My apologies for the delay. Haven't had the time to pick one and I was just trying to dig for a good screenshot. This probably isn't too hard. Minus the words on the screen (I still haven't gotten a chance to use the screenshot tips you all gave me.

It isn't right at the marked location if you were to fast travel there, but it would still be considered part of it. But as mALX's guess and my response indicates, it is actually in the D.C. ruins somewhere. Georgetown? I would have guessed Takoma Park, but I think the buildings in Tacoma were all siding (not brick).
