I was partially joking. I rarely drink anymore. Kids tend to take priority over personal vices. The biggest one I've missed is being able to just pick up a new game whenever I want.
Oh well, there are rarely games that catch my attention in any serious way anymore. Maybe it is the proliferation of B list games or maybe it is becoming an adult and being more difficult to please. Either way I only get genuinely excited about 1-2 games a year. Sometimes not even that.
When I was a kid I would walk into Gamestop and I was leaving with SOMETHING. Now when I go I may not even see anything I'm remotely interested in.

QUOTE(mirocu @ Sep 1 2016, 02:46 PM) I have never been drunk or even remotely close to it. Yeah, I´m dry. Big whoop, wanna fight about it?* *reference points available! *drives over Mirocu in a tank* (it's the only one of those instances I can actually remember from Family Guy)

Had an interesting experience today. Loaded up Morrowind and did a quest I hadn't even remembered existing. I was talking to the quest giver and all of a sudden I was hit with a moment of clarity. I remembered exactly what I was doing in real life at the time I had done it the first time over ten years ago. How my (then teenage) room looked, how the faux plastic fish moved erratically in the mock fish tank, and how I felt this sense of amazement about a game that I'm not sure I've felt since then.
Smell is well known for evoking memories that had long been buried but for me, I was caught off guard to find that a video game brought back such clear memories. Now that I'm older of course the problems from childhood seem like a total waste of time. What will I do to keep myself busy tomorrow? Does that girl from (insert class here) like me? Things of this nature, in retrospect, seem so small I'm amazed at the lack of persoective that we have as kids.
Back when I thought doing a couple of chores a few times a week was fascism and now I've experienced the 60+ hour work week. Ignorance really is bliss I guess.

I have a CD with a local band and they do this song amazingly awesome, just as the rest of any song they play btw And now, what you all been waiting for: The emptying of the wasp traps! Really, they were so full now that new wasps could barely drown This is from just one of the trapsTotally not a disgusting pile of dead, lemonade-soaked wasps (plus a few other bugs)

True lol
My advice, which should never be taken at all, is to bread them with those Panko crumbs and make them as your crunchy snacks. Mmm, deep fried insects....

In Canada they coat them in chocolate. Urgh... QUOTE(Callidus Thorn @ Sep 3 2016, 01:33 PM) *Coalesces from the shadows, saunters into thread, cloak flapping in the breeze*
