Rain.
Actual rain. First time it has properly rained in.... months, really. Yesterday, there was a short drizzle, and two weeks a go, we got like 10-12..... drops. That was it. No real rain since April I believe. And now... sweet sweet thunderstorm with proper thunder, lightning, strong wind and most of all, lots of downpour. Didn't think you could miss rain this much. -------------------- Being good means getting better.

Absolutely. I promised myself when I first moved out here to the American southwest desert that I would never complain when it rains. Sometimes it can be a tad inconvenient but I've never complained. Rain is always welcome here.

Considering the amount of rain I've seen the last 2 months, I draw the conclusion someone druged me and moved me to Nevada.
Think I should go look up Acadian and see if I can get him to grill me a burger -------------------- Lol bird

I think Mrs. Treydog and I have discovered the secret to excellent grilled burgers (or NY sirloin for that matter):
Add some apple wood charcoal in with the regular and use maplewood smoke seasoning on the meat. Now I'm hungry....  -------------------- The dreams down here aren't broken, nah, they're walkin' with a limp...

Gosh and all this time I've just been tossing burgers onto a flat rock during the heat of the day. Cooks 'em fine but I'm guessing treydog's method imparts a much better taste.

Khajiit honestly doesn’t understand why people would use a gas grill. Charcoal just tastes so much better, in this one’s opinion.

I find gas grills scary. My uncle had a small bottle of gas explode on him, and he spent six months in a hospital, barely making it. We're talking the really small ones, where you can attach a small stove thingie on top.
