Help!, Chameleon spell...... Options

i can`t find cameleon spells, I have been on every mage guild but now one offers this spell, I have also been on numbers of magic shops and chapels but nothing. Do anybody know where to find it? please answer i realy want this spell.

Buy the cheapest one. Learn to cast it. Create your own at Arcane University. Lately I use two: a 50% cham spell lasting 10 sec for quick smash n' grabs, and a 30% lasting 30 sec to combine with two rings and a potion for full protection.
