Endgame Part 2: Venture Tower
Having dealt with the Kuei-jin, Brigitte hopped in the cab and headed back to downtown. She was stopped by security guards in the lobby and upper floors, as well as a SWAT team and and bunch of Ventrue enforcers. Brigitte carved a bloody swath through all of them and finally came to a room at the top where LaCroix's Sheriff waited for her.

I slashed the Sheriff
It was a tough fight with The Sheriff. The ridiculously over sized sword he used coupled with his immense strength dealt out massive damage. Brigitte was able to overcome him with her katana and Dementation abilities and once he was down he transformed into a massive bat!

Through the roof!
The Sheriff in his bat form picked Brigitte up and smashed through the ceiling and dropped her onto the rooftop. Using her Steyr Aug Assault Rifle, Brigitte avoided the goons on the rooftop and managed to blast The Sheriff to his final death.

Final Confrontation Lopov
After destroying The Sheriff, Brigitte made her way to LaCroix's office for the final confrontation. He was dismayed that Brigitte had gotten this far but became ecstatic when he learned she had brought the key to the sarcophagus. He tried to intimidate Brigitte into relinquishing the key, but that didn't go well for him...

Savage Beatdown
After refusing to give LaCroix the key repeatedly, Brigitte had finally had enough of "The Prince". She grabbed a letter opener shaped like the Camarilla ankh from atop his desk and slashed his throat, then stabbed him in the chest, and finally knocked him to his knees with a blow to his back with her elbow. After that, she dropped the key in front of LaCroix and walked out of his office, while LaCroix shouted feeble words at her back. He then grabbed the key and crawled over to the Ankaran Sarcophagus. Pulling himself up to stand, he put the key into the lock of the sarcophagus, and opened it...

Meanwhile, in the Hollywood hills, Jack put together a little watch party. He invited his "Dark Father" and also his mummy, and a great time was had by all!


Well, that is the end of Brigitte's adventure through LA. No one knows where she traveled to afterwards, but where ever she ended up, you can bet she had a wild time!

Lol, thanks ‘Rocu. I think if we had it to do over again I would put fewer points into firearms and use Auspex more when doing shooty stuff. That said, The Sheriff in his bat form was a breeze with the assault rifle.

Currently working on getting my mods straightened out and I’m thinking about doing a Gangrel character. This will be very different from Brigitte because it will involve way less dialogue options. My initial thoughts is to have intimidation kinda high but mostly rely on brute force to accomplish our goals (and a high stealth skill for when we can’t do that). Firearms will probably only go to level 5 or so, so we can use them on mobs that we would rather not waste blood on (like those damn zombies and flesh creations).

Once we established a good strategy, it was a breeze for Brigitte. For his normal form, we just used a katana and frequent applications of the “mass hallucination” debuff power and tried our best to avoid his attacks. For the bat, the hardest part for us was avoiding those damn war form vampires running around with us on the roof. Concentrated fire from the assault rifle actually made fairly short work of the bat.

I actually really liked that outfit on her... from the front. The back used some questionable design choices.

I thought it would be funny and fitting for her to see what was in there for herself but in the end I decided it also made sense for her to drop the key, and this option allowed her to live on too so, bonus!

Just downloaded the Unofficial Patch Plus mod. Haven’t gotten past chargen yet but I like the background additions to the clan select screen.

I liked the backgrounds too. They were a nice touch, especially since you can use them to reorder your stats priorities. I definitely preferred the game with the UPP over without it.

I’m curious and excited to see for myself what all else has been added! I’ve already notice the dialogue is a little different.

Never used that one. I tried it but it seemed not very powerful at all. I mainly rely on offense in this game.

Man, I remember that saving my Tremere’s butt a number of times!

Think I tried it against the painting blood demon, but then again he does Aggravated and maybe I expected too much out of it. Had I given it a better chance maybe I could have seen its usefulness.


But as I said, I mainly rely on offense in this game anyway so I probably just kept spamming Blood Boil

So I’ve been tinkering around with ENB for Oblivion and decided to try Nocturnal Excess ENB+Reshade for VtMB. It makes the game a bit darker in some areas, which I like. What I don’t like, and it may have always been there and I just didn’t notice it, but Jack has a terrible neck seem that is distracting.
