Chorrol.com _ Skyrim Mods _ Raven and Crow Homes

Posted by: SubRosa Apr 13 2020, 01:38 AM

I just uploaded the two homes I built for Stormcrow in Skyrim and Solstheim.

https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/102246 is a large manor located midway between Riverwood and Whiterun. It requires Hearthfire, and is child adoption friendly and has a bed for a follower. Has all the crafting stations, including the oven from Hearthfire, and a working shrine to Akatosh in the bedroom.

https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/102247 is a small house in Raven Rock, near the Earth Stone. It only has one bed, so no child or follower support. But it does have all the crafting stations, and working shrine to Azura in the bedroom.

The description for the latter is missing a "not", isn't it?
"In fact, the reason the house is located so close to the Earth Stone is so that it would interfere with RRE."

OOps, yes it is.

Oh nice. I am putting these into my Skyrim. smile.gif My toons won't live in these right away, unless I roll the right one who seems to fit. Anyways, thanks.

How are you able to modify Hearthfire, by the way? It always crashes the CK when I merely try to open HF.

Maybe you should enable in .ini to load multiple master files?

Nice homes, Rosa, I especially like the one close to Riverwood, a heck of a view from there.

To mod the DLCs you have to do the following:

Open SkyrimEditor.ini

Add the DLC's .bsa files to the SResourceArchiveList2 value, like so:
SResourceArchiveList2=Skyrim - Shaders.bsa, Update.bsa, Dawnguard.bsa, Dragonborn.bsa, HearthFires.bsa

By default, you can only load either Dawnguard, Hearthfire, or Dragonborn data into the CK, but not all at the same time. To load multiple masters,add bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1 under the [General] heading.
