I'd say Cliff Racers are irritating only because of the stupid squeaking noise they make. However they do not affect your well-being, at least not much (when you're decent level character). This can't be said about Greater Bonewalkers who may pose a threat even to a powerful character who does not have the means of long-ranged combat to take him out quickly. So I vote for Bonies. Oh and I also hate the Scrib's paralyze attack. But then again you don't have to go around attacking poor defensless innocent little creatures, now do you? :evil7:

Cliffracers are annoying but...

Yeah but if you follow the storyline then it is pretty hard with a low level character in my experience. Cliff racers are the most annoying to me.
