Here is an example of something I wrote. It is what I call a revolving bounty quest. The idea is something a lot of us have RPd all our gaming lives, but the vanilla game usually does not support: we have a prominent member of local society (innkeepers are best) who wants something done about some sort of local menace. This innkeeper recognizes our character for his or her adventuring greatness, since he or she has been in their establishment countless times, and wants our character to do something about the local menace.

In this case, the innkeeper is Candice Corgine of Pell's Gate, and she wants Renee Gade III and her posse to take care of Fort Homewood across the way. The cool thing about the way I've written this one is it doesn't just happen one time--after the 3-day game reset, if we go back into Pell's Gate's inn, there's a chance the entire quest can be started over again. The twist though is Candice won't just give us this quest every three days. The topic comes up randomly in conversation only occasionally, making the entire experience feel a bit more natural.

After a particular NPC gets killed, this is what triggers the quest forward. This NPC is always placed in the very last possible room of any dungeon (I've made several other of these quests) to make sure we explore the entire place.

First, new haircut.

Those outlaws must be stopped!

Being sneaky

Pissed-off outlaw!

Rawwwr!

"Oh what's the matta? Getting ...*Bam!*

Candice is not rich, and gives the only reward she can

Oh, Renee, this looks like great work! Pells Gate and that nearby fort are the perfect set up/location and Candice the perfect quest giver for it. Creative idea and nicely done. And Xenagade and her crew even get cold (I hope) beer for their efforts!

Thanks, man! They do get more than 3 beers, I think Candice also gave some mutton too. And I wrote it so that Candice gives RG3 a writ. When she takes this writ to Vinicia of the Imperial Commerce office, she gets paid several hundred gold. That part is similar to the way Skyrim bounty quests work.

Notice in "The leader of Fort Homewood has been killed" there are a bunch of stats over on the bottom-right. One of these is Alcohol. Notice it's at 31%. RG3 often drinks 'n' delves, unlike Saga or most of my others.

I finally got OCOv2 to work, and I'm quite pleased with the results! My thief, Elamir is up and about in Cyrodiil. Here are some NPC screens to show the difference:

Cool, well since he is an archer, this means we currently have two archers roaming around Cyrodiil. I've been gaming with Lady Saga for the past month or so, and she's also primarily an archer.

I'll have to figure out how to join Elder Stats; that progression thing is neat. And also, can you provide a direct link to Haven, Kane? I need to start posting over there too. Hopefully it's a little busier over there.

Elder Stats is free to join, but you have to update all the stats manually. It’s nice for others that want to follow, though!
