"Undead" and "Reach" brings Ragnvald and Valthume to my mind. It's definitely not Ragnvald because I've been there lately with my character Souissi. And I've been to Valthume only once with my character Gottham, probably in year 2011 or early 2012, so I have no idea anymore how it looks like. But let's try - Valthume.

It's not a farmhouse though from outside it looks like one. Inside it has a different layout.

Nope, but it's an inn. But "different" from other inns in Skyrim.
