equipment as level rises, a new way for it to work Options

i have seen mods to change the way that the weapons and armor you can obtain or see get better but then everyone is wearing it so paople have made it so that the armour is random but then when you get your hands on some and then you can be ultra strong i reckon it could be made so that even if you have a strong item you have to be a certain lvl to be able to equip it like what they did with i think it was diablo but i think it would be a good thing to put in a mod i would do it myself but i don't have the skills so i jus suggest it for someone with the skills to be able to put it to good use
