Yana does not look especially welcoming.

Notice how she keeps her hand on that knife...

@Acadian - it's a fun quest indeed though the thought of his gear being locked behind the very hard locked door wasn't that funny at the moment Jes went to pick the lock.

@SubRosa - Yana can look very pretty if she wants sto, she really doesn't seem as inviting in the first pic but in the second one she's pretty, I think, especially for a Cyrodiilian.

@Renee - that's a part of some mod that she grabs the knife. With the mod, I think it's called Talk with your hands, people actually use hands during conversations and if they have weapons equipped, they check them. It felt very appropriate that Yana was holding her knife while talking to Jes.

I quite like how Jes blends his interest in alchemy, magic and books.

Oh, Henantier's was a fun quest as you help him get his mind sorted out and back together.

Nice! So he finds all those tomes and brings them to the Mage's Guild, and even organizes them neatly. See, a lot of my holier characters (like Joan, Dyan, and even RG3...she goes to church too) will bring various items and "donate" them to the chapels, by putting them directly on their altars. Potions, flowers, books, etc. Problem with this is...when somebody activates one of these altars, this means all the stuff they bring goes flying everywhere!

Yeah, I can imagine Jes's head is spinning in Bravil/Better Cities. So many ingredients to pick all over the place in that town.

Jes has to pick every ingredient he can find!

Sweet dreams Jes

Wow, he really hit that minotaur!

Great shot of his backpack in the final pic.

@Acadian - Henantier's quest is fun but difficult at times because missing any trap means instant death. Fortunately Jes isn't DiD else he'd be dead by now, he stepped on a wrong tile and "died" but I roleplayed that Henantier managed to save him in his dreams.

@Renee - he prefers to donate books instead to sell them so that the next time he visits the guildhall, books will still be there, if he sold them, they'd be lost when a merchant's inventory resets.

@SubRosa - I expected Dreamworld minotaurs to be more difficult but obviously Fran's didn't affect them so they were of the lowest possible level. Both fell after two strikes from the magic staff.

So Jes got some imaginary lockpicking training? laugh.gif

I hope Jes brought his scuba gear!

I found a video of Jes coming out of the water

Lock pickin', boatin', swimmin' and fightin'! And still time to enjoy the beautiful bookends of sunrise and sunset. Methinks the primary result of that cat's lock picking training is to fatten his coinpurse. wink.gif

@SubRosa - he made some water breathing potions before swimming underwater. Back then he didn't know how to breathe underwater, now he can thanks to a spell.

Yep, that's him coming out of the water. laugh.gif Only the girl and her mare are missing. wink.gif

@Acadian - Jes checked his belongings twice after training with Dro'Shanji was done. One can never be too careful.

Gurkha Jes stalks the depths of Fort Grief.

Love the knotwork dragon on Jes' kukri. It is much better looking than Kurdan!

Poor Tone Loc Aleron Loche.

@Acadian - Caught in the hunt is one of my favorite quests. But on this playthrough it glitched for the first time. As soon as Jes stepped out of Fort Grief, Kurdan proceeded to kill Aleron but wouldn't attack him. After a few seconds the game would then CTD. I had to advance the quest by console-killing Aleron.

@SubRosa - the kukri looks good, I agree. It's sold by some BC-added merchant in Bravil. In the long run it proved to be too expensive to maintain, though.

Aw, he is camping. And found a house which I'm not sure is vanilla or not. And found Sinderion.

I agree with you about having nirnroots grow back. I love hearing their song in the wild.

You have a nice package of supportive mods, Lopov. I remember that abandoned house (vanilla). I liked Sinderion very much. smile.gif

Lopov hasn't posted any pictures in a few hours. laugh.gif I will take advantage of this lull to post a few RG3 / Xenagade pictures.

In the fighting pics I used Lopov's technique of console command "tai" to make enemies freeze in place, and also using tfc and tm to move the camera around / disable menus. Finally, I can get some cool fighting pics of one of my Oblivion characters in action. Well, not in that first pic, or the last one, but in all the others.

Lopov: I like the wolves in Oblivion much more than the ones in Skyrim. In Skyland they went out of their way to make them appear far more menacing.

Looks like those people in the isolated house prefer to remain isolated.

Neat rake trap. Too bad there are no frag mines in Oblivion.

That looks like a comfy bed.

Brewing up some craft beer with Sinderion!

Renee: I am green with envy over that first pic! laugh.gif

Tough break for Generic Fighter #24. He should have known better than to fight XenaGade!

It can't be! hehe.gif I'll post some tomorrow or on Sunday, today I'm too lazy, it was a chaotic week at work and one of our elderly colleagues passed away suddenly. indifferent.gif

Well the scene in green is really green.

My favorite screenie is I'll hack you to pieces because it's taken from below and one can almost hear their swords clanking.

Do you use some mod that adds more blood to corpses?

Now how did she do a twirl??

Is that Vigge the Cautious? "You sure you want him? Because he doesn't train or anything." tongue.gif

Cool pix eh folks? hehe.gif They'll only get better, now that i learned the tai + tfc + tm trick

Lopov: I think MMM has an option to toggle blood on and off. It even has a "carrion rat" option which makes small, mouse-size rats show up if you've left a corpse around long enough (like if you go into a different cell and come back, there will be all these little mice).

The twirl-jump is an animation mod Shelley Mars told me about a couple years ago. Right now I'm not remembering its name but I'll tell you later.

@Renee - the house is vanilla, it's called the isolated house but it doesn't have its own map marker, not that this would change anything for us who play without map markers on the compass. It's not so easy to find, but once you know where it is, it becomes... well very easy to find. wink.gif It has become a common stop for Jes as he's traveling through the West Weald.

@Acadian - mods like setting up your own campfire and covering yourself when going to sleep, really add a lot to the experience. This is for the first time that any of my characters are doing Sinderion's quest.

@SubRosa - with some mods that change animal behavior, all wolves are friendly by default but they may attack when pulling out a weapon when close to them. I'm not sure if the same applies for timber wolves. I've already ran into some boars and they were friendly too.
