If it is anything like our apps that identify you through your bank, it is for smartphones only. At least ours are bound to the bank in question rather than to everything, and not all banks use them.

Nope. It's linked to a registered phone. Getting a new phone requires you to set up a new BankID as well.

Well I beaten Elden Ring...again and again! I like the new nerfing From Software did to Consort Radahn BUUUUUUT I managed to beat a couple of times pre-nerf so I gets to keep mah crown happy.gif.

Well I better enjoy easy street for a bit, the next few months are going to be rough with my Dad having to have knee surgery.

Just a few years ago this wasn't necessary. All this authentication is b-s. I never had any issue buying online before BankID got rampant.

Thanks, it's been a long time coming but he needs it. His arthritis and prior knee injury has pretty much taken it's toll him. Just one of those things that happens when you get older.
