QUOTE(SubRosa @ Mar 3 2019, 07:06 PM) mALX: You don't need a mod for the cats. You can create them in your settlements. Go to the Cages section, under small cages are the cat cages. Build one or more and hook it up to power. You have to leave the settlement and come back later to see if you caught a cat. The monorail does not really work. It is a recorded video, like the intro to Dragonborn, when you go to Solsthiem on the ship. Tsuruhime wears the Sirius Armor, plus a light Combat Armor chest piece. The latter is painted black thanks to Endor's Custom Combat Armor. The Nuka Bot is fun. It is the park mascot at Nuka World. Tsuru didn't kill it. It actually gives you a quest. The Nukalurks do drop Nuka Meat. It is basically the same as the standard Mirelurk meat, just with a better buff. NosyLast sightHold your noseFill your hands, you son of a bitch!Any man don't wanna get killed better clear on out the back. I'm your HuckleberryUsing her headRed lightning Okay, it was the chest piece I fell in love with. It looked a bit Oriental; maybe because it was black with the white pattern on it = Really nice looking. Oh cool that the M&M doesn't attack you! I'd hate to kill something that cute! Is that a Nuka Lurk in "Nosy?" Gaaaaah! Ah, swimming through rooms of spilled Nuka stuff again! I remember swimming through the Quantum in FO3! OH! That western looking town with the strip mall of shops is exactly what I was hoping to build in one of my settlements!!! I mean to the letter! Where is that, Nuka world? the "Men better clean their backs" shot is my fave; great expression on her face! Awesome shots!!!!

(Again, cutlass)Wanna Hear a Ghost Story? Okay, I finally figured out how to see your screens = have to "copy image address" and paste it on a different tab's address bar to see them. "Dead-eyed stare" - is that the melee move someone told me about last week? That looks really good! Like the freeze frame on the blood spatter in this one; and it looks like a molatav coctail about to be flung, lol. Holy cow, she is bare handed! Is she going to combat bare handed? I'll never forget in Fallout New Vegas when I gave Veronica "Pushy" and took her to the Deathclaw Promentary! She was one hit killing the Deathclaws till she got more than one on her at once. Next thing I know, Veronica and Misa were stuck there; because everytime they resurrected they were killed before they could get out, lol. She missed the roof? It looks like she landed on a ledge, lol. Wow, I really need to learn the melee! "Knife to meet you" = Great shot!!!! Ghost Story looks creepy as hell! Awesome Shots !!!!

Dead Eye is a Lopov shot up to 11! Holy flaming pinata's Batman! Those jumps are a lot more fun with a jetpack. Nothing worse than waiting in line at the bank. Piper does have a million cap smile. Stick around! Ghost story is wonderfully creepy. I hear that if you say Mariah's name five times in a mirror, she will appear...

Thanks! Sorry, I didn't know how to make the screenshots brighter for you. Maybe it is just the default for Dropbox. That is one of the melee finishing moves. It seems to be random which one happens when you kill an enemy. Sometimes it is choke-holding them and sticking a blade in their chest, others are face-to-face stabbing them in the chest like in "Knife to Meet You," and I've also had throat-slitting. Unfortunately, Mariah isn't quite strong enough to just use her bare hands yet (I'm guessing you're referring to "We Don't Need No Stinking Guns? If so, she is wielding the cutlass, but it seems like it could be fairly easy to miss.). Looks like there is something else for Mariah to get proficient at! Pardon my ignorance, but what exactly is a Lopov shot? I've seen you name screenshots like that before or refer to other people's screenshots as such, but I'm not sure what Lopov's relation is to such screenshots. Are they the kind of screenshots that Lopov particularly likes to take? Million cap...how did I not think of that? For Gunners or Raiders at least, Mariah will definitely appear if they do that. Florens: "Last Sight" is great! My fave of that session. Why is she dressed in cowgirl clothes? I mean, is that part of some DLC or a mod? Raiders: Lots of great shots! Hope they aren't still waiting for service! :lmao: QUOTE(RaderOfTheLostArk @ Mar 5 2019, 10:45 PM) Pardon my ignorance, but what exactly is a Lopov shot?
A Lopov shot is a face-frontal shot, often with a "balanced" theme. So sometimes it's not just a face shot, oftentimes Lopov had a habit of placing his characters into areas in which the left side of the picture mirrored the right side. So, there might be a wall sconce on one side of the pic, and another wall sconce on the other side. So here is my interpretation of a Lopov shot. That is Skyrim though. Let me see if I have a Fallout one. Yes, here is one of Janet. I am convinced (after discussing the phenomenon with him) that when these balancing themes played out, he was not even aware he was doing this. He is obsessed with faces, and so often, he would take a picture (usually once per session) of a face shot merely to capture his characters' facial expressions. I am the one who pointed out the "balance" themes he'd subconsciously display. This post has been edited by Renee: Mar 8 2019, 07:42 PM

mALX: Nosy is a a Glowing Deathclaw. They are like normal Deathclaws, but with glowing scales and lot tougher. There is a whole river of what looks like Nuka Quantum in the Nuka Bottling Plant. There is a tour that goes though the river on little boats (so I am sure its not real quantum, just colored water). The Western area is the Dry Rock Gulch park in Nuka World. Renee: Tsuru's cowgirl outfit is from Nuka World's Dry Rock Gulch park. It is Old West themed, with Western clothes, guns, etc... Blast off to adventureAsteroidsIndependence DayMaking a messRocket girlSuited up for spaceLopov just barely averted

Lopov often ends a series of screenshots with a straight-on close up of his character, so that type of shot has become known around these parts as a 'Lopov shot'. SubRosa: I am laughing at the coloring in that first pic... um....Broken Steel. That pink & green setting. I don't know why but it's making my giggle. In fact, a lot of Fallout pics in general make me giggle. There's a humor there, or something. She's fighting a deathclaw with a frickin' sword!!! Whoa! Lol the inventor of Nuka Cola lives on... in a glass dome! Kane: Aw, I always love when our characters think to change their hairstyles. Is there a barber you can visit in the game (sort of like the Tunnel Snake dude from Fallout 3)? Or did you console / mod that in?

Yep - there is a barber in Diamond City. You can also assign settlers to be barbers in your settlements.

In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

QUOTE(SubRosa @ Apr 1 2019, 05:24 PM) The inventor of Nuka Cola had his head frozen in a jar to become immortal. He only forgot that, he would be a head in a jar forever. Which pretty much sucks.
Laughing again. Phew. I can't help it. Fallout 3 makes me crack up a lot too. I think something is wrong with me or something. I wonder if other gamers find such humor. Ah a nu t00n. This one is statuesque. Composed. Looks like she's wearing Stormtrooper gear. You switch weather in this game? Nice. I do this too nowadays, in Cyrodiil, Skyrim, and the Capitol Wasteland. Well welcome Herja. '

Some nice pics there. Wonderfully framed! Especially numbers 3 and 4. You certainly have something against spiders in ES and doggies in Fallout. Do you find that it cuts out on the combat a tad too much? QUOTE My nicer characters kill him to put him out of his misery Nicer characters??? Sub Rosa? Surely not. Helping cats out of trees....saving grandmothers.....no not possible. Ahh, killing them... that makes sense. This post has been edited by Winter Wolf: Apr 4 2019, 10:17 AM
