She does look angry! But this isn't a bad thing. I've rolled some angry or evil-looking people in the past.
Luci Pheria is an example. My first EVIL character! .  TES4 characters have more expressive faces than in Skyrim, imo, especially if you catch them mid-battle with tfc2.
