@SubRosa - although it looks like Herma Mora was invading Arnima, it was Namira who was invading with Mortifayne's help. After all, Arnima is an anagrame of Namira, but I didn't figure it out until the priest (the guy with the square hat
) mentioned it. Ironically, Mortifayne's personal chef is named Maarin, which I figured out to be Namira. Arnima used to be called Raven Spring, but when Mortifayne became the Lord, he renamed the town to Arnima.
The headless guy was already missing his head when Souissi encountered him.
Guess you don't need a head when in Oblivion.
The Last King wanted to rule the realm with Namira's help but thanks to Souissi, their plans were crushed.

.
For her contribution to peace of the Reach, Souissi was invited to the Royal Palace of Evermore -
the Griffon's Palace.
King Sigmayne, the ruler of Eastern reach, personally knighted her.
Being a knight brings not only duties and responsibility, but also
respect.
And a new
set of armor, which every knight must carry.
But
Souissi really doesn't like the Griffin armor.
"I will gladly perform my knightly duties, but don't force me to wear
that armor." King Sigmayne didn't take kindly to Souissi's demand, but in the end he agreed to make an exception for her.
The following day Souissi began her knightly duties, eliminating hostile
exiles from a nearby village.
