That would be an awesome character to play! Loviatar is a mad scientist and cannibal. She is in the Fallout Characters topic. She is one of the people who created FEV while working on her own Prometheus Serum. The latter made her immortal, along with other things. She is probably my most evil character. But I always took a perverse pleasure in racking up Good Karma in Fallout 3 and New Vegas, all the while eating nearly everyone she met.
