I checked out the video, I'm a halo fan. I played the first two and couldn't get enough, one thing I didn't like was the removal of the assault rifle which by the looks of this video they plan to bring back...I'm hoping. biggrin.gif

I hope this one is a closer match to the first halo, I played it for over a year (with partners) because it wasn't so good playing alone.

Anyways this is great news thanks Shogun. biggrin.gif

Look on Bungies site to get the video as well, plus comments on it.

P.S. If you have a 360 and live just download it onto your Xbox, although it might take a while...

I am seriously looking forward to this game.

And, to those of you who think that you can predict how good Halo 3 will be based on the length of Halo 2.... Shame on you.

Halo has too much fanboyism to me. Its not a bad game, but for like a month all it was in half the xbox community was "OMG HALOZORZ" and it drove me crazy..
Some of my friends irl are still like that about Halo 2 huh.gif

When I play a game I rate it on the game engine too, halos game engine didnt seem to unique.

I always found FPS really boring, however I do enjoy halo even though I hardly ever play it. It is good for playing when drunk or entertaining drunk people.

Hahahaha ... I gave up entertaining drunk people when I no longer get tips from them. Otherwise, you have to treat them all like giant, very loud children.

I find that statement offensive, I enjoy the Halo series drunk or not and I'm not a child... wink.gif

Halo is a fun game to play when you have lots of people around that are fairly good at it, makes it a challenge...or if you're just drunk I suppose it can be a challenge as well. tongue.gif

Ummm...no pokemon for me thanks...

Exactly Minque ... I like to watch Cain play it. He plays it when he gets in this rambunctious mood when nothing else can appease his bloodlust.

Don't be offended by the little children statement, Kiln. Nobody was calling you one - just an observation that kids like to play it too. Besides, "unless ye be like these the little children ..... etc."

One can create something unique and unfun. Halo's unique wasn't unique, however it was extremely fun. For me, at least. tongue.gif

I'm looking forward to Halo 3. It looks to be very cool, based on both the trailer and where the storyline's been going. It'll prove interesting, at least. cool.gif

Yeah, kids also love Street Fighter games.

Or at least, I did when I was a kid, and I still do.

I see later you say you didn't mean it in an offensive way, but from that post, you sure make one wonder.

Edit: Though Pisces post seems more antagonistical.

lol! Well Pushtrak, I was a cocktail waitress for a number of years and you don't talk to a cocktail waitress about drunk people without getting an honest reaction. Because, while they are drunk off their @sses, living it up, having a great time - we are the ones who are sober and seriously have to deal with all their shenanigans. That might be fun with one drunk, but fill a whole room with them and be the one sober person, and see how you feel about it. .... but hey, it was a living!

I meant it in a funny way, not to insult anyone. I used to get drunk too ... just not in public restaurants. With my friends at home.

Oh and for the record, Pisces is always more antagonistic than me ... that's why you see us "commenting" on each other occassionally. He hasn't finnessed his act yet like I have ... ROLF!!
