started all over again I didn't liked the way the pic was going to look. Done a more detailed drawing in photoshop which is actually more my style. I'm more into comics instead realism so here it is...it's a character from my fanfic;

thanks biggrin.gif it's very easy I noticed that it's easier to draw with a tablet than with a pencil because you can do more detailes on the same scale. I mean 100 % view of a normal peice of paper is a lot bigger than when you hold it in your hand. I got myself the intuous 3 took me some time to get all the money but hey it's an a5 size. Big enough for me, one size bigger wouldbe to much for me. It was pretty expensive I'm kinda broke now tongue.gif

thanks biggrin.gif it's done in photoshop I got painter withthe tablet but I haven't checked it out since I'm used to ps. But it can be done with any software which alows you to paint, if you have a nice set of custom made brushes [I hate using ps brushes so I make my own] it's not that hard. It's more like what you do with the software instead of what software it is. Some people make extremely nice artworks in paint tongue.gif.

But if you wnat to try it yourself I suggest OpenCanvas 1.1. It's a free opensource painting program. Realy usefull to start with, it's actually better for painting than photoshop. It allows you to rotate the canvas without affecting the sharpness of the painting which is realy easy when you do mouse paintings smile.gif

Did like a quick 20 min speedpainting. It's concept art/an illustration of the fifth- and sixteenth tower for my fanfic "Silence". Hope you like it biggrin.gif

*pling* ^-^ I know the light tones on the dark grey clouds are a bit irritating I'll try to get rid of em later kvleft.gif

Did some more work on the big artwork. I started working on the second character but I had some trouble with it. The first pose I did was kind of sucky so I had to redo the whole character. In fact I completely scrapped the first character, Ziirah [also from my fanfic] and replaced it with another one which suited the scene better according to the story. Anyways here it is, I know I need to learn how to color within the lines but I'll erase that later laugh.gif Armor and character designs again by me ofcourse ^^

this was the original character Ziirah who was later replaced by Rio'th;

biggrin.gif gehe thank you...it's not that hard practise makes perfect...not that I mean that I'm perfect but everything can be learned ^^ I always picture me the artwork in my head and start off working from that.
