Deagan, Deagan could easily see that Hecate's hand was resting at his dagger as he spoke.

"I guess my friend can introduce himself and you can introduce yourself to him..."

Flint Ironwood.

,,Geez, this Death sure has a big ego. If only I could knock her out without getting killed. It would make things much easier." Flint thought to himself. He scanned the area for Hecate. Knowing his previous encounters, the assassin would show up just when he had his back turned.

A purple spell shot towards him and Flint instinctively dodged to the side. The spell erupted in a rather harmless looking purple shower.
,,What the? Now where did that thing come from?"

Suddenly, a second eruption of Magicka appeared at the spot where the purple shower had been. This time, a figure appeared who was dressed in a brown robe and whose face was hidden. Flint jumped back in surprise and drew his katana.

Fervus Noctus, recalling across Skyrim.

Fervus fired his third spell. He calmly counted to thirty before concluding that the spell had erupted and placed his mark. he cast the recall spell and found himself standing in front of a surprised breton wearing black clothes. The Breton jumped back and drew a katana.

,,Now now, don't be so frightened. All that adrenaline makes you old before you know it. I am only a travelling healer. I can sense that you are in pain. Allow me to help." Fervus said and cast one of his many healing spells at the Breton. He then turned around and noted each of the people that were around. Some of them were apparently hidden while those that weren't had all their attention focussed on a female Dunmer. He looked at the young Dunmer and then felt it again. The emptyness that had called him here. He sank on his knees in pain.

,,I'm fine. Don't worry about me. Dying is a very unpleasant experience and I am not so willing to experience it right now." He joked to calm everyone. It was probably best if he hid the fact that he was a Lich. This might be a different plane, but prejudices had the nasty ability of reaching everywhere.
,,You however, are sick." Fervus said as he stood up and pointed a gloved finger at the young Dunmer.

,,You are empty, and yet so full. There are two inside you, one a shallow construct of evil origin and the other a dying victim. I wished I could heal you, but I can't. To heal you, you must find what you have lost. Find your master and confront him. Only then will you be whole again." He told her before turning towards Sadril.
,,You, vampire. There are two inside you, both full persons. One is the legitimate owner of your body, the other is a powerless passenger who has lost his own."

He finally turned towards Cerpin in the body of Rahvin.
,,You are a mystery to me. Your soul and body do not match. And you, my dear young lady. You are pregnant. Watch your health well." He ended with a polite nod towards Brianna.


(I hope this isn't too much to reveal. If it is, no one would be willing to just trust some guy who popped out of nothing. Especially after what has happened lately.)

Deagan, next to Hecate and Pilthan

Deagan listened to Hecate and noticed how close his hand was to his dagger, he was waiting for the right moment...should it arise.

"It should be easy to catch one of your targets alone...they wander constantly from the group and should be rather easy to take down...if you surprise them." Deagan stated plainly

He then looked to the unknown imperial man beside Hecate.

The imperial doesn't much look like an assassin but if he's with Hecate...then he must be...right?

"I am Deagan, a fortune hunter...of sorts." He said in a low voice

Deagan did not extend his hand to shake, instead he turned back to Hecate.

"You know where to find me if you need something...I need to get back soon though..." He said calmly

OOC: Deagan thinks that Pil is Hecate's partner...I mean who would guess that they only met a few moments before?

Sadril

Sadril's hand twitched and his mind raced as he continued circling the situation. He thought of killing Cerpin in Rahvin's body. There's to many lies and traitors in this group. It was already infiltrated from the very beginning, now by whomever is in Rahvin's body and who knows who else. They need to be weeded out before their roots grow too deep.

Veric

Veric broke into laughter at the events that unfolded. He was watching through Death's eyes and listening through her ears, but the vision was lost when Telina broke through. "It seems there is a bit of that girl left in Death," Veric said as he fingered the pearl that contained Telina's 'soul', "This will make for a valuable prize," he rambled on to himself.

He sat in a throne of sorts in a glorious room decorated varieties of artifacts and crimson tapestries hanging all around. But as far as where exactly this room was is still unknown.

Hecate

"I know how to make a kill Deagan, I've followed your friends a lot all ready..." Hecate replied with a harsh tone to Deagan refeering to his first comment.

"Their time will come... but I will see how this situation goes, you shouldn't worry about me doing my job" Hecate continued, lowering his tone and talking more calmly.

Hecate could see that Deagan was ready to draw weapons. Resting his hand on his dagger was only a part of the play. Hecate knew he would have to stop all this talking to strangers and attacking the group and just watching over Serene and Brianna, staying in the shadows.

Flint felt how the strange pain dissappeared when the strange man's spell hit him.
,,Thanks, I guess." He muttered and put away his katana. He listened with half an ear to the rater cryptic comments of the newcomer. He found the man's method of appearing and the way he was dressed much more interesting. It was as if he didn't want to be recognized.
,,I'm Flint Ironwood, and you are?" Flint asked.


Fervus Noctus.

,,Fervus Noctus, a healer from Argonia. It is a pleasure to make your aquaintance, sir Ironwood." He responded with an invisible smile and gave a stiff bow.
,,Now what brings you all here to this cold and harsh place?" He asked the rest of the group once he'd straightened up again.

Telina, picking a fight

Telina managed to hear the Bretons thoughts...so she had a big ego was that it...he would die...slowly!!!

"Breton, you have insulted me for the last time, die"!!!, she said, as she extended her hand.

"Incarnerous Imnalflamarte", the spell took form of a massieve black cloud, that flew towards Flint, burning everything in its way.

Sensing another's words in his head, he eyed telina. "bah! I gave up on the gods along time ago, yet i cannot let go of a few words from the daedras" sasal's legs buckled as he landed on the snow beneath him. Quoting the spirit of the daedra, he said:

Flint Ironwood, trouble!

Flint was completely distracted by his conversation with this Fervus Noctus and didn't notice the violent behaviour of Telina till she shouted at him.
,,Oh, crap!" He shouted and did the only thing he could do, he used his power of Dragon Skin.

The protecting field of the Dragon Skin shone brightly as the black cloud washed over it and send Flint off the ground. Then, the big storm had passed and Flint smacked back into the snow. Though his Dragon Skin had protected him from the biggest part, the remainder had still burned his cloth clean off, revealing the glass armour underneath in all its glory as well as burning Flint.
,,That's it, I'm done for." The Breton thought before falling unconscious.


Fervus Noctus, the reinforcement.

Fervus noticed the Breton being blown away by the hot black cloud.
He levitated over to the fallen man, cast a healing spell on him and then faced the young Dunmer.
,,No, is this truly what you want? You must fight the bond of your master. I shall not allow you to do any more harm upon this defenceless man. YOU SHALL NOT PASS ME!!" He shouted at the top of his long-gone lungs and raised his Daedric staff.


(A bit Gandalf-like. Oh well, I'll be off to bed soon, so don't be surprised when I'm gone. I'll try to warn people in the planning thread.)

Pil was about to respond to Deagan, whom he'd kept his back to, when he spotted the fight break out.

He suddenly paced forward, his feet gaining speed as he drew his sword.

Telina, multiple fight

"Hah, you really think I have any choice, my master have my soul, my mind, I can not disobey him...but I can be just as creative as I have always been...so get out of my way you corpse....get back to the grave", she said, in the same time as she yelled, Irhm Arghan Exo Hic Masthu Nehekrah Vientus, and pointed towards the lich.

She noticed a man coming towards hger, with his sword drawn, so she yelled Obscuro Immentia, just to be sure, she smiled as the fireball flew towards Pil.

OOC: The long spell means this: Return to the grave foul monster of the undead, it is basically a spell that ban you from the mortal plane, and back into the plane of the living...but you wont get hit by that I'm sure.

EDIT: But I'm off now, so Gamer you can attack Telina, and then I'll answer tomorrow mkay...gnight

Fervus Noctus, about to be banished.

Fervus noticed in fear the meaning of the spell.
,,To be banished by someone who could be my great-great-granddaughter. I won't let that happen." He thought as the spell hit him. He was too slow to dodge, so he didn't even try.

Instead, he cast the spell of reanimation on himself. He died, but before his corpse could fall, he was revived again by his own spell.
,,Don't think of me as a fool. Stand back and I won't be forced to hurt you." He said, tightening the grip on his staff.

Sasal had noticed Telina had not take his words to heart at all. A shame... i thought you would atleast think about it he thought. "stop.." he wispered "stop.... stop it...."

Ranes, The wilderness where everyone else is fueding in (())

Ranes shook his head. Obviously no one noticed that "Telina" or "Death" or whatever she was calling herself now was primarily a spell-caster. And thusly, none of the magic users had cast silence and the whole battle was mess. No organization at all. Ranes ran a hand through his black hair. He hadn't done much, and Telina's attention was focused elsewhere. He might as well try now.

Ranes' hand glowed a bright green as he murmured the incantation of a silence spell that lasted twenty seconds. He cast the spell at Telina, and once it left his hand he rushed after, his Elven Claymore drawn. Time to resort to basic Anti-Mage tactics 101. Rush in and hack 'em to pieces.

Deagan

As Deagan saw Pil charging toward the group he ducked down in order to keep out of sight. If the group below saw him in the general direction that the mad imperial had come from...it might arouse suspicion.

"Its probably best if we're not seen together..." Deagan said

He turned and made his way through the forest and around the group, slowly getting closer and emerging in a direction opposite of the way Hecate was, not giving anyone reason to wonder where he'd been.

Too much was happening in the group though and it made him uncomfortable. He drew his blade and acted as if he was worried about what was going on around him.

Pilthan

Pil dodged to the side, nearly tripping over himself as he ran, the fireball grazing his shoulder as he grimaced in pain. His sword wouldn't be any good, she'd kill him before he could cut her down-
so he dove at her instead, in an attempt to throw her off balance.

(OOC: Give him a good bashin'. )

Do it. he urged. But make sure someone's around who's able to heal the body. Maybe if you take him by surprise I can push his soul out.

This is risky business, so I would appreciate it if we planned a little first.

Telina, giving pil a good'ol bashing

Telina saw the man who jumped towards her...the fools, she tought. She jumped, just in time to see Pil, fly through the spot she ahd been standing on. He got up, and redyed his sword.

She struck out towards him, he blocked the blade, and made a counter strike, she dodged that one as well. She suddenly struck out with her knee, catching him in the groin, he weezed in pain, as he fell to his knees, she spun around and delivered a kick into his face, and it was a satisfying sound to hear that his nose was crushed, and several teeth got fractured.

She left him there, in pain, to turn towards the lich again.

So...you undoubtly have some skill, it will be my pleasure to grind your bones into dust, she said to him in a telepathic message.

She knew that she had been hit by a silence spell, and that Ranes was now running towards her...hah, there are other and better ways to perform spells without saying silly incantations.

Innrahgavanue Divsivon akh Desh Nehek, the spell she had once read in the mighty tome of undead, called the book of Nagash, she just hoped the spell would work...true it did, the ground around her started moving, soon half rotten hands, and vicious heads started to erupt from the ground!!!

OOC:Good guys, here is a chance for you to kill something....basically there is about twenty of so of Zombies pushing themselves up through the ground.

EDIT:Was that enough bashing Pil up Gamer???

Fervus Noctus, back among the living (sort of )

Fervus saw how a man charged the Dunmer, only to get seriously beaten up.
Fervus cast a healing spell at the man before facing the Dunmer, who had just summoned over a dozen zombies.
,,Zombies? Don't you know that the secrets of the death are one of my specialties?" He hissed at the Dunmer. He completely ignored the threat, he'd heard threats like those before.

He felt the power gathering in his staff but he would wait for the right moment to unleash it. Instead, he weaved his hands, and several Skeletal champions with silver blades took form.
,,Protect the fallen." He ordered them before stepping forward towards the forming zombies.

,,You are not the only one with this knowledge." He said and banished the nearest zombie.

Telina, having agressieve negotiations with Fervus

Indeed, she said, as she broka a Skeletal Champion into a splatter of bones...But still I am the holder of the book of Nagash, it gives me more powers withing the dark art of necromancy than any other necromancer on the face of Nirn.

She chanted, and yet again, zombies started to erupt from the earth, and they were slowly massing around Fervus, the got closer, one after one they were banished, but more took their place...they were close now, they started to pin Fervus down, they started lawing and biting helplessly at Fervus(he is a lich after all, biting and clawing wont to much good).

OOC:yes, and I know what you will do wqith that staff, thats why I have brought them into a nice circle around you...let the staff go Gandalf...err...Fervus

Fervus, having read about Gandalf.

Fervus laughed when the zombies tried to bite him. It was a practically useless attempt. He raised his staff high.
,,Come forth, pillar of might! Seal the fate of thy enemies!" He shouted and slammed the staff's butt into the ground. Flames and lightning erupted around him, rising up into the sky like a massive pillar of destruction. All the zombies around him were completely disintregated by the sheer destructive power that was unleashed.

When the flames and lightning finally died down, Fervus was standing in the centre of a black circle of ash.
,,Stop your actions immediately, or I shall be forced to fight you instead of your minions." He calmly spoke. He casted a shield around him just in case it was needed.

Hecate

Hecate could only give of a grin and a small laughter as he saw the fight. He took up his crossbow, gently placed another bolt poisoned with the hemotoxin, the very painfull poison. He casted one of the few spells he knew; a powerful chamelon spelll upon himself. He moved slowly out of the deep snow, moving as if he was as light as a child, nearly making no footprints in the snow at all. He moved up, behind the Lich and Flint. With the cover of a huge snowfilled tree he went down on his stomach. He took his quiver and laid it to the his side, would be able to load faster.

He aimed the crossbow for his playmate - Flint. This poisoned bolt was not suppose to bounce of this time.

Impressieve...most impressieve, she said, as her zombie minions flew around her...you will be a prey worth killing.

And then she ran towards Fervus, drawing up her sword, slamming a fireball or three as she closed in on him.

OOC:yes it was Cloudy,lets continue the fight that Flint didnt do quite as well, only now between Telina and Fervus.

Flint Ironwood, regaining consciousness.

Flint felt rejuvenated. All his burns were gone.
,,Whoever this Fervus is, he knows his job." The Breton though and rolled on his back.
He shouted in surprise when he saw a skeleton standing over him, with a silver claymore in its hands. The Skeleton stepped back and hacked a zombie in two that was about to step on Flint.

,,Thanks, pal." Flint muttered and jumped up to his feet. He drew his weapons and joined the fight against the zombies. A quick glance around the battlefield told him that there was a whole war going on with Death and the zombies on one side and his companions with the skeletons on the other. Fervus was standing in a circle of ash.
,,What happened there?"

Flint ducked a zombie's swing and drove his dagger into the things heart.

Fervus Noctus, being charged.

Fervus' shield caught two of the fireballs and the Lich reflected the third into a nearby zombie that fell to the ground when its legs were burned away. Fervus then cast a burden spell at his foe followed by a spell of paralyzation.

Deagan, finally in teh fight...well sort of anyways...

As Deagan watched the undead dig up from the ground he slashed at a few of the closer ones with his blade but his skill with it was limited...he decided to use the sword as a last resort.

He backed off after dispatching a few of the close ones and then drew his bow, sending several arrows into a few of the corpses that filled the area, the arrows simply snapped off bone fragments from the skeletons, doing very little actual damage.

One of the skeletons moved closer and Deagan was hit with a shield, he stumbled and fell down with a quick kick to the spine of his opponent, dismantling him...the upper half of its body continued to crawl toward him.

Damn things...

He picked up a rock and threw it as hard as he could at the head of the skeleton...at least it stopped it momentarily as he moved on to the next one.

There were simply too many around them, he was right beside Rahvin now (well...cerpin...you know.) trying to fight off another skeleton.

Hecate saw Flint driving his dagger into the zombie's heart, he pushed the trigger. The bolt flew through the stenched filled air, past the zombies and the other people who were fighting and hit Flint right inbetween his shoulder blades.

Flint stabbed a few more times into the thing's heart for good measure when suddenly pain erupted from his back.
,,Oh, not again." He thought and turned around to see who had tried to shoot him. Fervus' pain reducing spell still seemed to work, so the pain wasn't that bad. Flint pulled out the bolt and dropped it on the ground.

,,The assassin again, figures. I knew he was going to pop up when I had my back turned."
Flint raised his katana and began with his usual tactic of sending Telekinetic blasts towards the annoyingly persistent assassin.

Hecate

Hecate quickly rolled over on his back, got up with his back faced against the tree and reloaded his crossbow. He could feel a huge blast behind him, which splitted the tree in half which made Hecate dive forward. The rolled around and got up on one knee before sending another bolt flying straight for Flint before he dropped the crossbow and drew his daggers with a wicked grin.

Serene used the situation that occured as Ranes cast the silence-spell. She was not affected herself.....but there was a short moment of calm and that had to be used:

Turning to Cerpin she didnīt say anything, just looked at him....

If you want to tell her, be gentle, otherwise stick to your cover, I wonīt say anything

Flint almost lazily dodged the bolt.
,,Oh great, the twin poisoned dagger style again." The Breton thought and waited for Hecate's next move. A movement out of the corner of his eyes made him slightly shift his attention. A Skeleton had just chosed Hecate as its next target it seemed.
,,Go get him, buddy." Flint muttered and waited. He would let the Skeleton tire the assassin.

Hecate

Flint waited for Hecate, he waited long enough for a skeleton to choose Hecate as his next target. The skeleton, wielding a huge claymore rushed forward with a metalic and deep cry. Hecate turned to the skeleton with his hands out to the side, welcoming the raging skeleton with a smile.

The skeleton's massive blade swung through the air against Hecate. Hecate swiftly dodged to the side and stepping a few feet back, the recoil for the skeleton was over and he had raised his blade yet again. He swung it yet another time around, the blade going straight for Hecate's chest. The clumsy and slow strikes of the skeleton wasn't much of a challange to Hecate, who was quicker and smarter than the brainless undead. Hecate stepped out of the way quickly, using his dagger to guide the claymore out it's course, sending the skeleton out of balance.
Hecate made his move. He leaped onto the skeleton, planting both his feet on the chest of it and using his dagger as pick to hold on to the skeleton before his right blade came hurling down, lopping off the head of the skeleton and it fell backwards. Hecate leaped off landing only a couple of feet away from Flint.

"Now where were we?" Hecate said with a taunting tone before releasing some quick blows against Flint with his two blades.

Pilthan, Very very disoriented

Pil raised himself with both hands, blood dripping from his face as he looked up at the battle.

Pulling himself along the ground until he got to a tree he used as a balance to stand, he took advantage of the fact that Telina was preoccupied, and charged at her, stumbling from side to side as he did so. As he reached her he tried to swing his sword, but missed completely and tumbled to the side, falling over again.

(OOC: Just a lil' humor. And yeah, that was a good bashing.)

Maze try to scream as the shadows wrapped themself's around him... but he had no air in his lungs... and pain beyond believe consumed him... after what felt like eternity Maze was now fully inwrapped with the shadows... his body was throbbing in pain but he could no longer feel it... he was now in a weird trance where he could not feel anything worldy... the only thing he could feel was emotions... anger, hatred, pain, torment, and most of all despair... he then errupted with power... a burst of power that made the world tremble... even if it did him no good... he was trapped within the orb... and he will never get out as the same man he was...

Telina turned from the lich, who was undoubtly too scared to fight, just to see the man she had beat up for a few moments ago...he really dont know when to stop do he.

She grabbed him by the neck,holding him up, she took her blade to the front of his throat, Stop, or I swear, I'll kill him, hold your weapons down.

She saw that the last of her zombie minions was defeated as well, so this was a good time to be in control of a hostage. SHe had heard the halfbreed, complain, not believing her words...insolent fool, she had some serious issues, love had blinded her.

Serene, it is me, I'm just a part of the inner mind of a monster now, I can still talk telepathically, but have no control over my body, the man Veric, who almost killed me is in control...but look out for Bree, the man is not Rahvin, Rahvin is somewhere else, and I have a bad feeling about Rahvins imposter, I think he is out to hurt either you, Bree or me...so keep an eye out for anything suspicious.

Veric regained himself when he realized that he, or Death rather, had voided a previous agreement. Cerpin's only wish was to kill Brianna his way and for Veric to not interfere; even though Veric sent Hecate after Brianna also.

However since it was apparent that Hecate was more interested in Serene, Veric meant to send Death to aid Hecate, not necessarily go after Brianna. Using Death as a channel, Veric sent a message to Cerpin.

I believe I owe you an apology, would you like some time away from this bickering? I can arrange for you to be... captured.

"I've got a better plan, Rahvin," he said under his breath before leaping on Cerpin from behind and wrapping his right arm around his neck; a little harder than necessary. Sadril grabbed the amulet out from his shirt, one identical to those that Hecate and Veric bore.

In a flash of light both had vanished and reappeared in what seemed to be a castle dining room, complete with a table long enough to seat forty; with Veric sitting at the very head of it. "Friends! Have a seat!" Veric's voice echoed through the chamber.

But suddenly Telina managed to get control again, she threw Pil away, and stabbed her sword towards herself...but just before the sword hit, Death got in control again, so instead of hitting Telina in the chest that Telina tried to do, it now went into her side, and Telina fell to the ground, unconsious, but she did managed to send out one last message to Serene....kill me!!!

Fervus Noctus, finally having a good idea that saves everyone from destruction and certain doom.

Fervus stopped once the wound wasn't life-threatening anymore.
,,And now, I'll make sure we won't have to repeat our little war." He muttered as he dug in his pockets. He took out two bracers and slipped them on Telina's arms. One was the standard Slave Bracer that was quite common on Morrowind and would drain her Magicka. The other, caused her to be paralyzed, which prevented any swordswinging.

After Fervus had made sure he had nothing left to worry about, he continued his healing.


(There you go, no one dies and Death is out of tricks. Well, I hope so anyway.)

Death taken over again, laughs out loud

My dear undead friend, do you really think that a couple of bracers can stop me...I am the master of the black arts, such things is no obstacle to me.

She felt the bracers, felt the locks, from there it was an easy cause to simply turn them, so the bracers opned.

She rose up again, realizing that the point of staying here, was now lost...she had lost the element of surprise...she snapper her fingers, and then stood in the same room as her master. Her hood was drawn over her face again, and she leaned to the wall, with her arms crossed.

There was two other people in the room, the imposter, and the vampire...

"Oh crap..." Hecate said as his eyes darted to each side, only to see he was all alone. He bit his teeth together and stepped a few feet away from Serene.

"Guess this means I'll have to leave as well gents..." Hecate said with a laugh in this situation that could turn out quite deadly. He was no warrior, he was an assassin - fighting several people wouldn't a problem, but it was not how he worked...

Hecate turned over to Serene.

"My lady... Guess we'll have to find a new date" He said with a small smile as he gave of a small wink and a wave before he activated his recall ring and reappeared next to the horse on the hill. He mounted the horse quickly before he took off.

After a bit of running, Flint managed to regain control over himself and immediately rushed back. When he arrived, the battle was already over and Telina...Death was nowhere to be found.

,,A surprise. I like that. Look after yourself, and I pray that you shall be cured." The Lich muttered before looking at the mess they'd made. Bits of zombie and skeleton were lying all over the place.

When Cerpin all of a sudden seemed to vanish into thin air, Brianna covered her face with her hands, sobbing:

"Why did he have to go away? Come back please!"

Then she felt the comforting hand of her mother on her shoulder........and a strange strength flowed through her........magically,

Brianna Sarethi rose her arms in the sky.......and there was a faint blue mist swirling around her.......making her appearance a bit blurry for those who noticed it!

Serene, trying to locate Hecate, to continue their business

Serene smiled as she noticed Brianna.......ok she would be ok, the divine goddess would see to that!

Serene closed her eyes and focused.........

Hecate......I can feel your presence......you are not far away......lead my steps and Iīll meet you, we do need to talk...

A power overwhelmed her and she started walking.......

Hecate suddenly stopped his horse, it nearly stumbled as Hecate drew it back and made the horse turn around as he heard a voice in his head, it was Serene. Hecate was surprised at first, but remembering who Serene it wasn't really daring for her at all.

Hecate got off his horse and went into the woods as he guided his horse behind him. He came up to a very small round field, surrounded by trees. It was some sort of landmark he could figure as he saw a small rock in the center. He went over and leaped up on the rock and sat down, restning one arm on his dagger as usual while the leaned forward and his other hand rested on his thigh.

Serene, on her way into the woods

She walked into the woods, it was as if her legs were moving by themselves, she just followed, feeling safe, oddly enough, she was after all going to encounter a man who really should be a threat to her and her daughter. Somehow she didnīt believe that was the whole truth, she was convinced that a conversation with Hecate would in fact reveal things......explain things and weird events which had occurred lately. Serene badly wanted to know what all this was about, why it seemed as if Brianna was the main target but nobody actually attacked her......why Rahvinīs soul was on the run, and why Cerpin inhabited his body...and then the feelings between Brianna and.....Rahvin/Cerpin.....and Telina! Now that was a mystery.....and a disappointment, she had thought Telina was her friend as well as Briannas......but apparently not, first she just took Rahvin..then she turned into a monster.....that was outrageous, there must be aīn explanation to all this.....

And somehow Serene thought Hecate īcould provide her with some of the answers....and even if he would kill her she would at least die...knowing what all this is about.

Serene came to a clearing in the woods, an upright boulder in the middle of it...she stopped and looked up......

There he was, sitting on the rock calmly waiting for her..

Serene took a deep breath, smiled and said:

"Good day to you Hecate, here I am, Serene at your service"

She bowed her head in courtesy, for all what it was worth....

"I'm surprised of how a well-known spellcaster, loving woman and destroyer of Arcyakt would treat an assassin like me with that kind of respect... I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I don't know a great deal of this Serene but I might have some answers. For what I've seen, the interest in... taking the life of Brianna is rather large. I thought that this Breton was a man who wanted to get rid of another woman in his life, for something she had done. But the sum he would pay me in pluss the rather unusal party she was in made me raise an eyebrow about Brianna..." Hecate said as he positioned himself into a more pleasant spot on the rock, like he was getting ready to tell a long fairy tale.

"It was until you suddenly came out of no-where and I found out that Brianna's mother is the one and only Serene. I found out later that the man who hired me was a bit more powerful than I first expected..." He continued...

Serene

Serene listened to the man....yes he was an assassin, but nevertheless he also was a man of flesh and blood, and perhaps also with some feelings or even compassion. He spoke to her in a low and pleasant tone, almost a bit respectful! Of course her reputation had to be known throughout the assassins of Tamriel, so Hecate apparently knew of her actions against Arcyakt...

She didnīt make a move hearing about the interest in taking Briannaīs life. It cut deeply in her heart though. She couldnīt imagine why Brianna was wanted dead, the girl had never done anything wrong...except perhaps always falling in love with the wrong men!

"So who is the Breton youīre talking about? And you have to know why Brianna must die! What has she done? Is she a threat to anyone? Or maybe her unborn child????"

Serene gasped.....she got an icy feeling in her spine mentioning Briannaīs child

"Who is yoiur employer then?" she finally asked, sitting herself down beside the roch, crossing her legs into lotus-position

"Assassin's never get the whole story my dear, we get the information which is needed - that's who and where - usually not a why. Knowing who my employer is at this moment is not important, you've seen him, the one that killed Telina and turned her. His powers can easily match up to your own..." Hecate said in a gentle tone - he just realised how little he actually knew, he knew there was great forces around this Brianna. But he didn't know why she really was wanted killed, but it had to do with her unborn child.

"Time will show what damage Brianna will do..." Hecate said to Serene "... time will show" He repeated looking a little down into the snow.

Telina, going back to field service.

Telina understood that there was no point in ehr staying,so she started to walk away again, only this time she stopped by the armoury, there she fetched up a little crossbow, and a handful of bolts, time for some firepower.

She snapped her fingers again, and then she stood out in the wild, she smiled as the dark mist that had been filling up the wood, hadn't dissapeared yet...time to make it night again, she let the sky darken with stormclouds, lightning pierced the sky, and the rain started pouring down.

She felt Serene, her new target...she was close, very close...she walked towards the place Serene would be, loading her crossbow.

OOC:Dont worry, she wont try anything before Fuzzy have removed his character...after all he works for her master...but Serene should sense the "return of the evil", as that is what Telina is now.

He picked up his staff and began following the footsteps.

Hecate

Doubt you've heard of me then Serene, I won't have much problems in killing a innocent pregenant woman. It's not in my nature to have mercy or have any guilt of killing a pregenant woman. I also doubt that you would turn me into a pile of ash aswell, since I'm the weakest link in group that tries to kill Brianna - I mean that I'm maybe the only possible option from here you can get your information

"When I got involved in this? It wasn't long before Brianna along with her friends came into Lainlalten, I had gotten a letter of someone who wished to speak to me. I ended up with the deal of killing a pregenant halfbreed who turned out to be your daughter..." Hecate replied to Serene.

He was about to speak more, until he noticed the weather changing rapidly. Hecate stood up, standing on the rock.

Hope I haven't said to much... Hecate thought, knowing that if the Breton or his puppet was coming it could be because he had said to much.

He jumped of the rock and landed softly and looked at Serene.

As Hecate jumped off the rock, a figure approached from behind. Walking calmly but completely soundless the figure came closer to Hecate's back. Only Serene could see the figure over Hecate's shoulder.

The figure was standing nearly one hundred feet away. The shape was of a humanoid creature. The form was of a muscular male of some sort of elven race. A cloak rested along the back and connected at his chest, the cloak itself didn't reach any further than to the ankles. The face was all dark, no signs of hair either. There was only one thing that gave away the race when it came closer - fiery red eyes, eyes of a Dunmer.

In a flash the Dunmer was up by Hecate. Hecate noticed the movment and reached for his dagger and was about to spin around, swinging his dagger but before the movement was completed a curved scimitar edge was up by his throat. Hecate only looked at Serene.

If this is a friend of yours, then he's a handy one...

Hecate suddenly grabbed his other dagger, diving to the side, away from the blade and throwing his dagger against the Dunmer. The Dunmer reacted quickly, bringing up another scimitar which deflected the dagger gently, sending it spinning into the woods. The first scimitar came down for a strike against the neck, but Hecate dodged it quickly and released a acrobatic attack with his one blade for the Dunmer.
The Dunmer brought up the second blade, blocking the blow releasing a spark of cold ice crystals of the scimitar.

"Looks like there's two guests here, this one and a more evil one... I'll be off" Hecate said to Serene before sending in a powerful kick and a slash against the Dunmer, sending him in a crossblock with both his scimitars. Hecate was pushed back, only to go into a roll up by Hecate - a quick activation of his recall ring and he was away.

The Dunmer sheathed his scimitars before stepping back into the shadows, as quickly as he had turned up - he was away, looked like he hadn't even noticed Serene standing there.

(OOC: I'm off now - Serene and Telina can do their thing now )

Serene also noticed the change in weather......and the hooded figure who suddenly appeared......

Before she could imagine, Hecate and the strange dunmer were fighting, she stood absolutely still, just watching, the fight was very rapid and in just a few minutes (as it seemed) it was over, Hecate was gone and so was the strange dunmer.

Serene shrugged......the sense of evil was even stronger now......

Telina, looked down the aim of her crossbow, the bolt would fly straight into Serene's heart, she smiled, and pulled the trigger.

She silently drew her sword, and started to slowly walk towards Serene, static lightning flying in the air around her, and the whole world seemed to shrink, with Telina being the centre, holding it all together.

Serene, feeling the threat and taking actions

She felt her coming......in the back, right in her spine, the evil was......Telina! or whatever had become of her.

Serene spinned around, made a giant jump and landed on top of the rock where Hecate had been just a while ago. She crouched, engulfed herself in a glistening shield, and was prepared to make the process a short one, she chanted a spell,

"Magiska krafter, kom till mig, lämna den elaka och kom till mig"

A drain-magica spell would perhaps do a bit of good, she hoped, otherwise she had a few more up her sleeve......she had to use magic, she had no weapon at all....

She spotted Telinaīs sword........

Telina was shocked as she felt her magic powers diminish.

Innmorte Obsentia, the fireball was undoubtly stop that woman.

She ran now, ran as fast as she could towards Serene, Lightning flying out of her fingers, but on the inside Telina laughed, she laughed as she knew how Serene could be fought, Telina held Death's full scale destructieve powers back, aiding Serene to drain the powers out of Telina, untill Telina got back.

Go ahead Serene, do it more, give this monster a real wake up, it will show her what it means to mess with us

The Weather was getting worse and Fervus cursed his old bones that slowed him down.
,,I should do some more excercises." he shook his head at the thought. Excercise wouldn't help much, considering he didn't even have muscles.
He saw the light of spells being fired off in the distance.
,,Well someone is having fun." He muttered as he pushed his body through the snow as fast as he could.

Serene, avoiding a fireball......at least almost

Serene saw it coming, the fireball was heading right at her, bounced on her shield, cracking it a bit, the immense heat burned Sereneīs hair on one side......it smelled awful!

"Ahrrggghhh........now youīll have it!"

She heard a faint voice in her head.....the real Telina???? The confusion just stopped her a tenth of a second then she decided to fire off the heavy artillery

Serene stood up in full glory, the shimmering shield was repaired......


"VOMICA CRUOR" Her metal-sharp voice was heard loud and clear, and the deep red lightning emerged from her outstretched left hand, hitting "Telina".......making her entire body glow of inner fire

"Magiska krafter, lämna henne, satans avföda, släpp taget"

A dark cloud engulfed Telina.....a loud cry in agony was heard

"TELINA, COME BACK TO ME" Serene was afraid she had fired off too much....She wanted the real Telina to be released of the terrible Death.....but did she manage?


Serene jumped down the rock and approached Telina....

"Telina.....are you ok?"

Telina, back in black...er...the good'ol Telina again

Telina screamed, in both relief and in the same time in pain, as the Vomica Cruor hit her, she wresteled with Death now, and gained control, death, get back to the shadows, I am no part of you anymore.

She groaned, the spell hat hit her severely, she saw Serene walk towards her, clearly worried. Telina smiled, a few drops of blood, ran our from her mouth.

"th-thanks Serene, my old friend, i can die in peace now".....and then, her eyes closed, she was flying through time and space, and then suddenly she stood in another place, she saw Haldin, her first love...he was standing there, looking at her.

"Haldin", she yelled, as she threw herself in his arms and kissd him..."it is over, I am finished in the world of Tamriel now".

OOC:Yes, she is dead...
She is dead as there is no chance that one could survive a Vomica Cruor, not when Telina made Deaths magical protection fail.

Veric leaned back in his chair and listened to Cerpin's request. "Yes I suppose I could find you a room," he said. He waved his hand and a figure clothed in a green robe covering its entire body manifested itself behind Cerpin, leading him through a maze of endless corridors and finally to an exquisite bedroom, where the figure vanished. One thing Cerpin and anyone else in the 'Castle' would notice is a lack of windows.

Telina knew she was dead, but still, she could feel Serenes pain.

Serene,do not despair,you did the right thing, and Death would have killed you, had you not killed me, just relax, it will all turn out fine, altough I am gone, I will stay with you forever, to guide you and Bree for the next years.

Bree, I am now dead, but do not be sads, I have died for you, and for your mother, take care of yourself ok, I will be with you...always.

She stood with Haldin, he held her in his arms, she cried both of happyness, happyness of being with Haldin again, and sasdness, sadness for what Serene and Bree would feel.

Just as Cerpin was being led away to his room the very cup Veric was drinking from cracked, indicating something had gone wrong. He knew exactly what happened, he watched it through Death's eyes. "Vomica Cruor? I'll have to give that a try sometime," Veric said under his breath before addressing Sadril.

"Please forgive me, I have something to attend to."

Sadril again simply nodded in answer.

Veric vanished, as he often did, in a flash of light to the spot Death had last existed; a few feet from where the lifeless Telina now lay. He looked from her to what seemed to be Serene engulfed in mist. Veric stepped over to Serene and knelt by her.

"Perhaps I should take you as my next trophy, hmm?" He asked her tauntingly, unsure of whether or not she would respond.

Serene, in a completely cathatonic state

Serene heard a voice next to her but her brain did not respond, she looked at Veric, not recognising him, not recognising anything, a perfect victim for anyone.....she didnīt care what happened to her, she had just killed one of her oldest friends, who more than once saved her own life.....Now there was nothing left fo her in this world anymore, she could as well die here and now..

The voice asked if it should take her as a trophy.....she heard the words but did not understand the meaning of them

She just looked at Veric......with dull and empty eyes

She wouldnīt react, but how he would transform her into something evil.....thatīs another thing he might succeed.....and then again he might not, but he could try....that would be the meanest...to turn Serene into evil and send her after Brianna!!!!!!

Telina heard what Veric asked Serene, SHE, Telina wwas now the person who looked through Verics eyes, she could see Serene, frustrated, devastated, and Serene did nothing.

Telina reached into Serene's mind again, and with the strong telepathy she had learned from Baladas, she talked to Serene. Serene, up...GET UP, I'm coming back, but you must hold off for yourself in the meantime.

She turned towards Haldin, a tear ran down her cheek. "I cant stay, I must go back and help them"...she kissed him, and then, felt her body, flet it as clear as the light around her itself, she closed her eyes, and moved towards her body.

OOC: Telina is coming back in a hurry, but in the meantime Serene must defend herself.

Telina, straining herself to the limit.

Telina was relieved when Serene showed some progress of regaining her sanity, she managed to get control, she lifter her body up, while still holding Veric in her vision. She made Serene float down towards teh group, and made her land softly before Briannas feet.

Bree, help me, send help, I cant take this man alone...I'm just up the ridge, she said. She was drained, and felt mroe tired than she had ever felt before, that last telapathic control there, had drained her much, her muscles were aching, and sweat was pourng down her back and face...but still she defiled the monster of a man who stood before her, even though killing him was hopeless.

Brianna

Why Brianna wasnīt astonished when all of a sudden Telina showed up and shoved the apparently lifeless body of her mother before her, really puzzled her. She instictively knew what was to be done, so she quickly covered her mother with her cloak and hurried after Telina

Are you ok Telina? Are you by your own senses or is this a trap? If not Iīll help you out if it is Iīll kill you for good i promise!

Farewell to you too. he thought sarcastically when Veric just disappeared after showing him to his room.

The room was more than comfortable, and gave him an excellent chance to reflect on everything he had seen from travelling with the group and planning his next few actions upon returning.

It also seemed that Rahvin was not completely dead; he had spoken to him earlier, during the argument with Death...

He made himself comfortable on the bed and rested his eyes for a bit.

Soul trap? Then you'd have to kill him. I'm not so sure that i want the body to be killed. I know I said something about it earlier, but I'm against it now. Those gloves he wears though, do you think they have something to do with this? I don't remember much of how he stole my body because I was as high as a cliffracer, but I sure as hell never owned any gloves like that. Wait...didn't he leave one with Serene?

His thoughts were jumbled and moved quickly; he was after all, merely a bundle of thoughts now, it seemed.

Do you know where Veric led my body to?

Veric's eyes shone with joy when Telina seemingly resurrected herself. "You must have some good friends on the other side to bring yourself back to life like that," then the irony of the situation dawned on him and he said with a laugh, "I guess death really did release you from my control didn't it? I admit, not even I foresaw you coming back from the dead."

"I may be a beast, but I do not hide in shadows. A duel we shall have."

OOC: i guess you can win... but make it through the use of a nice litte trick like the vomica cruor spell. never lose sight of the fact that veric is more powerful than any one (even two or three) of you. it will take a team effort when you eventually take him down

I can take a guess. I tend to get lost sometimes though, I don't know why. Sadril thought as he began to silently walk towards where he thought Cerpin was staying. Serene may have one of his gloves, but she isn't here, is she?

Ragoth wandered through the snaowy woods of the Skyrim north, The air is good here, I hate trees, prehaps I'll stay a little longer. Ragoth walked in a cricle then went west toward a large passage way door, entering it he saw that it lead hundreds of meters into the darkness. How interesting, I want a puppy, this should be fun. Ragoth ran down the passage and stopped when a Fire Atronauch stepped around a bend. Ragoth's blade came up into the things chest, it resonded by blasting him with a fireball. He winced but decided that the thing would have to die. He dived on top of it, and heard some thing crack (it's neck broke) Ha! ha! ha! Blood!! Ragoth slashed at the thing until it's head was severed. Throwing away the head he laugh maniacally. Then turning and walking down the tunnel he found a trap door. He lifted it a little so that he could see what was happening with the room.

OOC: I told you he was insane... He's going to watch this up coming fight.

When Veric appeared, Fervus had gotten close enough to see things clearly enough, but he was still to far.
,,Curse it. I'm never going to be on time like this." He growled and stopped. He raised his hand and fired his mark spell that erupted close to the small group of people. One moment later, he recalled.

,,I take it that you are somehow healed, lady?" He said to Telina before facing Veric.
,,I don't know who you are, but I don't like your smell and apparently this woman doesn't appreciate your prescense either. May I suggest for you to take your leave? Or, as someone I know prefers to say it: Get out of my face or I shall totally beat you up!"

Fervus raised his staff and got ready to summon some reinforcements. Maybe he should settle for a nice Dremora this time.

Incancra Forsynfringa, the frost spel flew straight towards Veric.

OOC:LSure thing Shogun, I know Telina is not powerful enough to kill him, but defend herself wont be a problem....the teamwork have begun, I'll finish him off(kinda) with a nasty frost spell, when you think it is the time for him to get banished away from Telina&co.

Kill you!" Ragoth dived and hacked the demora at each shin-plate, slid underneath and stopped, laying on his back next to the Dunmer.

Ragoth stared at the dunmer... Hadn't he killed the Deadra? Oh, the dreadra was helping kill the man he had knocked over. Ragoth turned slowly and saw an older woman standing farther back, not that she matters Ragoth thought as he continued turning around, the Dwemer armour was really slowing him down.

Brianna, wanting to help out

Brianna hadnīt interferred in the fight so far, she knew Telina would like to cope by herself as long as possible, but she was watching from behind, she had cast a weak mist-spell on herself so she could easily hide in the shadows.

Now she was preparing herself to use the ultimate spell.....her motherīs specialty, the "vomica cruor" but she would use it only if Telina wanted her to..

Telina, Iīm prepared, just say the word and Iīll cast the vomica cruor-spell....Iīm right to the left of you...in the shadows, seen by noone!

Serene opened her eyes, she was lying on the ground, under Briannaīs coat.....it was chilly and she did not feel comfortable at all...

His movements were too agile for a mage; he was obviously using fortifying spells or enchantments to allow him to keep up. He took a large leap backwards and landed nimbly on top of the boulder everyone seemed to be gathered around, preparing on offensive spell for the next person to advance...

Veric cast a nice shield spell as soon as Ragoth hit the ground. And when he was flying through the air, Veric shot a mediocre fireball right for the man's head. Veric knew that a spell wouldn't alter his trajectory much so he hoped (well, in his mind, knew) his shield would absorb the majority of the attack--if the man hit.

Pilthan, Nonchalantly Chatting and Hanging Out

Pil watched the fight, casually checking his sword as he did so. His face was emotionless, cold, but he actually found the fight humorous, save the beserk man was getting his behind handed to him.

Pil could use a blade, but the little fight he had with Telina not much time ago had worsened his self-esteem. He had been beaten so easily.

He looked at Brianna, whom he'd followed on a suspicion that she was off to do something crazy. He now thought his suspicion confirmed.

"For a moment, I thought the lunatic over there might be a skilled duelist," Pil muttered to Brianna, "Then I realized - no."

Having already drawn his sword, he made his way through the trees, trying to position himself behind the fight, should he need to flee from certain death.

(OOC: So what if he's a coward? He doesn't have any reason right now to help anyone, he's just acting stupid. )

The next attack was going to be too strong for Veric's shield (not his best spellcrafting, mind you) and he was forced to draw his blade. But again he feared for his lack of skill in the terms of melee combat, so simultaneous to Ragoth's blade metting his own, Veric reached out and quickly called out, "De sono mijn."

A command humanoid spell, hopefully effective against one so weak-minded by madness, would not only serve to soften the blow but to turn this man against Veric's enemies.

"Deal with them, if you would, but leave Telina for me," Veric commanded Ragoth. The effect should last for a little while, but with any luck the man was driven mad enough to not know when it had worn off.

(OOC: this is kinda akward, but i want to give tellie something to post too once she gets back on)

Once, through the help of the manipulated Ragoth, Telina and Veric were relatively isolated from the others the unspoken duel would begin. Veric chose the dueling grounds, or rather made them. Through a bit of effort Veric somehow managed to raise the small plot of land both him and Telina were standing on, effectively making a floating dueling ground roughly thirty feet in diameter and high enough off the earth to be dangerous to anyone not a skilled acrobat.

"Now. Where were?" He asked Telina with a crooked smile.

Fervus Noctus, earning his pay in the fight between Veric and Ragoth.

Fervus would've rolled his eyes if he had them. That man was simply annoying. Still, Fervus had a job to do. After the fireball smacked in the madman's face, Fervus cast a quick healing spell to heal his wounds. Only to have the man be commanded by Veric a moment later.

,,This isn't funny." The Lich muttered when Veric's slave approached. Fervus raised himself to his full hight and shouted in a thunderous voice that carried far of in the distance:,, Do you like to fight Daedra?! Here is one!"

A swirling cloud of Magicka formed around the Lich and Daedric armour embraced his frail form. After the Magicka dissipated, it looked as if a true Dremora was standing in the snow.
,,I'm sorry, lady. I am a bit distracted. I'll deal with it as fast as I can! Twilight, help the Dunmer!" Fervus shouted and looked at the floating platform.

The Winged Twilight swooped down on Veric while Fervus began to boost his own body to stop Ragoth.

(Shogun, you can take out the Winged Twilight if you want. Just to show once again how bad and powerfull your character is. )


Flint Ironwood, nearby.

,,What in the name of Nocturnal?!" Flint thought as he looked at the floating platform.
,,Right, can anything else go wrong here?" He muttered to himself. Flint drew his blades but stayed where he were. Maybe later he would intervene but for now, Flint didn't want to have anyone try to kill him.

Ragoth watched the sorcerer with interest. Once the armour was summoned something inside him started boiling over, he was going entirely mad. He drew both blades stabbed himself with one and jumped and cut a cresent arch leading toward the lich's shoulder.

Fervus brought up his staff and somehow blocked the sword. Instead of taking the opportunity to swing, he fired a spell that would blind anyone in the area. Fervus' vision went black for a moment before returning. Now he had to see if Ragoth resisted the spell.

Fervus gave a bony grin from underneath his hood. He pointed his arm and fired a mark spell. A recall later, and he was standing a bit further away from the man.
He next summoned a Dremora with a Dwarven Warhammer and put a shield on his minion.

,,keep that man over there busy but don't kill him. I have a Dunmer to help out." The Lich told his Dremora and dispelled his bound armour before looking at how Telina was doing. If he was right, the mad man he'd just been fighting always became very aggressive when seeing a Daedra. Without his armour, Fervus wouldn't draw his attention.
,,Let him fight the Dremora, I've got better things to do."


(Sorry, but this is just the way my Lich fights. Hope he can handle a Dremora while he's blind. The fact that the Dremora won't kill him should help. )

Ragoth wandered until he heard the swish of a weapon, a hammer hit him in the shoulder. Ah, the Demora wants to play! Ragoth complied hitting it inthe shins with the blunt ends of his baldes, arched them spun in a sprial, getting a hammer blow to the ribs as he did, and hacked the Demora's armour into a state of shambles, Ragoth stopped and began the final arch to cut the Demora's head off...

OOC: This all takes time... so Cloudy if the Lich wants to run he can.

Telina got a little shocked as a part of the ground simply lifted itself into the air, but she quickly overcame it...as a matter of fact it would help her.

"Ah....we were at the part where I will kill you", she said, smiling wryly at Veric.

Her eyes turned completely white, the snow started whizzling up, moving so fast that anybody would have big problems to see more than a few inches around themselves. The blizzard got bigger and bigger, and Telina started to slowly focus it, before she sent it off with astonishing speed and power towards Veric.

OOC:yes, that is a higly damaging spell, but Veric wont have problems surviving it, but it will be a lil bit painful though...

Veric, In Teh Sky

Unfortunately Veric's shield had worn off. A frost shield would have been quite handy now, but he didn't have time to cast one. He decided to simply cross his arms in front of his face and endure through the blizzard.

The spell was powerful. Enough so to lift Veric off his feet, though he managed to keep his balance and land back on his feet at least. "You know some nifty spells," he called out from behind the white-out before sending a fireball of his own through the dense snow. Himself, although he had not emerged, had several cuts around his body and across his face from the speed of the moving ice particles.

Telina watched the fireball move towards her...she did not make a move to get out of the way, instead she extended her hand, and the fireball was stopped a few inches from her hand, swaying in the air.

She started to feed more power to the fireball, and enwraped it with lighting, before she sent it back to Veric. "Compliments from those who you have killed", she yelled through the snow.

Arco was standing all out in the open, a long distance away from where the battle took place. Not even his keen eyes could make out more than small dots flying around and lighting up the air with their impressive magic. His hands tightened around the curved hilt as his two blades was pointing downwards. He was eager to go closer, it had been a long time since he had seen such a performance of powerful magic. Arco leaned forward, only to step back again as he thought it wouldn't be a good idea to get involved in anything else than what he had just done against what he thought was a bandit. (Hecate)

Serene, walking in the snow

Serene decided she couldnīt stay in the snowy spot anymore, she wrapped Briannaīs coat tightly around her, checked that the glove still was in her possession and started walking towards where the commotion occurrred. They should all be there...she supposed. She focussed on the sheer effort of walking, one foot before the other and so on

She stopped a bit away from the fighting-ground, she didnīt want to be seen

I can feel someone familiar......and also Hecate isnīt far away.....Brianna is present.....and Telina!! Oh Telina.....but....but there is someone from the old times here somewhere

She concentrated to feel the big part of the ground floating in the air...time for good'ol Veric to have the shock of his life. She suddenly made the platform fly higher up in the air....MUCH higher, and then suddenly, all but a little part of what she was standinbg on, turned to dust, and Veric started to fly down towards the ground...."Have a safe flight", she laughed wildly.

OOC:yes, evil that was...this should probably drain some of his powers, to be levitatating so much that he must do now.You might just make him get even more angry and decided on having Telinas head on a pike(or whatever else would please him)...but of course she wont die:p

Getting a running start he jumped and maganged to sink his baldes into the hanging stone on the end of the platform, blade over blade he began climbing... just as the enitre thing but the small piece he was hanging on turned to sand.

OOC: He's climbing up on the piece Telina is standing on... (very bottom.. it'll tkae him a while to get up)

Edit; OOC: I know Tellie.. he's climbing... probably won't get up until it fianlly drops.. (he's in all that armour he has a long way to climb yet)

Fervus Noctus, standind underneath the platform.

Fervus received a small pocket of dust in his face when part of the platform fell apart.
,,Kids these days." He muttered to himself. He watched the spells shooting back and forth with growing concern.
,,If she gets hit, she's done for."
To remedy this, Fervus began casting more shields and a reflect on Telina. The chance that anything might get through the defences he'd just put up was very small.

Telina, getting boosted

Telina felt even more protective spells land on her, but in the same time she felt someone try to climb up on the platform...someone else than Veric, stupid.

She made the part he was climbing on smoulder to dust, and awayted Veric to reappear.
OOC:Ragoth is now falling towards the ground(thirty meteres above the ground actually).

Indeed Veric was suprised when his little game with the ball of magicka was interrupted by his own platform crumbling from beneath him. The sudden drop even managed to get his adrenaline pumping. He fell a few feet before launching off a levitation spell and returning to Telina's height; clearly he was in no hurry.

"You're just full of surprises aren't you?" he called out to Telina then paused for a moment, "But there is one flaw..." Veric finally added with a smile before charging through the air at Telina. He swung his right arm in a wide arc making a 'wave' of fire directed at Telina. He was hoping she would not be able to avoid it, seeing as she had trapped herself on a small platform.

Telina, realized she have done a mistake.

She smiled when Veric came up to her level again...."Indeed, I am full of surprises". Just then came a sudden wide flame arc towards her..."Oh BUGGER", she jumped backwards, and extended her hand as she fell down towards the ground.

She fell and fell, while she tried to stop, a few feet before the ground did she stop in the air, she landed softly on the ground. She looked up at Veric who had this smug smile on his face, he would regret this, She told a jump spell, and jumped up towards him, extending her swordarm, holding it pointed at Verics heart...she started spinning, and she flew faster and faster.

OOC:Whats the point withg magic, Telapathy is so much more fun, no use of magicka

Forunately Telina had distance to cover between herself and Veric, so an attack was anticipated. Through the use of the same magick that built and destroyed the floating platform the two of them were fighting on Veric moved the smaller platform that Telina had just jumped from to rest in the air between him and her attack. Lets see you cut through rock.

Ragoth watched the two conitue thier fight in the air, the girl had caused him to fall off, but that didn't stop him from doing anything. A rock barrier raised in front the girl before she hit the other man, but Ragoth was too buzy getting ready to throw his swords at the sorcerer to notice...

Flint Ironwood, intervening in the fight (finally)

Flint had kept clear of the battle. Lately it seemed that he always got beat up whenever he tried to help. But when Veric put what was left of the platform between him and Telina, the Breton couldn't stop himself.

He began using a Telekinesis spell with one hand while firing Telekinetic blasts with the katana he held in his other hand. With a bit of luck, he might just manage to provide enough momentum to push the platform out of the way. Well, mostly out of the way.
,,I wonder what part of my body will get hurt first?" Flint thought to himself.

Ragoth was doing his best to throw his sword high enough t hit the sorcerer when, one of his swords while in the air was hit by a telekentic blast and sent flying toward the magi.

Sadril

Well it's better than nothing I suppose... I'm not sure how willing he will be to just give up his body. Sadril continued walking through corridors and turning corners. Each hallway looked identical to the last, stone walls, illuminated by some unknown force bright enough to see well. Doors were sparse and were what seemed like miles between.

Finally Sadril stopped in front of an unremarkable wooden door. This should be it. He knocked twice, "Cerpin?"

Telina, in for a massive headache

Telina saw that Veric moved onto the platform, and she was heading straight towards it....oh great, just my luck, was all she could think before her sword imbedded itself in the rock. Her face hit the hard rock right after the sword did, and she was hafly unconsious, but still she managed to hold on to the platform.

She let her hand feel across the platform, before she managed to touch Verics foot...ok, lets see you live through this...VOMICA CRUOR, she yelled, and the arcane spell bit into Verics' skin, starting to boil blood, and burn away flesh, as fiery flames raged through his body, and then she fell down towards the ground...Bree, help me, and then it all turned black.

OOC:That was the signal for Veric to buzz off, if I'm not incorrect ....was a nice fight though. I'm sure telina will pay in pain and blood someday...but not now

Veric

Veric doubled over, pain surging through his entire body. He held his hand out in front of his face, watching as the flesh began burning away, and started laughing a dark hysterical laugh before vanishing completely.

He reappeared back in his dining room, where not too long ago Cerpin and Sadril were lingering. Still laughing he stumbled forwards to the table and used it to brace himself. Veric was breathing heavily as his insides burned away; he would not last another minute. Slowly the walls of his 'Castle' began disintegrating revealing an endless black emptiness. (Cerpin may notice this as its possible parts of his room are breaking down)

Veric knelt, blood dripping out of his mouth. His eyes were blank, it seemed he had trapped himself in his own madness and for a moment he as well as any others within his lair were doomed. But focus came back into his eyes and his breathing stopped. Veric hastily focused all his knowledge of restoration against what he knew about the Vomica Cruor and eventually, combined with his willpower, overcame it.

He fell back, breath returning to his lungs, blood staining the floor. The 'Castle' restored its lost parts almost immediately as Veric stood up and straightened himself.

"Well," his voice echoed through the empty chamber, "That was fun."

Fervus noticed the end of the fight.
,,I do hope you're alright, lady. Congratulations with your victory." He said while he cast a healing spell on Telina just to be sure.
,,Too bad he got away. By the way, if I'm not mistaken we haven't quite introduced ourselves. I am Fervus Noctus, from Argonia. Well, one of the many Argonias. And you are?"

Flint Ironwood, relieved.

Flint breathed out. He hadn't noticed that he held in his breath in anticipation.
,,Yippee, he didn't come to beat me up after all! Maybe my luck is finally changing." He suddenly yelled out and did a little victory dance.
,,Maybe I should start working on my Destruction skills, it does seem to be handy. And Conjuration would be nice also."

Telina, getting healed, and congratulated.

She woke up, o see the lich stand above her, healing her. She shook his hand, "Telina Delvanni, my background is my own affairs, but yo may say I'm widely know throughout Vvardenfell and Morrowind....so, er thnaks for helpin me out".

She got up, and wiped the blood away ffrom her face, and then turned to Flint. "I'm sorry Flint, I did not mean to attack you, Death did...notme, so we're still friends"?, she said with an unsure smile, holding her hand out.

Fervus went over to Ragoth as fast as he could and looked down on the man.
After a short look, he shook his head.
,,I was too late. May you find peace.....and sanity." He whispered and closed Ragoth's eyes.

Brianna being very angry.....

OOC: The vomica cruor-spell is a specialty of Serene and Brianna! None of them has taught anyone else to use it......so now they are angry because they naturally think "someone" has stolen their spell! ( And honestly.....a skilled mage as Telina could make her own spells, no need to steal others huh?)

Brianna got very angry as Telina used "her" spell......that was something she did not expect, not from someone who claimed to be her friend

"NOOOOO......." she screamed, turned around and went some yards into the woods again

"And I will by no means obey any orders from you" she spat at her friend

Serene

"Oops....take it easy" she smiled a bit sour when Telina bumped into her

"Soo, you used my spell ? did you.....hmmm well I thought you had your own Telvanni-specialties"

Serene understood why Brianna was angry, but the fact remained, the secret was now out and she had to think about some modifications to it in order to preserve its unique powers

OOC:Dear oh dear...didnt think they would take it that hard..., and I think I have read the Vomica Cruor being used by someone else too...Sudhendra anyone, so I really didnt think it was Serene's and Bree's spell alone....lets just say Telina picked it up from a mutual friend of Serene and Telina(Baladas maby )...that should take care of most rpoblems, I hope.

Telina, being yelled at

Telina heard Bree's outburst, of using her spell and such....not again, she sighed. And after that Serene being rather stiff towards her too.

"Damn, I'm sorry allright, I said the first spell that came to my mind, and I cant help for getting into trouble like I did for a few moments ago, remember we are talking about my never existing luck, something like this always happen".

She looked down a bit, she was outragesly angry at both Serene and Bree for the moment, here she save their life, and what do she get uin return, anger for using one of their private spells, hmpf, I'm not the only Telvanni to have used that spell, Sudhendra have also used it on many ocations, she thought.

"So next time I try to save your skins, I'll make sure to use a spell not "owned" by anyone", she said with a highly sarcatic voice, and then she walked away, to cool down.

Flint stomped on the ground with his boot.
,,Alright, that's enough! Cut it out!" He yelled while waving his arms through the air to draw attention.

,,You girls can do whatever you want in your spare time but as long as that guy is still alive, you will stop fighting amongst each other! Just to inform you, I doubt he left cause he wanted to die alone where no one would see him. So you either make up right now and be friends, or I'll just let you all rot when that guy comes back!"
He turned around and sat down at a nearby tree.
,,Women." He muttered under his breath and rolled his eyes.

,,While I wouldn't have tried to make my point clear in such a loud manner as our friend over there, I do agree. Our foe is clearly too powerfull for anyone of us to defeat alone. Fervus spoke and looked up from Ragoth's grave he'd just dug.

Arco

Arco watched as Telina cast the powerful Vomica Cruor spell, it somehow felt familiar too Arco. It looked like the Dunmer woman had won the duel, but didn't manage to kill the sorcerer but his precense was far away now. Arco stood there seeing that the group didn't feel too happy about the victory they just had managed. Without nothing else in mind, Arco finally sheathed his two scimitars gently. Strapped his belts a little tighter before giving a last look at the group before he turned and started walking through the snow filled woods...

Telina, pondering

"Hmm, well, I'm just angry since they are angry at me for using "their" spell, to save their lives...but the problem is Verics cave, or castle, is a creation of his own evil, I could get to it when I was...death, but not anymore, the spell have been erased from my mind".

She still looked a little angry at Serene and Bree,but she thought that as longs as they did not start to be really nasty towards her, she would endure...in time they would thank her.

"But in the mean time, weshould agree on some place to go...I mean we cant actually stay in this cursed wood...there are other things than evil Sorcerors ut tonight...we need to find shelter"...she felt something, a man...no wait, a Dunmer, he was...troubled of some sort.

"You Dunmer who is watching us, come where we can see you...we do not wish you any harm".

OOC:if thats ok with you fuzzy, if he rather lurk in the shadows, thats fine by me
