I was going to vote "I don't care - I'll be dead", but I soon realized that if I was buried, my body would be buried with a bunch of stuff that could be put to a better use than sitting with a dead guy, and I would just be taking up space in some cemetery...

So I voted cremation.

Whoa. What does the organization do with your body?

Is it that art thing that went on in europe where they used dead bodies as grotesque statues?

That's what they do.

I'd rather be cremated... More space for this over-crowded world. My mom's the same way. We both do not want to become ugly and filled with worms, anyway. tongue.gif

(On TV, I heard that some places in Japan (or was it China?), that it's so crowded that they have to put the grave-sites on top of buildings! Ewwww! Imagine something dead living above your roof! This is many years ago, though.)

What? I mean seriously get some use out of me after I die. I'm dead and gone, what do I care?

EDIT: Mergirl yeah that's Japan, they stick some grave-yards on skycrapers, and I don't think its a bad idea. Don't think of them as dead-bodies, think of them as fertilizer. Thanks to them, there are many skycrapers in Japan lit beautifully with a serene roof garden.

cremation. burial seems too.. um gruesome. well the idea of your body burning isn't nice either, but I think the end result is better O.o

Im so gonna be burried...

And Im gonna have a huge tomb with traps and the sort with some weird poem on the front door that says something about a treasure deep in the dark depths of the tomb.

Then (If they survive the sharks and spinning blades) right at my feet, right were I am entombed will be a peice of paper that says, and I quote,

"C0ngr@tz dudz, Uv m8d 1t11! w3l i 5p3nt @l1 m3h m0n3y 0n t1s p1@c3 s000... n0n3 4 u111!!! w00t!

Cremation, like, on a pile of sticks, like how a Warrioir would be burned after dieing in Ancient times. biggrin.gif

It's more dignified than rotting in the ground IMO. tongue.gif

Means In My Opinion, I find it a redundant phrase. Obviously it's your opinion.

My opinion is when your dead, who the Hell cares what happens to your body? I hope a bunch of necrophilliacs attach my body to wires and use it as a puppet to scare children at the Santa Claus convention. I'm dead, I'm not using it anymore. Do whatever you want.

Actually though I wouldn't mind being burid in the forest next to a tree so I could be used as fertilizer for the tree. Unmarked, no casket, 10 feet deep.

Grant me a tomb... filled with the greatest treasures a man can dream of!! And...and complete with booby traps and MECHANICAL MONSTERS AS ITS ETERNAL GUARDIANS!!!! HuhuhuhaHAHAA!!!!!

In all seriousness, I voted I don't really care. Chances are I'd donate all the worthless junk I'd have held onto at that point. I'd be dead, so they could just as well toss me in a landfill and I wouldn't care. The money it would have cost to pay for a burial or a cremation could do so much more, and that is what would please me.
