QUOTE(minque @ Jan 7 2006, 02:30 PM) Good! So is it time for Therana to slightly come into business? I could make some starting-post where she shows her true self so to say? hehe We'll say that Amili thinks Therana to be a lunatic. Makes it interesting. Oh, and FLorodine or minque, if one of the councillors wants to speak with Amili, she'll be in Sadrith Mora for a bit, overseeing the new tower that's being built. QUOTE(gamer10 @ Jan 8 2006, 12:16 AM) I miss the good old days, you know, AMU. Man, now that was RPing. Not that this is bad. Anyhow, Davion, who were the assailants, I mean you made them up, so you should sorta describe them so Akar and Miles can kill 'em. Seems sort of a waste, doesn't it? AMU - good times. Yeah, gamer, that's why I didn't reply to your post. Sorry.

Its kinda amusing, sometimes. Arrows leave wounds that well, aren't that big, the wounds sufered weren't that fatal, well, in a universe with magic, really. I mean, shortly of aything that kills you too quickly to get off a good, effective heal, a high-level healer could effectively heal any wound, you know? How many times has your health dropped to nearly zero, you drunk a potion and got right back up. It may not work exactly like that, but hell, with a powerful spell, potion, scroll, what-have-you, you can regenerate most wounds pretty quickly. Healers would be in the compassion if they couldn't restore as fast as destruction and mystcism mages could destroy and drain/absorb. Just kinda letting you know. I mean, people wouldn't bother with healing magics (except dedicated healers) if it wasn't as effective in mending wounds as destructive magics are in dishing out wounds.

it is much easier to destroy than it is to create.
healing would have to be slower than destruction, there is no logical way it could be as fast as destruction. you are talking about tissues knitting themselves back together correctly. rebuilding a complex organ takes time and energy, magic would only be expediting the natural process not make it instantaneous.
in the average scenario you wouldn't have healer in a battle, they would be doing their work on the sidelines.

QUOTE(Megil Tel-Zeke @ Jan 9 2006, 10:43 PM) it is much easier to destroy than it is to create. Agreed. Compare the time it takes to break an arm and that of the healing of same arm. It's like milliseconds to months.

I agree with you per se....but in this case I´m sre those arrows are not normal ones....I´m pretty sure they are treated with some poison or infectious matter, so it took a great deal of healing .........

A couple questions/comments. -Are we still planning on having each of the evil characters have a position in a House? (Evil meaning Judd, Cerpin, etc.) -Still waiting for Channycat to post -A council meeting has been called in House Telvanni (I think only minque and florodine have to worry about tha, unless someone wants to take over Drathat and/or Aryon) -Welcome back minque! -and....yeah.
