Yea, I'm kinda fudging it a little. Technically he can read, but it goes much faster if he has a follower. Right now (in his new playthrough) he has no follower, but I'm a little too excited to care. I did simulate him reading the book by "waiting" quite a few hours. Hearthfire is gonna be fun fun fun! I only wish the property could be built a bit closer to the lake. Lakefront property...mmmm.

Chances are he's gonna adopt the little girl who lives in Whiterun, bring her back to the Falkreath area, and they will build the house together. I'm really curious if she'll complain that the house is not built yet. Or if she'll even come along. Only the foundation is there at the moment.
