No, it was just a small side track. And why would somebody kill a shop owner? Well maybe a rival business in Morrowind, or just some crazy guy came up to Riden and gave him money. After all, a mercenary does anything for money and an assassin is just a precise mercenary.

I gotta agree with Dantrag. That town is cold if they gotta let an Assassin kill their only source of goods. But, let's make something of this however.
1. Some folk at the lighthouse saw the deed, gathers up a mob and proceeds to lynch us. Then, Serene will try to stop the madness and.. meets us? A fight is ... inevitable?
2. It was in early in the morning, and most people were just starting to get out of theri beds. Save for one Ordinator stationed there to monitor Seyda Neen. He saw the Assassination, teleports to Vivec and petitioned for a squad of Ordinators and teleports right back at SN with his drinking buds. He tracks the assassin and another massive fight ensued. ( Normally, Ordinators would just try to arrest you but hey, circumstances are different now, right?)
3. Serene saw the deed and tries to track Riden down, in hopes of an explanation.
That's all I can think right now.

Djinn: What wish would you like to have, young master? Random dude: SUPA POWAZ! -- Djinn: Is there anything I could make true, lord? Old guy: .. Youth and charisma. -- Djinn: Your heart speaks of wanting. I could make it true, milord. Me: Hmmm. I wish to know what I want. Then you could hook me up in some insidious deal, spirit.

ALL RIGHT! I've had enough with the Entity of Holding-RPs! By the Hammer of Kinky Underoos( = ), I hereby break the ice that froze this Rp! Not to mention introducing our new companion.. Saqin, the Khajiit Scout! (You'll have some fun discussing the wilds of Morrowind with Cyldreen, my character's a scout too!) So, first of all, ignore my post before this. Y'know, the whole choose-an-option post right above Jack's? Now that that's over with, let's start with Saqin's appearance. What do you want to do with your char, S? Do you want to place her in Seyda Neen to meet our group or stumble into our camp while scouting?

Maybe Saqin could come across/stumble into your camp. Either scouting, she sees your camp and decides to investigate. But someone in your group notice her when she gets close. Or a pack of nixhounds(or any other creature for that matter) is hunting her. And while running she more or less falls into your camp. And in that scenario she's also quite badly wounded.(Actually I like this one) Or if anyone else has a better idea. This post has been edited by saqin: Sep 16 2010, 03:42 PM

QUOTE(jack cloudy @ Sep 16 2010, 10:27 AM) Still in Seyda Neen with Arille, I guess. For the sake of not making the town look heartless or incompetent, I suggest we treat it as if Riden popped another invisibility spell to sneak off unnoticed. Then he can rendezvous with his wife outside town, instead of casually walking off with her in plain sight. (which was the idea I got when first reading the assassination. Silly me.)
I say...nobody knew that Tess was involved with the assassination and Riden still had the invisibility spell on...or shall we say Chameleon scroll.

Ok, so it's settled, yes? Saqin will stumble into our camp hunted by those Nixes, Cyldreen notices her, Riden cast a Chameleon spell to escape, Serene is with Arrile and Kaye...
Is that right?
If so, then it's my turn to post and after that S will stumble into our humble abode.. ANd after that, the first step of finding them Gemroots begins.. Not bad, if I do say so myself.

As I understood it Nelacar is in the camp, which is outside of town.
DarkZerker: Don't know if it's just my head being all messed up, but did Geo shoot at Sa'Quira? If so, she's a female khajiit.

Because of paranoia...and the fact that a normal person wouldn't really attack somebody in the top of a tree with arrows. By the way, it was a miss.

I edited my post. Instead of introducing himself, it was just a hit and run. More realistic and I can keep him in a sleep state until you guys are ready.

No, the dagger was for protection to make it more realistic. It's just a way to introduce one of my characters to Serene.
