Yeesh. Well what are we supposed to do with poisons then? ... I know Google is my friend, but I'm asking here first, just because you all won't send me into random, wild circles with your answers.

I'd have to Google too, but at some point they added reverse pickpocketing. Maybe that was how you poisoned someone.

Mods for The Elder Scrolls single-player games, and I play ESO.

I know that worked with poison apples in Oblivion.
Dang that's lame. All those people who say Morrowind did stuff better too, go figure.
This kinda ruins Luci Pheria's roleplay idea then. Because my idea with her is she's supposed to get really good a Alchemy, and be able to rely mostly on poisons to take down enemies.
This actually gives me an excuse to transfer her game to PC though. Let me see if there are any poisonable weapon mods out there.....
Unofficial answer (but the most comprehensive answer I have found): no we cannot poison weapons. We can enchant weapons with "Cast When Strikes" poison damage, as long as you already know a poison spell. I have yet to find any mods which make poisoned weapons from Alchemy useful.
So making poisons in this game is useful only for the money gained from selling them. Poisons from alchemy cannot actually be used in combat.
