Bethesda finally announced that the Knights of the Nine faction will be available for PC and XBox 360 users. Previously it was known that the faction would be in the Playstation 3 version of the game but it was unknown whether or not the faction would be available for the current platforms. It will be available via download (OblivionDownloads.com and the Live Marketplace) and as a boxed product from stores on the 21st of November. The boxed version will come with all the previous official mods released to this date.

So where does Dark0ne on TESSource get the idea that it contains a new version of Oblivion?

Can't see where he's said anything like that. The only "new version" of Oblivion that I can think of is the PS3 port of the game.

Edit: Looks like you're talking about Povuholo and not Dark0ne. And no, the retail box will not include the entire game. It's just a box with the Knights of the Nine addon and the previous official mods.

Well, not much has been happening with the game. KotN was released but that's about it.
