Hello! So I've downloaded DosBox 0.72 (the latest). Now I should be able to play the games. But it doesn't do any differnce. Do I have to do something to make the game runable. By the way I downloaded Arena from the elderscrolls.com but i can't find the way to open the game. All I can see is all those textures.

Check out the Past Games forum at elderscrolls.com. There is a huge thread (stickied, if memory serves) on getting Daggerfall and Arena to run under DOSBox.
