Did you ever find it silly that your character Boo Boo the Barbarian was learning spells, just so he could enchant his big old axe with them? Is Boo Boo tired to of riding his war dinosaur all over Tamriel just to find a filled soul gem he can use? Well, tell Boo Boo to relax. He no longer has to hurt is brain with all that spellage or traveling. The Mystic Emporium will take care of all that.

Requirements:
This mod Requires OBSE version 1.5 or higher, as it uses some of its scripting functions to prevent message spam.

Description:
An enchanting altar is added to the Mystic Emporium in the Imperial City Market District. Using the station automatically gives you a filled soul gem, but also deducts gold from your inventory for it. The level of soul gem is based on your character's level as follows:
Level 1-6 = Common Soul Gem & a cost of 150 gold pieces
Level 7-12 = Greater Soul Gem & a cost of 350 gold pieces
Level 13+ = Grand Soul Gem & a cost of 500 gold pieces

You will also find a mystic tablet set into the wall to either side of the enchanting station. The first one will give you most of the magic effects in the game to enchant with, in the form of very weak spells. The second one will remove all of those effects. So get the effects, do your enchanting, then remove them. This is so characters who are not magicians can get their gear enchanted with what they want, without having to learn the spells for them, or train up the magical skills high enough so they can use those spells. It is one stop enchantment shopping.

Installation:
Simply copy the contents of the data file to your Oblivion\data folder. When you start Oblivion, select the Mystic Emporium Enchanting Station OBSE mod.

This sounds wonderful for a warrior character. After all, they can smash enough heads to amass plenty of cash. Surely they could pay someone to enchant a better head smashing weapon for them. Excellent!

Oh, the correct spelling of my barbarian's name is Bobo. I think Boo Boo is a pair of giant space hamsters owned by a berserker who has been tapped on the bean too many times. wink.gif biggrin.gif tongue.gif
