Okay so I'm not sure if you guys already talked about this but wouldn't it be cool if it actually were kids in Cyrodiil and Morrowind. I can't mod so that's why I'm asking somebody else to mod.

That should give you what you want. That site also has a playable children mod I believe, so it would allow you to actually play as a kid rather then an adult, if you're interested that is.

I'm not too familiar with Oblivion mods to be honest, so I don't know if there's a similar mod for Oblivion, but this is for Morrowind.
