Isaarin Sithiln
New Vivec

Isaarin took a keen interest in what Megil said.

"That's fascinating that you know who attacked him. You know... exactly who. Why haven't you done anything, Megil? Is it because you have no evidence... no eyewitness accounts... can you even trust your own two eyes on the matter? Well if not, then pray tell me exactly how you found out... that is unless you're unwilling to expose such a tool," Isaarin was giddy, positively giddy. "You think I'm building an army... selfishly? Let me remind you... primarily which cities were reduced to rubble five years ago? Just please tell me which territory had more burning villages back then? I'm also wondering if you happen to know the current death-rate in villages like Seyda Neen and Balmora? Murders, there are... cold blooded murders. Here, Megil, in this city where you have failed to keep me safe, where because of my sacrifices for you, Megil, for you, my guard is half what it was." Isaarin was speaking up, getting on the offensive. "Which council chambers were attacked not too long ago? What would have happened if I was there when they struck, before you arrived? Can you guarantee my safety? They could have murdered me thirty times by the time you showed up. Murders happen all the time in this city... now tell me I'm not jusitified to build an army... tell me I'm not justified!

"The Legion recruits more than I do and what do their recruits do when there's a battle? Wonder where there poor leader was, while my second in command was taking heads off for you, Megil! For this city, I have pledged my forces, and my men have died for. What do I ask in return? Think for me! If you knew he was here," Isaarin indicate Endris, "You must know quite a bit. If you knew who attacked Falx Albernias you must have quite some unnaturally keen ears. This is what I want, this and only this... your ordinators can only act so fast, you know what acts quickly? You know what's a stronger army than anything I could ever dream of? Information. Now I have people in my villages praying for help. They want help, they don't want to lay awake at night wondering when the next constructs are going to come, what manevolent power you have that could be turned against them, when will the killings stop? That's what they want to know, and to ignore their plights because you want remain some untouchable, neutral politician is criminal, and if you ignore my people, my plead for help... then by Boethiah, by Hermaeus Mora, by Molag Bal I swear you will know their fear," Isaarin finished, panting, his words had traveled a mile a minute.

Stauros->Balmora

Stauros thought for a while, "Well mostly I use a bow and in small brawls a dagger, but when things get hairy II have a steel Dia-Katana. Its up in my mansion at the moment though." Stauros took a drink "well I think the drafting is well under way, I think we can tell the presant guards to get all the people to rebuild the fort and we can leave for all the other cities. Does that sound good?"

Raxle O'Coner
New Vivec Inn

Raxle sat quiet at the table for the entirety of the ordeal, then it finally smack him in te face the a stampeding guar.

Falx Albarnias, he's the leader of the New Legion.

He studied Falx for several seconds, unwilling to interject into the possible conflict.

Seems capable enough, wonder what will happen.

Falx Albarnias
New Vivec Inn

His hand reached out quickly for the paper, and with a discerning eye looked over the seal.

Seems authentic enough, I wonder..

The stern face the opened the scroll gave way to a quite jovial one, "You haven't seen this letter before have you? You swear?" He didn't bother to wait for an answer.

"Ok, long and hard had I sought out your Uncle, and you shall learn of why right now." He began to read a made up version of the script, occasionally mumbling something about Imperial Brandy, and stolen weapons and the such.

"I'm not sure if you know this, but your uncle is a smuggler for me, and this was a list of all the goods he managed to sneak into Vvardenfell. Now, if shall excuse me, I have to entertain company. Go talk to the barkeep, tell him that Falx sent you and he will give you the best room in the house, no charge. Good day."

Falx hoped the man bought it, for he would play a much larger role in the coming days.

En'Fel
Sadrith Mora

"That's not necessary, do only one thing for me. On a night when there are a minimal amount of guards simply walk outside the council chambers and light a single candle on fire. Do not bother turning down the torches, or doing anything suspicious that will make wandering people wonder about your involvement in this plot." En'Fel said. "It's better I come from the outside, smuggling into your room requires too much risk of drawing attention to you."

"Isaarin please calm down, if you came simply to point fingers and instigate disputes, then leave now. I did not say it was not within your rights to build an army, in fact I would adivse that each house have a congregation o fighters which to command. What is within my power ot control is the influence your recruitment drive has within the city, it is neautral and as such will not act as the main center of drafting for any of the houses. as for the attacker, his name is Wred. and I am currently in the process of investigating his backgrounds though I ahve so far found that his alliances lie with house Hlaalu. Though I am considering his actions to be independent, should anything be uncovered to link his crimes with House Hlaalu, actions will then be taken from there. My sources of information are confidential, just as those of each of your houses.

I do not uite understand your other request, how am i to help your people, they are your responsability not mine. My responsability is to protect those residing within this city, regardless of affiliations."

Isaarin Sithiln
Hall of justice

"My apologies Megil," Isaarin said before either of the other two could speak. "It's just... I get a little worked up, it's very close to my heart, the worry my people feel now."

It was all a show, Isaarin pitied himself, and used the pity he had on himself to trick his own mind into believing he truly cared for his people. In short he was a pathological liar.

"Megil, this is my request, you have tools. My agents launched their own investigation to the assassination attempt on Falx (Isaarin omitted that the investigation was to make sure Wred left no evidence) and came up with nothing. Even to figure out the attacker's name was Redd, or whatever you said, is phenominal. That, Megil, is true protection, better than anything you could ever offer me in the this city. For the stability of the Vvardenfel, the stability of New Vivec is essential, and therefore the respected officials of the factions must be able to do business. Our world grows more dangerous, and as much as I appreciate the help your ordinators give, information is my only true ally in this world. You know when things are about to happen, you know plots far in advance. You knew Endris was in this room. Share your knowledge, inform me of the workings of this city! Inform the both of us! You don't need to spill your secrets but when there is trouble give me the information, give me warnings, give me details. That is the first step toward cooperation, toward restabilizing Vvardenfel. That is my request."

Drathran could hardly believe his ears

"W-what? my...my uncle is no smuggler!" He stammered, unwilling to accept the possibility. "I would, I would have known. My uncle is honourable! yet, you have no reason to lie. I will have to take this matter up with my uncle..."

Feeling embarrassed and more than a little confused, Drathran abruptly walked out of the inn cursing.

"That is initself a worthy enough request. Anything that seems a threat to a house I will forward to that house. But even with my resources occasionally things slip through, granted it rarely happens, but as we saw in ebonheart, it is possible to be caught slightly by surprise. though an incident of the like will not happen again."

Content that the lad had walked off far enough Falx, said a quick farwell to the rest of the table and bid Sel to follow him to the back room.

It was his war room of the sort, a conglomerate of maps and figures strewn out about the table. The letter was layed out on the table and a special liquid was poured over it revealing letters hiddin before.

"Ahh.."

The silhouette

The silhouette had become extremely bored, the other silhouettees were around vvardenfell recruiting rogues and cultist, he was stuck waiting outside balmora, he decided to head north towards ald ruhn, he spirnited along the road, never seeming to become tired, at that rate it would only take a short time.

Someone was on the road, it was a lone old man so the silhouette was not ready to fight, suddenly the old man started chanting spells

"You will die..." the silhouette said, but suddenly he was launched back by a blast of frost magicka. the old man kept up his chanting, the silhouette was bombarded

"malr hadd narala" the old man's mouth suddenly shut, though he could keep up smaller spells without chanting. the silhouette went on the offensive his fire magic shot toward the old man if he did fire blast the old man would surley die, but the old man disappeared leaving the silhouette dumbfounded. He started working his way towards ald ruhn again...

Judd Vhahl
Outskirts of Ald-ruhn

Judd was forced to stay up at night as many assassins came through his cave that night. He truly needed to disappear, but they'd never let him out of their sight. He he bled pools on the ground before he finally managed to stop the bleeding. While his wounds healed he was still incredibly weak, but strong enough to fend off the predators drawn by the smell of blood.
