For the life of me, I cannot remember. I can recall when I first started playing Morrowind bout three or four years ago tidbits that dont seem to be present in the game now. Then again that was on a computer, and I now play it on the Xbox.
For example, I remember trying out the Thieves Guild quest for the Diamond, and I got a potion of Invisibilty, and when I was invisible, it remember Nalcarya of White Haven, after I tried talking to her while invisible, sayign "Who said that? Who's There?" And the Goodbye Icon. An aspect of the game that doesnt seem to be there now....
And I could have sworn that I remember the Breton Woman, whom takes you to the Holamayan Monestary after you rescue Mehra Milo, being on the Vivec Docks. Is this just a faulty memory on my part?
I just have GotY addition for Xbox, and the Breton Woman who takes you to Holamayan was always in Ebonheart. But I guess this is a computer addition question....
Never recalled the Narcarlya one though.
Ebonheart (or New Ebonheart to be precise) was in the original game.
If the NPC you talk to hasn't seen (detected) you when you initiate conversation, you will get the "Who's there?" question and only the Goodbye dialogue option. This can happen both with Chameleon, Invisibility and in some rare cases even while sneaking (triggering instead of pickpocketing the target).
And the Breton female "fisher" always stands in the docks of Ebonheart.
Yes, and she is an important character in the main quest.
I think he meant between normal and goty edition but I'm not sure.
Only difference I've noticed between the two is the lack of the expansions in one. The expansions are Tribunal and Bloodmoon. Tribunal is set in the Mainland in the city of "Mournhold" and is a continuation of the Main Quest. Bloodmoon is set in Solstheim, Skyrim. It's about a hunt and werewolves. Both are very fun.
