mALX, congratulations to Corporal Britta!

monkey, congrats on Mastering Militant Ordinator!

Rider, Pog's chest has achieved an even greater circumference, puffed out with pride that his handiwork hangs in Argis's house. Jerric is a little sad that the fishing trophy intrigue is over. He is nostalgic about the many times he dragged Argis back to Jorunn's Stand after an adventure to keep him away from Ebonheart. I'm sure Jerric will have some new plan that leads to visiting Belfrost the Shy. biggrin.gif

I've been away and forgot that today is HotR day!

So now that i'm not delirious anymore, I gotta say that my interest in farming the House motifs is...pretty low. Hopefully all three are common enough where i won't break the bank (again) buying them from other players.

That said, Zenithar bless the new currency deposit system. Also I switched the colors of friendly/enemy abilities from green/red to bright orange/violet.

Also: bath in the scrungy tub (this is the best I could do)

Oh I hold no illusions of EVER collecting every single house plan when there isn't a reliable way to get them that's worth the trouble and money spent (for one there's no indication the new recipes drop from the Hlaalu documents at all). When we get a system like Provisioning writs that drop a specific tier? Maybe

Anyways, I'm talking about the Telvanni/Redoran/Hlaalu armor and weapon motifs in Vvardenfell. I thought about doing a pickpocketing run in several cities but then I remembered how annoying it could be. I gave up after the first five minutes. The drop rate was nerfed during testing, which suggests they're pretty common, unless they really, REALLY reduced the droprate. I hate this.

Oh my gosh, bathtub!! At first glance I thought it was in dire need of a scrub, but perhaps it’s made of stone rather than porcelain and that’s a lovely marble texture? That’s a major upgrade from the wooden wash tub! Congrats!

Hard to say. It's "Hlaalu" style so it's most likely something like marble or another Vvardenfell rock.

I think the best part is that it actually has water, and that you can make it steam or cool it down. Now to get some towels and a nice carpet. And a divider, at least for SSD.

Didn't know whether to put it here or in the Skyrim section, but I made some observations on the interesting "empty" map of High Rock compared to ESO.

Allegedly ESO was in development before or at the same time as Skyrim. I wonder, coincidence? Collaboration? ESO just taking the height map and going from there? Neat stuff either way. 'Cept there was like no room for Jehanna in ESO.

EDIT: I tried looking for the render of Skyrim's entire heightmap to make a more accurate comparison but no luck. ugh. I could be playing right now but this is more interesting to me. I think the area where i placed Rkindaleft may or may not actually be Lake Halcyon? (Based on a map Lady Nerevar made using all available maps thus far)

I was confused about why I got an honest-to-goodness bug from deconstructing equipment. Then I remembered that there are new motifs out. That said, and entire flipping beetle? I guess you just...take the pieces off and build it back together.

(That said, I like the Redoran motif so it's great to have at least one unit of its style material)

A bug? A beetle bug? GAAAAAAH! I want one! Maybe it is the material you craft the equipment with? A style stone?

Busy day today as Haa-Rei and Cirinwe moved house! The two of them now live in Stay-Moist Mansion (it's my new primary residence, feel free to pop by and have a look around), while my other three characters have moved into the three inn rooms.

Back when housing first came out, Stay-Moist's layout was a bit daunting so I didn't go for it. In the last few months, after decorating my own homes and seeing the awesome stuff everyone else has been doing, I kind of figured out how I could go about decorating Stay-Moist. Still got a couple of bits and pieces to finish up, but I'm really pleased with the way it looks.

Thank The Hist for crown sales.

Aw, congrats! I still remember loving your Humble Mud! If everyone is in the Inns, who is in Humble Mud?

** and you are SO right about the Crown sales; I LOVE them! Really wish they would put them on sale once per quarter! laugh.gif

[censored] mang.

So I'm currently focused on a Legacy of the Dragonborn-oriented playthrough of Skyrim with a *gasp!* completely new character and since the mod is pretty lore-heavy and even has in-game books of obscure text (largely MK stuff) I'm sitting down and reading books again.

So when I get back to ESO, I'm gonna log into Jo'zira, plop him on one of his comfy sofas in Sleek Creek House, and have him "study" a little more to better fit his role of Loreweaver that his creator left for him. In other words, I'm gonna read through every single lore book I've found, in Shalidor's Library and the Eidetic Memory.

Anyways, these days I only log in for a few mintues for daily crafting writs and the occasional material farm. Can't wait for Clockwork City.

So I was wrong about the newer motifs not being used.

ngl, I'm probably going to destroy this one out of spite instead of giving it to my crafting monkey. Not worth the 7 vouchers.

Sell it on the Guild Store shelves, that is what I've been doing with them. I sold one for 119 vouchers because it cost 500,000 AP to buy the motif. Grrrrr! That is an expansion, those motifs should not be in use; just like they promised not to use the "Crown store only" motifs. (since we had to buy that expansion with gold, they are making it a pay to play thing with the vouchers when they use that expansion or Crown Store only stuff = swore they wouldn't ever do that when "Homestead" first released with these Master Writs).
