Souissi is all Bretoned up. The Direnni ruin looks cool. That portal looks like a great thing to leave alone. I don't think that is a good book Souissi is reading... Hermie Mora finally makes his appearance.

Hey it's not foggy / rainy! ... Whoa, look at that frost giant! That Dirreni lair looks totally gloomy though. I'd be afraid of the megalathon that's able to hold that book. From last session: Yikes, she's encountered a sload! I've heard about them. What does that hermit guy do? (not much I assume). @SubRosa - she's a Bretoned-up Imperial. The Direnni ruin was huge and featured a semi-hard puzzle to figure out if one wanted to descend deeper and reach Apocrypha. The portal should probably be best left alone indeed, but I assume that your girls would have problems avoiding it as well. @Renee - yeah, it can happen that it gets sunny or partly sunny, but it's not often. The Sload was in charge of a cult of necromancers that were trying to get more influence in the Reach. With it out of the way, the cult was destroyed. Davor is sitting right on the Whiterun throne. I hope the dragon's skull doesn't decide to fall down right at that moment. Great pic of Davor outside of Windhelm. SubRosa, don't click on the third pic! Love the Renee'd negative image! Ewww, I modded the creepy crawlies out of my game. Sir V's idea of a party is killing elves! Carbing up for future parties I see!

Reach for the Sky! Or Sky of the Reach... Very ominous looking! The Asylum is pretty creepy too. Especially the red doors. The unusual cell looks nice though. Is the Hagraven Matriarch wearing a mask? Oblivion looks ickier than ever. Watch out where the huskies go...

@SubRosa - maybe the matriarch is wearing a mask, but it can't be retrieved. Then again, judging from the looks of her arms, it might not be a mask. The Asylum was very creepy, because for a while Souissi was hunted by a demonic entity that couldn't be killed, it'd resurrect immediately. Very long story short, Mara enlightened Souissi so now she knows that... ...the Prince isn't his own self anymore, years ago a demon took over and now strives to take over the Reach. With this new knowledge in mind, Souissi met Prince Damian and his bodyguard Predothor, the tallest man in the Reach, and agreed to have a dinner with them and some others nobles of High Rock. Souissi didn't agree with the prince's view of how to gain control over Eastern High Rock by spilling more blood, so she was thrown in a pit and forced to fight against Predothor. *** However, when wounded, Predothor, just like his superior, turned out to be everything but a human being. He was in fact an Alpha Xivilai. When Souissi defeated his form on the Nirn, both of them were brought before the Dagonite Overlord and forced to fight again for his amusement. Once again, the mortal and the Xivilai clashed. The battle lasted for many hours... ...and once again Souissi prevailed. Victorious, Souissi could now leave the plane of Oblivion and face the Prince. _____ *** - it's also possible to side with the Prince, in which case you don't need to fight Predothor, instead a new questline opens up. Obviously by disagreeing with the Prince those quests now won't be available to Souissi. Predothor has been up to now the most dangerous enemy she faced. The battle in fact lasted for many in-game hours. First we needed to figure out how to stop his health from regenerating, once we figured that out, the battle became slightly easier but because of his large pool of health and deadly blows, he was still a fearsome foe. At least the Overlord rewarded Souissi with the "Summon Predothor" spell, so now she can summon the alpha xivilai. This post has been edited by Lopov: Jan 5 2019, 08:47 PM

QUOTE(Acadian @ Dec 31 2018, 03:21 PM) Renee - Good thing SV is getting his calories back up after fighting that GIANT spider! Mm hmm you said it, and note that Vyvoor's fighting a GIANT spider (cough). I recently found a giant centipede mod, I think I'm going to share pics of that soon! Anyway... "Knight, do this! Knight... summon that!" She looks really good in that Trail of a Madman pic. Lol, she finally has a tender moment, and the guy she's kissing doesn't bother to remove his gauntlets! Crap, I've fallen behind. I'll have to comment on the rest next time. This post has been edited by Renee: Jan 9 2019, 06:53 PM

@SubRosa - the fight with Predothor was done really well, you needed to fight him three times, first in human form, then as a Xivilai, and then once again as a Xivilai in Oblivion. Souissi emptied most of her healing potions but fortunately she could replenish her health in blood fountains in Oblivion. @Renee - the guy she got briefly involved with, was in fact demonic Prince Damian, he was also the madman, on whose trail Souissi has been. . . . When it was time to face Prince Damian, he called to his aid the protector of the royal family of High Rock, the bloodthirsty Griffon. Attacked by the Griffon, Damian's guards and Damian himself it wasn't easy for Souissi to stand against them all. First of all, fell the Prince. But just like his late bodyguard Predothor, the Prince transformed into his true self upon 'dying'. Souissi, however, didn't have difficulties killing his other form as well and sending the Prince to wherever demons go when killed on Nirn. Compared to the Prince, his bodyguard and other guards, the Griffon was surprisingly easy to bring down. Immediately after killing the Griffon, Souissi was brought to a special place, where Mara addressed her again. Her work in High Rock wasn't over yet. She revealed to Souissi a horrifying secret of the Prince's father, King Sigmayne. Unlike his son, the King wasn't possessed by a demon, yet he had a demonic personality. Souissi was teleported to the Royal Palace, where she obviously wasn't very welcome. She rescued several children from the King's clutches and faced the King himself. Just like before, she needed to fight the King's bodyguards too. In the end nobody was alive in the Royal Palace, except Souissi and rescued children. By the time Souissi was done with the King, the civil unrest escalated in High Rock, following the death of the tyrannic prince. Evermore, the capital town, was on fire! Streets weren't safe anymore,... ...in fact they were extremely hazardous to health. As Souissi was making her way out of the Reach, Hermaeus Mora was patiently waiting.

The griffon looks neat. Good night, sweet prince. Well, perhaps not quite so sweet... Looks like they had a warm welcome in store for Souissi Let the bodies hit the floor! Is there anyone in High Rock Souissi didn't kill?

@SubRosa - at least Souissi had a good reason to kill. If siding with the Prince instead, it's possible to expose the King or not. The Griffon lives, though. @Renee - the match was intense indeed. If she couldn't heal herself with fountains in Oblivion, she'd be dead because she ran out of all healing potions. Still, the mod author probably placed them there for a good reason, because he knew, that the battle with Predothor would be very, very difficult. Souissi never liked the royalty and never felt like a part of them. . . . With the Civil War uprising in High Rock, many people fled from their homes, heading for Skyrim. As Souissi came to the Divide, the border town between High Rock and Skyrim, and wanted to board a carriage to Skyrim with others, some knights asked for her help again. A tribe of Orcs led by bloodthirsty Dum-Korz was trying to ruin the bridge leading out of the town with the help of Orcish shamans. Tired from all the battles, Souissi couldn't turn the knights down and assaulted the encampment of Orcs on her own. Unfortunately, this time Lady of Luck didn't smile upon her. Not only she didn't manage to stop the ritual in time, but Dum-Korz and other Orc strongmen caught up with her. Her head became thick because of all the blows it received, so what would kill an ordinary man, knocked Souissi merely unconscious. Stripped of her weapons, she was brought before Dum-Korz. The Orcish leader planned a special execution for Souissi. Before setting her on fire alive, his boys would have fun with her first. Seeing only one option how to escape and having nothing to lose, Souissi asked Dum-Korz to fulfill her last wish. Before he could ask her what it is, Souissi told him, that she'd merely like to read a verse from her favorite book. Astonished, Dum-Korz agreed, but not before several of his strongmen surrounded Souissi. It could be a trick after all. And a trick it was. The book which Souissi read was not an ordinary one, but a black book which she acquired in the realm of Hermaeus Mora. Within seconds after opening the book, tentacles spread from it, entwined around Souissi and sucked her in. Before Dum-Korz could comprehend what had just happened, Souissi has already been in the realm of Hermaeus Mora. Yet the Daedric Lord didn't forget how she had tricked him a while ago. "And now, my dear mortal, you and me will have a long conversation..." . . . For the time being this is the end of Souissi's adventures. My growing daughter, job and learning a new foreign language unfortunately no longer allow me to have enough free time to game. So what happens to Souissi, remains a mystery for now. Will she make her way out of Hermaeus Mora's realm or will she be forced to serve the Daedric Lord for eternity? It remains to be seen. Thanks for checking the screenies. Note to self - Religion - Scary. Oh noes, Souissi is down for the count! Souissi does not look like much fun to me... Read any good books lately? Looks like only bad ones... Uh oh, this does not look good for our heroine.
